Campanella3 is in an historical building in the heart of Rome, a few steps from: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and Sant'Angelo Castle.

Close to the "Ottaviano-San Pietro" metro stop (line A) to move quickly throughout the whole city.

Upon your arrival we will provide you with a map of Rome showing you some wonderful walks to cross the city on foot from here!
The property lies in a safe and elegant area of the city, surrounded by a myriad of shops, excellent restaurants, pubs, cafès and characteristic nightspots.

The guest-house features charming guestrooms with private ensuite bathroom, each equipped with air conditioning and all the comforts. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen and Internet wi-fi service.

We are located in the heart of Rome, at walking distance (3 minutes) from the Metro (Subway “A” line - Ottaviano/San Pietro stop), and at a few steps from the Vatican Museums, the Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, Saint Peter's Basilica and Saint Angelo Castle. It is very easy to reach the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and all the other touristic sights of the town!

A wonderful stay at this beautiful property. A lovely room with a comfortable bed and pillows, a TV with a good choice of channels, and a well equipped kitchen with a moka pot, kettle, and good breakfast essentials. The bathroom was lovely and clean with an excellent shower, a really good hairdryer, and nice towels. There's a lift for easy access to upper floors and for suitcases. Easy to get to from the metro and in an excellent location for St Peter's Basilica. Plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby, and ideally located for bus routes. Ivan and Antonella are so charming. Ivan will give you a map upon arrival and helps explain the easiest routes to all the historical sites and how to get there. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Campanella3. The room was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. They provided bread, a toaster, butter, milk, coffee, tea and marmalades — whatever you needed to make breakfast and start your day. Daily housekeeping was provided. The place is within easy walking distance of the various bus lines. Ottaviano train station is a 10-minute walk away. The Vatican is a 20-minute walk away. Our host, Ivan, is very kind. Highly recommended.

The B&B Campanella 3 is in a very convenient location to reach St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. You can comfortably visit the historic center on foot; moreover, a few meters away is the Ottaviano metro stop and there are also buses that take you to different areas (we took the 23 to Trastevere and the 70 for the Roman Forum/Altar of the Fatherland area). Upon arrival Ivan welcomed us very kindly; already before arrival he had sent me the exact directions. He was very kind, gave us a map and explained everything in detail. The rooms have different capacities; I had a small double but with all comforts and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is shared with the other two rooms but everything is well organized, with divided drawers and fridge shelves. Overall I can recommend and highly recommend staying at Campanella 3. See you next time.

Wonderful place in a pleasant neighbourhood. We stayed for a family trip to Rome at Campanella3 and were very happy with everything. The room, bathroom and shared kitchen were clean, and the fridge already had everything you need for breakfast. The neighbourhood is very pleasant with shops and many good places to eat nearby (don't miss Manny's Gelateria!), within walking distance of the Metro and the Vatican. Many thanks again to Ivan for the warm welcome and the many helpful tips ❤️. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come again!

Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Kitchen equipped with everything, with the possibility to cook meals as well. Close to the metro, restaurants, bars, bakery, hairdressers and mini markets... Nothing is missing. Mr. Ivan is an excellent host, always present and willing to suggest itineraries. Excellent!

Clean place to stay for a few nights. The furniture is a bit old and the bed is not very comfortable. The host, though, was great. Breakfast consisted of some prepackaged bread, juice and cookies. Not very nice. The coffee, however, was great.

We want to clarify that what you call dated furniture is actually antique furniture, and there's a big difference in value! :) The bed has a memory foam topper, which provides maximum comfort. We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located property, just a 7-minute walk from the Line A metro station and a short 10-minute walk to the Vatican. Our host, Ivan, was incredibly helpful. He greeted us upon arrival, provided us with a map of key highlights, and suggested a fantastic 2- to 3-hour walking tour. He also pointed out a couple of streets with excellent food options. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which was self-service with a great mix of fresh breads, sweet pastries, and packaged treats. There were also plenty of individual jams and juices. The coffee, made in a Moka pot, was just the right pick-me-up to start our day. The rooms are exceptionally well insulated. We were amazed at how little noise transferred from the common area or from outside. On a Friday night we were a little concerned about a nearby club, but once we closed the blackout shutters the noise was barely a faint hum. We had a great night's sleep every night of our stay, which was probably helped by the 20,000+ steps we were taking daily in Rome. The bed is a European queen, which felt a bit larger than a North American double, and it was very comfortable with a great pillow for each of us. The only small drawback was the size of the shower, which was about one meter by one meter, making for a very tight squeeze. That said, the water pressure was excellent. Ivan was a great and kind host. I would 100% not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Rome and would highly recommend it to friends and family, especially given the excellent value.

