The "Baia del lago " is a charming cottage with a warm and welcoming, furnished in modern style. It is equipped with two double bedrooms and asingle, the latter with the possibility of two beds, all with large private bathroom, TV and every comfort. A large room is available for guests tospend time relaxing as well as a distinctive place where the lady of thehouse in the morning, will delight your guests with the classic continental breakfast as well as local sweets prepared personally.

I introduce myself, I'm Rita and I was born in Naples, but I've been living in Marta from more than twenty years.

My personal pursuit is to make guests feel like they're living in their own home, and enjoy a new and different experience than what normally would in a normal B & B.

Since I run this B&B I rediscovered the pleasure of sharing time and space with other people, this is one of the engines that primarily gives me strength and taste, as well as a stimulus in carrying on this activity! I try to manage it as better as I can and above all I want to offer a quality service at a fair price.

The house becomes your, even if you stay only one day, and I'm glad to know, whether starting out, you'll have a bit of melancoly leaving this B & B, the desire to return and to recommend the B&B to friends and relatives.

We stayed for four nights with my girlfriend and we had a really good time. The managers Aurelio and Rita are very nice, and they welcomed us as best as they could. The breakfast is abundant, both sweet and savory (Rita's cake is delicious). The place is easily reachable, and there are ample parking possibilities along the road to B&B La Baia del Lago. Cleaning is done every two days and it is exceptional; the room shone for how clean it was. I highly recommend this place. If we are in the area again, we will return. See you next time!

We stayed 4 nights at the property. Everything was perfect, a true B&B, clean, perfect room, abundant breakfast, friendly and accommodating hosts. The property is just a short walk from Lake Bolsena and the beautiful village of Marta, and also convenient for comfortably traveling by car to nearby villages with free parking under the property. Excellent choice.

I am staying with my husband at B&B La Baia del Lago and we are enchanted, beautiful environment, attention to detail, very clean and tidy. Abundant and delicious breakfast in a large room with a fireplace and beautiful sunflowers that recall the warm colors of the walls, radiating sweetness and joy. The room we are staying in is very spacious as well as the bathroom. Everything is very elegant and tasteful. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the lake, but if you wish, for the less lazy, you could also take a walk, as the lake is about 550 meters from the B&B. No problem with parking. The owner deserves a nice 10 for the hospitality and attention she puts into everything. We will take it as a base for our trips to Marta. Highly recommended!! For this autumn holiday at Lake Bolsena, we found this B&B La Baia del Lago very convenient to visit the entire area of the lake and Tuscia. The structure is managed impeccably, very clean, abundant breakfast and not usual for a B&B, very pleasant, helpful and friendly owners. Absolutely recommended for short stays, but also longer holidays.

At B&B La Baia del Lago, I had a great time. The hosts are very helpful and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The rooms, as well as the entire structure, are very clean, with spacious rooms and very spacious bathrooms. The bathroom linen is changed every day, and cleaning is done promptly every morning. The location is also excellent: a stone's throw from the center of Marta, but also a good base for those like me who wanted to tour much of Tuscia in a few days. Highly recommended.

It is located near the center of Marta and close to the beach, excellent location to visit the most characteristic places: Civita, Bolsena, Montefiascone, as well as Pitigliano, Sorano, and Sovana. We stayed with my husband for 3 days in Marta, a lovely place, the B&B La Baia del Lago is located just a stone's throw from the lake. The structure is beautiful and clean, the breakfast is excellent and abundant, including sweet and savory. We chose this very charming B&B for our weekend on Lake Bolsena. Set in a tastefully furnished semi-detached villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility, but with all services conveniently at hand. B&B La Baia del Lago is located in Marta (VT), a small medieval village, just a few steps away from the lake, the Clock Tower, and the characteristic fishermen's village.\n\nThe structure and welcome are simply perfect: the owners are very kind and helpful, they also reserved for us a small adjacent space to store luggage etc. The maximum comfort in a family-run structure where attention to the customer, attention to detail, and passion for their work are still evident.\n\nAbundant and delicious breakfast (both sweet and savory, with fresh products, coffee and cappuccinos better than at the bar!) served at the table in a charming tavern on the ground floor of the villa, in a perfect rustic, warm and welcoming style. The structure is truly the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a tour of the lake (Bolsena itself is only 20 minutes by car from Marta) in total relaxation and away from the city chaos, but still in a very central position. We thank the owners from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel at home, and if we are in the area again, we already know where to stay. Wonderful holiday in Marta and surroundings hosted excellently by Aurelio and Rita. Discreet but very helpful for every request. The house is stunning, spacious, and very clean. In the post-covid period, nothing is left to chance like the daily change of towels, ozone disinfection at each guest change, and every 2/3 days also of the common areas. Having a 3-year-old child, they also provided us (for free) with a travel cot. The breakfast is very abundant and suitable for every need. We will definitely return to Lake Bolsena and if we don't choose the bay of the lake again it will only be because we will choose another side of the lake. But if we return to Marta or if someone asks us for advice, without a doubt "La baia del lago".

