Overlooking the waterfront of Civitavecchia, Bianca Guesthouse provides elegant hospitality with four comfortable rooms, three of which offer sea views. Each accommodation features heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, ensuring a stay marked by comfort and convenience.

The establishment is entirely smoke-free and enjoys a prime location just a short walk from the train station and a brief distance from the port, making it an excellent choice for those needing to board cruise ships or ferries. Guests have access to a breakfast room outfitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing breakfast independently.

We loved the property and the location. The price was reasonable. Just be aware that if you are older or have trouble carrying your luggage up two flights of stairs, there is no elevator. We were fine with it, but be aware.

Extremely convenient for the train station and cruise port. The host was very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was immaculately clean and the towels were fluffy.

We stayed here shortly before heading out on a cruise. Bianca was absolutely incredible every step of the way. From helping us find the best way to arrive from the airport, to check-in, to assisting with a small issue we had with our room key (which was promptly sorted out and not an ongoing problem), and even assisting with our departure to the cruise port when we didn't know the best/least stressful transfer. Bianca made the stay absolutely perfect and an amazing way to start off our holiday! The room and guesthouse were amazing, calm, clean, and highly relaxing. The location is perfectly placed near the water, and within easy walking distance to the grocery, cafes, and other shopping. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and if we return to the area, we plan to book here again. Highly recommend!

Bianca is a wonderful host. She spoke very good English. Her guesthouse is like a hidden gem. The stairs look very old, but when you enter, the accommodations are very modern. We, like others, were going on a cruise. We forgot to print our luggage tags, so she printed them for us and even brought a stapler. Wow, how wonderful is that. The kitchen is communal and has all the necessary cooking utensils and pots. She even has some small snacks and coffee pods.

Superb! Very clean, modern and in a beautiful and convenient location near the waterfront walkway and restaurants. Highly recommended! Only consideration: if you have heavy luggage or difficulty with stairs, it can be challenging to get up to the room. Otherwise it's perfect.

What an incredible find! We absolutely loved our stay at Bianca Guesthouse. It was the perfect one-night stay before our cruise. We were able to easily self-check-in (as we were arriving very late). The instructions were very clear and simple and the rooms were immaculate 🤩. Bianca was such a lovely host and made our stay very welcoming. Easy transit to the port for any cruisers and super close to local restaurants, markets, etc. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. Thank you, Bianca.

Bianca was an exceptional and helpful host. She welcomed us after an unexpected incident late in the evening (around 10 PM), but in our misfortune we found a modern and well-kept property with everything you need. The highlight was the shared kitchen with others, a godsend for preparing something for the trip since we had an 8-month-old with us. This guesthouse offers excellent value for money and it is clear that those who take care of it know what they are doing.

Bianca's Guesthouse was amazing! We were so impressed not only with the location (right on the sea) but also with the cleanliness and security. The building was very quiet, and we enjoyed our short stay. Bianca was very kind and even let us store our luggage while we grabbed breakfast after checkout. Highly recommended for those whose cruise is leaving from the port or who just want a weekend by the sea!

The place is brand new and clean, in the middle of town opposite the train station. The only thing you need to know is that there is no elevator and the property is on the first floor. Bianca is a lovely person and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with our choice. Beautiful rooms, new and clean in an old building. We thank the owner who let us in immediately, even before we had paid. We recommend this B&B as it is opposite the station and about 1 km from the port.

Secure building located near the train station and a beautiful seafront. Entry is with access codes and also with an electronic key card in the room. Apartment clean and modern, but the rest of the building needs a good renovation: the entrance door and the stairs are in poor condition. This is the only negative point. Communication with the host was prompt and clear. Always available. I would choose it again for the cleanliness, organization and location of the property. Thank you.