We love every bit of this wonderful accommodation. The room looked amazing and smelled good all the time. There was a maid that came every morning to clean our room and the shared kitchen, so it was spotless clean 24/7. Breakfast was included during our stay, where we had lots of options for bread and snacks. The host is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and showed us how to explore Rome in the best way possible. We will definitely go for this place when we come back to Rome in the future.

The hosts were exceptional! They accommodated us with a late check-in and even at the late hour still sat down with us to explain the area, reviewed a map of Rome with sightseeing locations to highlight the main attractions of Rome. They were also very quick to respond to our questions via WhatsApp. The property was cute, well-equipped, and comfortable. We liked that the room had two singles and one queen bed. The breakfast area was nicely stocked with simple breakfast foods (cereal, toast, pre-packaged pastries, juices, milk and coffee) for us to prepare each morning. Everything was very nicely organized. The location is very close to a bus stop and only a short walk to Ottaviano Metro A station. It is also only a short walk to the Vatican Museum. Also there is a small convenience store next door, in case you forgot anything.

Staying here felt like being in a friend’s apartment. Ivan met us at check-in and walked us through everything we needed to know about the place. He also gave us a map marked with the main tourist sites and directions on how to get there, which was really helpful. The apartment is located very close to the Vatican, but a bit farther from many of the other main attractions. That said, we enjoyed being in a quieter, less touristy neighborhood — it felt more authentic and relaxed. The breakfast was more of a simple continental style with no hot food, but a nice touch was having our own designated shelf in the refrigerator and a shelf with snacks we could enjoy at any time of day.

First of all, Ivan was an amazing host. He helped us with a city map with recommendations and all the must see attractions in Rome. The apartment was very clean and cozy with excellent location. Bus stop was a three minute walk away and metro station was like 10 minutes away from the apartment. The room was well-equipped and has free wifi. We highly recommend this place.

Very clean and comfy; they gave the best recommendation for places to see and the best routes to see them as well. We definitely would've not had the same experience if we had not booked this place. Warmly welcomed by the host Ivan, we received assistance from the beginning to the end of our vacation: friendliness, great tips on where to have lunch and/or dinner, clear and precise directions to reach the holy places of interest, and what can I say about the house? Just a few meters from the Metro A stop, in an important residential area and fundamentally close to St. Peter's Square, there is a pearl, isolated from the urban context because it is quiet, full of all comforts, private bathroom in the room, daily linen change service, a common kitchen perfectly designed to accommodate more people, everything but really everything for a complete breakfast, meticulousness in the division of common products, order, cleanliness, everything to our utmost satisfaction. Our because I stayed in a triple room and we moved around very well as three, as it was quite spacious. I can only recommend trying it to believe!!!! A clean place in Rome that will make you feel at home in Rome! Our biggest fear before going to Italy was cleanliness. We decided to go to this facility after reading the reviews. We really made the right choice. It was very clean. The location was perfect. Antonella took care of us until our airport transfer. She welcomed us very nicely the day we arrived and gave us a very nice Rome guide. We had our breakfast as if we were at home. In the kitchen, there was a special cupboard for our room (full of food), a refrigerator shelf and all the electrical appliances. We stayed in a very nice and quiet area, very close to both the Vatican and the metro station. We were able to go to the busy areas by metro or bus whenever we wanted.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Campanella3 in Rome! The hosts, Antonella and Ivan, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The space felt cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Metro and Vatican. Despite being so central, the neighborhood was peaceful and safe, allowing us to rest well at night. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, giving us so many delicious options without having to venture far. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t recommend this apartment highly enough! It's the perfect base for anyone wanting to experience the magic of Rome. We’ll definitely be back!

