Description

The Pettirosso is located in a small villa with a large garden and tall trees, in a quiet and residential area of Eur.

It is well connected by various bus lines to metro B (Eur Fermi and Palalottomatica), which takes you to the heart of the capital and the archaeological area (Circo Massimo, Imperial Fora, Colosseum, etc.) in just a few minutes.

The Pettirosso is about 500 meters away from the IFO (Regina Elena Oncology Hospital and San Gallicano Dermatology Hospital), a few kilometers away from Sant'Eugenio Hospital (the main reference point for the Eur area), and the Trigoria Biomedical Campus. It is also very close to exit 26 of the G. R. A.

Excellent location, situated in a very quiet residential area but excellently connected by bus to the main business areas of the capital: EUR, Ostiense, airport, and GRA. The traditional interior decor makes you feel comfort and hospitality care as a priority. The host is very friendly and caring. It's a bit like being at home, not in a hotel. Excellent cleanliness and room tidying, managed daily.

Great property south of Rome, near the bus stop to go downtown. There is a bar where you can also have lunch and dinner right in front of the property. Parking available. The apartment is dated but very clean and well maintained. Mrs. Letizia is very kind.

I stayed here for one night, I needed to take an important competition in Rome. The premises were all neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is quiet and I was able to study in peace to prepare for this exam. Moreover, the quality/price ratio is the best I have found so far. Above all, I was struck by the kindness, professionalism, and availability of Mrs. Letizia and her husband. Finding myself randomly stuck with the car due to the drained battery, they both came to my aid promptly and effectively, restarting the car's battery and helping me in a moment of great anxiety. Furthermore, even after check-out had been done, Mrs. Letizia also agreed to let me stay a few more hours waiting for the exam time, to use the living room table to continue studying. She was of a unique kindness and I sincerely thank her. I will definitely come back!

A clean and well-equipped location (gas stove, microwave oven, washing machine in the kitchen), a beautiful terrace. Bus stops 706 and 705 are just a few steps away so you can reach EUR Fermi from where you can take metro B.

Very nice structure 80s style, surrounded by greenery and despite being close to the Pontina state road, it is very quiet. Mrs. Letizia very kind and extremely helpful. Excellent cleanliness and excellent value for money. I will definitely come back, for me it is an optimal solution.

The bed and breakfast is very close to the Regina Elena Hospital, so you can even walk there, it's a very clean place. The attention to the guests is top-notch. Unlike other bed and breakfasts, you can use the washing machine and gas stove; it's an ideal place to stay. I highly recommend it!

We stayed with a colleague for a training course at B&B Il Pettirosso, which is easily reachable on foot with a ten-minute walk. The place is really nice, very green, the owner extremely courteous and helpful, the price is average. Breakfast is served abundantly and at the preferred time, the interiors are well furnished, the cleanliness impeccable. In addition to the use of the kitchen, there is the possibility for those who do not want to cook to eat at a bar/hot table in front of the B&B, which I highly recommend to everyone.