It is a multi-floor villa (comfortable stairs) with new furniture, clean and well managed by the kind owners. In a fairly quiet area close to the lake and the center of Marta, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The breakfast is also good, I feel like recommending it.

Really satisfied, we booked for two nights and found hospitality, friendliness, elegance, and cleanliness in all areas, including our room. It was warm despite the unexpected cold, equipped with all the comforts like air conditioning, private bathroom, and TV. It felt like being at our own home. Excellent and it's not just words! In my humble opinion (and I have visited B&Bs, hotels, farmhouses etc.) it could almost be classified as a 5-star hotel. Room cleaning every day with towel change. Room complete with every comfort, colorful and well-kept furnishings. Not to mention Mr. Aurelio, extremely helpful from the first phone contacts, present upon our arrival, punctual every morning to serve us breakfast, complete with hot and cold drinks, yogurt, snacks, and exquisite homemade sweets. He also recommended excellent little restaurants where we could have dinner in the evening, three evenings, three very successful choices, excellent quality at moderate prices. I am happy to recommend such a delightful place to our friends and to you readers.

At the exit of Orte, you used to turn right; now for another oasis of peace, you turn left. If you are looking for inner peace and tranquility, do not seek the usual Assisi, leaving the motorway at Orte, turn left. A few kilometers and you are in Marta on Lake Bolsena, here you can immerse yourself in a still genuine natural scenery with a human-scale lifestyle and unplug from daily worries. The B&B La Baia del Lago is my recommendation; I have been there and I will return for my next break from the daily grind, a welcoming and clean structure; hospitable managers who make you feel at home, reasonable price. Where to begin. Aurelio and Rita are always available and discreet, ready to accommodate any of our requests. The room is spacious and very welcoming, with maximum cleanliness and daily linen changes. All comforts, room with terrace and air conditioning, furnished with style and good taste. Excellent parking facilities, immersed in quiet and silence, just two steps from the wonderful lake. Rich and abundant breakfast, served cordially by Mr. Aurelio, a perfect host. Maximum independence, when you are at B&B La Baia del Lago, you feel at home. I went there by chance last year to Marta and this year I decided to return by choice, bringing my mother and my aunt with me, who were very happy with their stay. I stayed as a guest at this special B&B for the second consecutive year. The quality and price are truly unmatched. They accept pets and the management by the owners is impeccable. During our vacation here in Marta, we left our home but found another (air-conditioned) one at the B&B “La Baia del Lago”. The owners, Rita and Aurelio, are two nice, helpful, discreet people who are ready to meet every guest's need. One can only have a nice memory after having passed through here. Usually, when I have experienced a positive and high-quality experience firsthand, I gladly share it so that others can enjoy it as well. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Aurelio, a friendly and cordial gentleman who showed us the large free parking right outside the structure, where we could also have left the car for the entire time if we did not want to visit the nearby cities of Tuscania, Viterbo, Bolsena, locations that Aurelio recommended to us promptly, also providing us with all the flyers with the dates of the countless events and festivals in Marta and surrounding towns. Total availability from the managers in terms of schedule, suggestions on places to eat, directions to the beaches, and everything necessary to enjoy the countless beauties of Tuscia. Aurelio and Rita always cared that we did not encounter any kind of discomfort but, at the same time, guaranteed our total independence. Top cleanliness! We received a true hotel treatment, and for this, we must compliment Mrs. Rita, who is attentive to even the smallest details that make a difference when you are away from home. Spacious, decent rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, towels, hairdryer, soap, bins, large wardrobe, drying rack with clothespins on the private terrace, flat-screen television. The breakfast moment was always very nice for us: we were welcomed every morning by the scent of warm croissants and a table laid out with every good thing. How nice it was to take a bike ride and find ourselves by the lakeside, and how convenient it is, exiting the gate, to reach a delightful fish restaurant shortly thereafter, affordable and really very good. I sincerely believe that Marta and La Baia Del Lago are the ideal place to retreat to at any time of the year, away from the chaos of the city to be a little on our own and, why not, to recharge before facing important challenges. Aurelio and Rita, thank you again from the heart for everything, for the care you put into your activity, and for making us feel truly at home... I hope to have other opportunities to come back to that splendid lake and, in any case, always keep a room free for me!

Newly built structure, very family-friendly and clean. Mr. Aurelio is very helpful and kind in everything. Abundant and good breakfast. The structure is in a quiet and peaceful area, it feels like being at home. I highly recommend it to anyone who decides to spend a few days in that area.