Antonella and Ivan's place is well located, which is a 5-minute walk away from the Vatican Museum and the metro station. The whole apartment is modern and cozy, with perfect kitchen equipment, welcome snacks, drinks, and breakfast options. Our room is quiet and clean, which guaranteed a good night's sleep, which is essential for your trip. Beyond all of those, our hosts are super warm and friendly. They always respond immediately and provide all the information we need way ahead, which makes our check-in and check-out quite easy. Early check-in and luggage deposit are even possible upon request, and besides, Antonella was super sweet by giving us an introduction to the city tour and recommendations for local restaurants and bars. This lovely, intimate bed and breakfast offers charmingly decorated and thoughtfully planned guest bedrooms with very comfortable beds (including high quality linens), and compact but well-designed bathrooms. The host was gracious and patient, despite our late arrival and the phone difficulties that complicated communications. We are grateful beyond measure. The breakfast selections were extensive but included a number of prepackaged items like little cakes and cookies, which is not our personal preference. However there were corn flakes on hand and the fridge was well-stocked with milk and juices. We appreciated the opportunity to make our own coffee. Guests can also use the kitchen facility to prepare their own meals. All in all we highly recommend this accommodation.

We recommend it one hundred percent. The place Campanella3 is a wonderful place. Ideal location, clean, towel and linen exchange, perfect service. The owners are very nice people. They welcomed us warmly, we received a map with recommended places and valuable tips. Five minutes to metro A. Five minutes to the Vatican. They explained everything to us in case of need and were always available by phone. On the day of departure, we could leave our luggage after check-out, which made it easier for us to walk around the city while waiting for our flight to the airport. The area is full of restaurants, many shops, quiet and peaceful. A place with the soul and passion of the owners, which is noticeable. Another trip to Rome will definitely be in this place. We had such a wonderful stay at Campanella3! Ivan and Antonella made us feel so much at home, especially for our first time visiting a new country. Weeks before we had even left, Ivan gave us all the information we needed, taking away a lot of the anxiety we initially had. Even though we were severely delayed in getting to the apartment on our first day, Antonella waited for us, and once we arrived, she not only told us about the apartment, but guided us on everything we could do in Rome! She even gave us a coupon for a restaurant. We had such a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was awesome. Most of all, Ivan and Antonella are awesome hosts!

Campanella3 Guest House already presents itself at the peak of hospitality thanks to its owner Ivan! We didn't get to meet Antonella but we are sure she would have handled everything in the best way just like her partner! Very comfortable guest house in the Ottaviano-San Pietro-Musei Vativani area and easily accessible from Termini station. We used the mini suite with a well-equipped private kitchenette for breakfast, wifi, TV, and pc. All well cleaned and organized. Ivan's friendliness and mega availability allowed us to reach the b&b after a thousand airport and bus delays and arrive at 10 pm exhausted but already pampered :) We were provided with a lot of information and Ivan was always available for any clarification and curiosity. Surely there will be a way to come back for the next stay in Rome!

We stayed for 4 nights in July 2024 for the Coldplay concert and to visit the capital. The structure is very clean, well maintained, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a tourist. It is located in a very strategic area: 5 minutes from Ottaviano metro, 10 minutes from the Vatican, 35 minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many typical bars and restaurants. Incredible abundance of food for breakfast, all very much appreciated. Despite the very hot week, the room was still fresh, then to remove some humidity it was sufficient just half an hour of dehumidifier. Very comfortable bed, bathroom ok. As soon as I have the opportunity to return to Rome, I will definitely consider Antonella and Ivan's B&B.

We stayed in a double room for 4 nights. Just a stone's throw from St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums (10 minutes on foot), comfortable, very tidy and clean room, away from the traffic noise. Excellent choice and quality for breakfast, every day upon return the room was clean and tidy. We were lucky to also have the kitchen (not shared) in the room and this was also tidied up and cleaned daily. Very welcoming and helpful host, upon arrival he explained very clearly what are the main things to do in Rome and how to get around, he also recommended where to eat. Overall, a great experience, when we return to Rome we will definitely try to stay there again! Absolutely recommended!

