Within a short distance from the property, our guests will find everything they need to meet their needs. The apartment is about 11 km away from the historic center, reachable in 50 minutes by public transportation. The bus stop is located in front of the building and BUS 223 terminates at Roma Termini train station, the main public transportation hub. The bus runs approximately every 40 minutes and takes about 50 minutes (depending on Rome's traffic) to reach Roma Termini station. From Roma Termini station, you can take Metro Line B, which will take you to the historic center (Colosseum, Circus Maximus) in 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take BUS 301, which will take you to Metro Line A "Lepanto" in approximately 40 minutes (depending on Rome's traffic). From the "Lepanto" Metro stop, you can walk to Piazza del Popolo (historic center) in 15 minutes and then continue on foot towards Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Venezia in another 10 minutes. The Vatican and St. Peter's Square can be reached in 5/15 minutes from the "Lepanto" Metro stop. Night buses are available during the night.

The Rome Nord neighborhood is an important area of the city. The apartment is located in a building built in 1970, situated on the modern Via Cassia, in a residential center with private parking. It is 900 meters away from the Tomb of Nero, located inside a public park, which has been mistakenly called the Tomb of Nero since the Middle Ages. It is a large marble sarcophagus with a slanted lid, placed on a high pedestal. The monument dates back to the 3rd century AD. The neighborhood is rich in bars and restaurants where you can taste local dishes, as well as small traditional Italian trattorias. In addition, the neighborhood offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, post offices, banks, bars, and pubs.

Every guest who books will have access to the study room with a personal trainer (gym). It is a heated environment, with free entrance, parking, and parking space.

Inside the room, you will find Wi-Fi, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator, plates, glasses, and cutlery (compostable disposable) that you can use during your stay. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathrobe, disposable slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a protective shower cap for your hair.

I will personally be present at your check-in and check-out to provide you with all the necessary information and assist you in any way possible. During my guests' stay, I will not be present in person, but I will always be available to meet their needs.
