Studio apartment complete with bathroom and kitchenette for exclusive use. A finely furnished and renovated room in the name of comfort. The accommodation is complete with mini fridge, microwave oven and hob suitable for every need for short or long stays! It is located on the 3 floor without a lift, close to the main tobacconist services, supermarket, pharmacy, metro, tram, bus, etc.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The place is enchanting, very well-kept and with a beautiful and gigantic realistic palm tree inside, stunning! But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owner puts into managing the b&b, everything is extremely clean and in the utmost privacy and tranquility.

The apartment is good, but the towels and sheets had an unpleasant smell and there was dust in the most used areas. The guy was very kind and super attentive.

We were surprised by the beauty that distinguishes the usual Bed and Breakfast! In person it's even more impressive. Super clean and equipped with every comfort, from the kitchen corner to the bathroom. Ideal for long holidays, we stayed for a week and had a great time! The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and nice. It was just a little far walking to the metro or bus, but I understand that is why the price was so good! Great little bar in the neighborhood.