We would definitely repeat at Campanella3! The accommodation is very well located, outside the center but in a nearby and very quiet neighborhood, well connected by public transport and accessible for walking (although a bit far); there are also many excellent restaurants around (Ripasso Vin Bistro, Bradamante bistrot for example) and bakeries (Panificio Bonci). The room was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. Access to the kitchen at any time is ideal, you can make yourself a tea without any problem or have a beer as at home when you arrive after touring Rome. The included breakfast is sufficient and everything is very well organized and clean. Iván is lovely, he welcomed us and gave us some indications about the area and Rome in general and a map to guide us; he also arranged the round trip transfer to the airport. In conclusion, Campanella3 is a totally recommendable accommodation; we would return without hesitation.

Pure hospitality, feeling at home while being a guest of Ivan. The apartment provides everything needed for a stay near the Aurelian Walls. There is a common area for breakfast with a fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, and kettle. Breakfast is single-use and single-dose, as it should be: jam, rusks, brioche, cookies, and sliced bread. In the fridge, with compartments well separated for the 3 rooms, there is water, fruit juices, and milk. For moka lovers, there are 3 coffee makers. The triple room is very comfortable and spacious. Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the furnishings. The B&B is located in the Prati area, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano red metro stop and 25 minutes from the Olympic Stadium. The area is well served and has everything you need: shops, bars, Bonci Bakery, and restaurants. We ate, on Ivan's suggestion, at VELAVEVODETTO, a Roman restaurant that is not very touristy. STOCOTTO is also recommended for sandwich lovers, located less than 300 meters away. Highly recommended. I would gladly return and recommend it to friends. Thank you Ivan! Cosimo, Cinzia, and Luca.

My second stay was just as good as my first. The property is in a brilliant location, so close to the Vatican and the metro line, and a comfortable walk from a lot of the sites of central Rome. The kitchen and room were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the kitchen and is there when you are ready, which provides excellent flexibility in the morning and takes away any pressure. Ivan met us on arrival and talked through everything, giving us some very helpful recommendations for the great local restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent property located very close to the Vatican. The property has an excellent location in terms of being close to the Ottaviano Metro Station and the shopping streets. The property is extremely well furnished and is located on a quiet street corner Via Trionfale. Ivan was a wonderful host who was there to welcome us at the time of check-in and gave us a detailed map and instructions on the highlights of Rome. Weekend in Rome. We stayed for 4 nights at the B&B Campanella3 and had a great time. Very cozy, clean, and warm room. Daily bathroom cleaning and linen change, breakfast is self-service in a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of packaged bakery products, the possibility to make latte and toasted bread with butter and jam. Convenient location as it is 5 minutes from the Vatican and Ottaviano Metro. We easily moved around Rome. My daughter and I stayed here for three nights. It was our first visit to Rome. The accommodation was perfect, on a quiet street within walking distance of the metro. The room was spacious and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and his map and directions really helped us find our bearings. I was only at Campanella3 for two nights but it was lovely. Ivan and Antonella communicated well and worked with my schedule when my train got in later in the evening. They were very helpful and the room and common area were lovely. Amazing location as well, I was able to be at the Vatican walls within 7 minutes, and could take the metro to other parts of town easily. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome, thank you!

Feel at home! Highly recommended B&B! Excellent location near the historical-cultural points of interest of the capital. Owners available and extremely courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Noteworthy: the topper on both the double and single mattress! Something you don't see in any accommodation of this type except in multi-star hotels. Breakfast available 24 hours a day arranged in the common kitchen on shelves dedicated to the room number, varied and complete. Clean bathroom also equipped with a professional type hairdryer. The area is also served by multiple dining activities. We will definitely come back!

Well-kept and clean B&B. Nothing is missing to enjoy Rome and relax. The room is well furnished, comfortable beds, we really enjoyed it. The location is also very good, a few steps from the metro stop, and a few minutes walk from St. Peter's Square. For breakfast, given the Covid regulations, everything was packaged and well separated from the other rooms, from croissants to jams, toast, sandwiches, tea, coffee, milk, juices, etc. We appreciated Ivan's courtesy who explained every detail and recommended some great places. What more can we say, we hope to return.

