Description

The B&B is located at 8 Jenner Street, in the Monteverde area.

Situated on the 3rd floor, with an elevator, in a 1950s building in the well-known Monteverde neighborhood. Recently renovated and elegantly furnished.

With a pleasant walk, you can reach Villa Pamphili Park and the Gianicolo Terrace in just a few minutes.

Well connected to the historic center and Termini Station by Bus H, 44 and Tram 8, with a stop 150 meters away.

Four spacious double rooms are available to guests, each with an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap).

Possibility of an extra bed in two rooms upon request.

Two rooms have a balcony and are therefore suitable for smokers.

Central heating.

Air conditioning (hot and cold) in each room.

WIFI internet.

Just a 5-minute walk to catch Tram 8, which goes directly to Trastevere (10 minutes to reach Trastevere Station) and 20 minutes to Torre Argentina.

The apartment is also suitable for those who enjoy outdoor sports, as it is only 8 minutes away from the public park of Villa Pamphili, which is considered by many to be the green heart of Rome.

Check-in from 12:30 to 22:30 (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter until 19:00).

After 22:30, an additional €15 per person is required.

Check-out by 11:00 (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter can be extended until 12:30, but please inform us before the start of your stay).

No pets allowed.

Dario Aggioli, director, author and theater actor.

Having inherited a very large house and having a lot of experience as a guest on tour throughout Italy, has renovated the house and turned it into a cozy B&B where he also lives.

Breakfast is biology, because he eats mainly organic foods.

As all the reviews say, its quality is welcome.

The cleaning is also very popular, is curated by him that he does not trust even to lend him a helping hand from her mother, a typical Roman lady, full of energy, despite his age and very ironic, becoming a much beloved character by his friends on facebook to his absurd story.

Some guests may have the "luck" to meet the mother at the time of check-in.

I like this place where I had already been a few years ago. Diana and Dario are people I greatly esteem. The large common dining room is very pleasant for a quality breakfast, and you can heat up a pizza in the evening when you come back, tired!

Fantastic hosts, they gave us great tips and instructions on using the buses and made checking in extremely easy. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was ok but a little lackluster but otherwise everything else was fantastic. Not really within walking distance from any of the main attractions however the buses are cheap and efficient and easy to navigate once you figure it out. Overall great place and would stay again if back in Rome.

Great hosts that really care about you and try to help in any way possible. The property is a bit away from the center but it is cheaper than the center and buses run quite often even during the night. I really enjoyed my stay there as it was a quiet and relaxing place. I highly recommend it!

Great experience, very kind and discreet owner, spacious and well-equipped room. The tranquility, the silence is a plus for the structure. Well connected to the city center especially due to the proximity of the tram stop which, traffic permitting, takes you to the city center in no time.

We stayed at Bed & Puppets for 3 nights and we can easily recommend this B&B. The only downside was the juicer turning on at 7:00, so if you have the room next to the kitchen, grab some earplugs - but hey! you get a fresh orange juice for breakfast every day. The connection to the city center is good, the quickest way to reach Trastevere is by taking tram No. 8. The rooms and everything else are very clean. Also, the building with that old-school elevator has a charm. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the Bed & Puppets for a few days with my family. We were super satisfied with both the place and the hospitality. The owners are super helpful and very kind, the cleanliness is top-notch and there are all the comforts. The breakfast is delicious, they provided us with everything. But the most beautiful thing is that the breakfast is all with organic products. So what can I say, I am super satisfied with these days spent there with you and I hope to visit you again very soon.

Excellent Bed & Puppets! Highly recommended for cleanliness and especially the courtesy of the manager. Bathroom in the room renovated. Self-service breakfast quite rich. The only downside is that in two out of three rooms there is no television in the room. The manager is very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended for the quality price for those who want to stay near Trastevere. We will return.

Excellent value for money! A clean, pleasant place that is easily reachable by tram from the center of Rome! The stop is just a few steps from the building where this brand new bed and breakfast is located. It is also well connected to the train stations (however, calculate the time because it takes at least half an hour from Termini station). The manager is very helpful and has tastefully and simply renovated the three rooms of the house where he lives. The rooms are just as they appear in the photos, bright and colorful, without frills, but with everything you really need. I appreciated the space and organization of the room, the comfort of the bathroom and the bed, and the fact that the rooms do not face the street but internal courtyards. Breakfast consists of organic products and is served without time limits in the owner's kitchen. For check-in and check-out, you arrange it with him. I will return.
