The apartment is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and stovetop, perfect for short or long stays! It's located on the third floor (without an elevator), close to major amenities such as a tobacconist, supermarket, pharmacy, metro, tram, bus, and more.

The Gardenie Metro C line, 800 meters away, directly connects the Colosseum to the property..The Colosseum is just 8 stops away, about 15 minutes away.

Very pleasant stay! The room is located in Centocelle, in a quiet area that is easy to reach by car. Nearby there are excellent traditional taverns where you can eat well. Alessio welcomed us very warmly: he was extremely helpful and the room was clean, tidy and cozy. The price is fair, especially if traveling by car. Alternatively, the Gardenie metro stop is about a 12-15 minute walk away. Recommended!

Alessio was a kind and welcoming host, the room was equipped with everything needed to make tea, equipped with a fridge and oven. The structure is easily reachable by public transport, metro C is 10 minutes away, near a Penny supermarket, pharmacy, and an excellent bakery where you can have a rich breakfast and more! The apartment has a rather limited kitchen equipment, but if you only go there to rest it is sufficient. The bed is very comfortable and the rest is correct. It is 20 minutes from the center on the C metro line.

I was pleasantly surprised by this mini apartment. It looks like a little jewel, small but complete with everything, taken care of in the smallest details, including combinations. It is clean and fragrant, and the owner is really nice and kind. I highly recommend it.

I was recommended by a friend and we found ourselves very well. Close to supermarkets and the subway to reach the center. The bed with memory foam pillows is super comfortable. The kitchenette is very useful and practical. Nothing to say about the exceptional cleanliness. Compliments really.

Hello, invisible manager never seen in 4 days. Only by phone, very kind. Cleaning nothing to say. No bidet, the shower head unusable because it was broken. No light on the bedside table, you have to get up in the dark at night to turn on the main light in the room. No way to warm up the bathroom, air conditioning only in the room. We needed another pillow and a few more towels, but unfortunately the manager was not in the area. Bank transfer demanded immediately as soon as we entered the room, disappointing.

Salve Tiziana purtroppo come detto gia telefonicamente vi ho fatto fare in maniera autonoma check in e check out a causa di problemi famigliari improvvisi...mi dispiace che non ci siamo conosciuti, questo non credo sia una nota negativa in quanto almeno avete avuto la liberta e tranquillità di fare tutto con calma con le giuste indicazioni...per quanto riguarda la luce, forse non l ha notato ma la luce era proprio a 50 cm dal letto! Ho semplicemente chiesto un bonifico istantaneo e non ordinario per una questione di tempi, i soldi sarebbero arrivati dopo il vostro check out, non conoscendoci penso sia normale! Comunque se occorreva qualcosa bastava chiedere, anche perche i cambi di asciugamani non sono giornalieri! Spero di avervi lasciato comunque un bel ricordo perche mi dispiace leggere la parola deludente! A presto.

The room and area where the room is located is very nice and clean, very comfortable. The room with attached washroom was both very clean. Cooking was allowed in the room, and we enjoyed it. The air conditioner, Wi-Fi, and TV all worked. The main thing is that the owner is a very nice and kind person; he guided us a lot and helped us reach there. It is very easy to reach the room from Roma Termini station by tram 14 to Togliatti, and by using other public transport, you can check on Google.

Structure located in a very quiet area with all services nearby, easily accessible by metro (10 minutes walk) and by bus. Possibility to park near the structure comfortably. The manager Alessio is very friendly and helpful and the room is clean. A good quality-price compromise!

We were surprised by the beauty that distinguishes the usual Bed and Breakfast! In person it's even more impressive. Super clean and equipped with every comfort, from the kitchen corner to the bathroom. Ideal for long holidays, we stayed for a week and had a great time! The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and nice. It was just a little far walking to the metro or bus, but I understand that is why the price was so good! Great little bar in the neighborhood.