The title of our review says it all, we were guests, but it was already home at first sight, the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, the furniture, the special touch of the owners, made us feel at home. Every advice received on places to visit, where to eat, all perfect, indeed, beyond expectations. Cleanliness, scents, and friendliness that give sensations difficult not to notice and remember. A big THANK YOU! There were three of us, we wanted to spend beautiful moments, and thanks to the eternal city, this corner of rest and relaxation after the endless walks, made the special experience of a long weekend in Rome complete. I stayed at this delightful bed and breakfast at the beginning of February with my 11-year-old son and we have a very pleasant memory of it. Ivan is a special person, one of those who know how to make you feel at ease and love doing so. He has a true vocation for what he does, and this is evident in the attention to every detail. The location is central, in a very quiet neighborhood and an elegant building. The bed and breakfast has a tastefully furnished living room, the warm wood of the furniture immediately gives you the feeling of being at home. Ivan leaves plenty of food for the guests in the fridge and pantry. The bedroom is comfortable, the bed very comfortable (which is essential for me). The en-suite bathroom has everything it needs. All the rooms are always spotlessly clean! The trip with my son (we have promised to take more trips in the coming years when this virus will leave us in peace) was made even more beautiful by the choice of the perfect bed and breakfast.

I thank Ivan for his kindness, availability, and sympathy. At Campanella3, one feels like a welcome guest. The B&B is clean, tidy, and very well-kept. I appreciated the opportunity to manage breakfast and to be able to use the (very well-equipped) kitchen for snacks or meals. The property is in a quiet residential area, very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. A few steps away are the urban bus stop and also the metro. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants (unfortunately, some not really recommendable!), and the excellent Bonci bakery. What else to say, try it to believe it. We highly recommend this B&B.

We stayed at this property for three days, with two girls aged 10 and 12, and we had a great time, just like at home. Everything gave us the impression of being new and clean, from the room, bathroom included, to the kitchen utensils. The towels were changed every morning and there was a cleaning lady constantly present. The breakfast was plentiful and complete, much to the joy of the girls. Antonella and Ivan were very kind and helpful, making our stay very pleasant, with many useful tips on how to move around and where to eat, even on where to find shorter lines at the monuments! I have just spent my fourth stay at Campanella 3 and was greeted like an old friend rather than a paying guest. Since my last visit, Ivan and Antonella have made many changes to modernize and update the apartments to make them more comfortable for guests. We stayed in apartment 4, which is completely self-contained with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and spacious inner hall. The fridge is fully stocked, and there is more than enough food for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook, and everything throughout the apartment is exceptionally clean with a daily cleaning service. I cannot wait to return, and it won't be too long. Ivan met us at the apartment and spent lots of time mapping out sites to see and restaurants to eat at. The unit had everything we needed including goodies to eat. The price was more than fair. We'd gladly stay here again the next time we're in Rome.

A perfect place to stay. We loved every bit of our stay at Campanella3. Clean, quiet, beautiful, and an amazing host. Breakfast items and snacks are available for your room, including a special spot in the fridge for milk & juice! Perfect location too. Ivan was amazingly helpful throughout our journey in Italy. It gave us great peace of mind to know we were staying with such helpful, reliable folks for our first stay in Italy. Highly recommend. We will stay here again when we return!

A 5-star experience. It was my first time booking a Bed and Breakfast and at the end of my stay I can confirm that it was a 5-star experience, as suggested by my 8-year-old daughter. The property is very close to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, impeccable cleanliness, a varied and good breakfast without time limits, and finally the extraordinary availability and affability of the owner Ivan who was very attentive to our requests and needs. With such treatment, you just want to give excellent publicity for how we felt in a family environment.

Apartment 5 minutes walk from the metro station and the Vatican. The area is very quiet and has good places to eat. The owner is lovely, informed us on how to get around, different routes and places to eat, always available for any inquiries. We will come back.

Great welcome. Strategic location, close to St. Peter's and to the shopping street I prefer (Cola di Rienzo). Also worth noting that having stayed two nights, on the second day we found the room cleaned and the bed made (not by all B&Bs). For the laziest ones, even though the room is on the first floor there is also an elevator. Thank you Ivan, see you soon.

The structure has an excellent positioning in the city of Rome, very close to the walls of the city of Vatican, 5 minutes from the Metro, quiet area, equipped with services, restaurants, street parking, in a building from the early '900s, recently renovated and equipped with elevator, even if it serves relatively, being on the first floor of the building.\nThe renovation is excellent, comfortable, tastefully furnished (new and ethnic combined) and equipped with everything needed to feel at home.\nThe breakfast is abundant: coffee, milk, tea, butter, pastries, juices etc in a modern, chic environment, state-of-the-art equipment.\nCongratulations for the welcome, management, organization, friendliness of the manager and cleanliness.\nI will definitely come back.

I stayed at the B&B Campanella3 in Rome and I felt at "home", in a "warm", welcoming, clean environment, a beautiful renovation, furnishings suitable for the structure in this early 1900s building (modern-new and not), with an elevator, comfortable, cozy, with excellent management, kindness of the manager, varied and abundant breakfast. The property is located in a quiet/residential area of Rome, but a stone's throw from the walls of the Vatican City from where you could take a nice pedestrian route for visits, starting from the nearby Piazza Navona and then on to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, People's Square. It is definitely a property that I will consider for future trips to Rome (for business and pleasure). Congratulations.

Dear reader, I wanted to write a review as my friend and I read many reviews when we planned our recent holiday to Italy, Rome, Florence and Venice, particularly with regards to location, cleanliness, security. When we sit at home in countries around the world and arrange holidays using the web, you always hope the reviews for B&Bs will be what you hope for. I have given a 100%/high rating to this B&B, the cleanliness, location and friendliness of the owners went beyond this. We agreed to be met at Rome Airport by a car arranged by the owners to ease our way into the holiday, this was really an extra for us - the Metro is only on the next street so if you know Rome the route from the train station is easy by public transport, but you do need to do your homework. Ivan met us at the property, went over the Rome map with us, about 10/15 minute walk from The Vatican area, buses and Metro easy to use. We did buy a Roma Pass which was for us worth having. Ivan suggested a lovely back street route going by many tourist stops, the two hours suggestion was a bit out for ladies who stop at many shops! Great restaurant suggestions. The B&B was great, the rooms all met at a very well-equipped, very clean kitchen, all your breakfast requirements are laid out with your room number in drawers and fridge. Fantastic location, just outside the Vatican City. Ten minute walk to the nearest metro giving very easy access to all the sights. Big comfy bed, slept really well. Loved the decor of the apartment, the ceilings were exquisite. Kitchen is great with wonderful facilities, breakfast just what you need for the day including chocolate. 😀 Coffee that we'll never forget because it was so good. Ivan was a wonderful host, lots of great advice for excellent meals out, and beautiful walks in Rome. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Rome.

Excellent B&B, Ivan was really courteous offering me the mini apartment for my overnight stay in Rome at the same price as the single room, a real gentleman! Beautiful structure, new, very clean, a stone's throw from the Vatican and Ottaviano Metro station. Absolutely recommended. I will definitely go back as soon as I have a few more days off.

We stayed at this property unfortunately only for two nights for Vasco's concert and two words come to mind: hospitality and home. This is what we felt staying there, the feeling of being at home with family. Ivan, the owner, is a simply fantastic and courteous person, like there are few left. The room is cozy and clean, everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Abundant breakfast and a splendid kitchen to use. Very convenient location just steps away from the Vatican. From the moment we booked our stay at Campanella3, Ivan was extremely responsive on WhatsApp. He arranged our transfer to and from the airport. We arrived for check-in quite late at night and he was there to greet us and offer advice on Rome. The apartment is excellently located, only 10-15 minutes' walk from the Vatican and is decorated to an exceptionally high standard. It's also spotlessly clean, a maid cleans every day. Every detail is covered to make your stay most comfortable (even down to having several umbrellas for use by guests, in case of rain). We would most definitely stay here again. Bye. Chris & Bev.

Ivan and Antonella with their B&B Campanella represent an absolute certainty for a stay in Rome. Hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, availability, comfort, strategic location in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Rome, with them you have everything at a very honest price! My wife and I have visited many places in the world but we have never found so many top-level services for a B&B altogether, feeling practically at home. Congratulations!
