Every morning, a healthy breakfast will be offered with a tray in your room and individually packaged products, including: croissant, pound cake, biscuits, cookies, Nutella, jams, water, and fruit juice. Everything will be strictly packaged in single servings. Additionally, in the common room, you will have at your disposal: a coffee machine, a selection of teas and herbal teas, natural and chocolate cereals, and bread. In the refrigerator, you will find whole and semi-skimmed milk, plain and fruit yogurts, and butter. The tray in your room will allow you to have breakfast at the time you prefer, without any constraints. During the morning, the tray will be collected and prepared again for the following morning. Enjoy your breakfast!

Alessandro was great. Due to a cancelled flight we were arriving very early instead of the day before. He arranged that we could enter the room on our arrival in the morning and had set up a tray with snacks juice and water so we could have some breakfast befiore we napped after having been 24 hours awake. Property is easy to find and quiet on a residential street but it is so close to the Metro that can get you anywhere with no line changes from Termini Station. Thank you so much Alessandro for making what could have been a nightmare checkin process to something that was a pleasure. I would very much recommend this B&B with no hesitation.

Very clean and confortable place. Metro station of Baldo degli Ubaldi very close, 1 min walking. It. s an apartment with 3 rooms and a common kitchen and livingroom. Nice breakfast every day.

Spacious, comfortable, nicely designed and very clean suites to relax and rest while touring Rome. Location is safe and close to Vatican City. Alessandro is an excellent host that provided us lots of helpful tips for visiting Rome, accommodated our requests and was very responsive.

Great place to stay, owner Alessandro was very nice and would come every morning to see if we needed anything. B&B was close to Metro and bus stop. Walking distance to Vatican City. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Rome.

The bed and breakfast is a cosy, warm place, very central in Rome. Alessandro was always there for questions, for advice on restaurants. And he served us the best cafe in the morning: -). Thank you very much.

Very good place to stay. 2 minutes from metro station when you can be in centrum in 15 min.
Host Alessandro is very nice and helpfull person. We had late fly and was not problem with check inn and also with late check out. I recommend place and host.

The location is good and close to everywhere.
The room was very nice and functional.
Free internet and fast.
The staff was polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Room service is good also.
The breakfast was excellent. The service was fast and efficient.
Finally I recommend anyone who want to visit Roma should be stay in Alma Mater B&B.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce B&B et nous avons vraiment été très satisfaits de la qualité autant des chambres que de l'accueil d'Alessandro.
La chambre était très propre et assez grande.
Ce B&B est à 50 mètres du métro ce qui est très pratique.
Nous avons été aussi conquis par le petit-déjeuner qui est vraiment de qualité.
Ce qui nous a certainement le plus plu est l'accueil de notre hôte qui a été de très bon conseil.
S'il y avait un seul défaut à trouver, ce serait certainement le léger bruit de la circulation.
Mais nous recommandons très fortement ce B&B qui est une excellente adresse.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Der Betreiber ist super nett, ceck in und out total unkompliziert. Direkt bei der Unterkunft ist eine Metro Station und eine Bushaltestelle. Man kommt von dort bequem zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es steht eine Küche, mit allem was man benötigt, zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.
Vom Frühstück kann man nicht viel erwarten. Verpackte Croissants und Kekse, Flasche Wasser und Trinkpäckchen. Kaffee und Tee kann man sich selber zubereiten. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Il b&b è nuovissimo e comodissimo per chi ha bisogno di fare visite o operazioni all'ospedale San Carlo di Nancy. E' un piccolo b&b (4 camere) situato al 1° piano di un palazzo. Le camere sono spaziose e arredate in modo funzionale e moderno. Pulitissimo. Vicinissimo ad una fermata della linea A della metropolitana.

Fantastico week end a Roma il tutto accompagnato dalla magnifica disponibilità di Alessandro gestore di questo carino e curato B&B. Abbiamo riposato come a casa, il design è fresco e piacevole. Situato in zona tranquilla ma in un posto strategico perché vicinissimo alla metro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Bellissima stanza, pulita, ben arredata, tranquilla, ottima illuminazione, aria condizionata. Bagno con tutto quello che serve, doccia enorme. Alessandro il gestore è disponibile per consigli, ci ha indicato diversi ristoranti in zona. Cartine e libri a disposizione. Si possono lasciare cose nel frigo comune. Peccato che la colazione causa COVID sia molto limitata e solo con prodotti confezionati. Metro e autobus vicini.

Il gestore è molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione consente di muoversi liberamente con i mezzi pubblici.
La colazione ricca e gustosa.

Consiglio questa struttura, in quanto, pulita, organizzata e con un bravo gestore, il Sig. Alessandro. Unica nota negativa, essendo chiusa la fermata vicina della metro, bisogna scendere a quella precedente o a quella successiva, che purtroppo risulta un pò distante dalla struttura.

B&B molto bello e molto pulito. Il gestore una persona meravigliosa, gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura per chi deve soggiornare a Roma. Posizione ottima, la metropolitana molto vicina per poter raggiungere qualsiasi posto.

Volendo dare un titolo all'esperienza vissuta da parte mia e di mia moglie nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura lo definirei "la perfetta appendice del viaggio a Roma". Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, ben pulita, arredata a modo, colazione varia ed abbondante, mia moglie è rimasta molto contenta del cappuccino fatto direttamente dal proprietario, Alessandro, che non ha niente da invidiare a quello dei bar; lui, Alessandro, il "capellone" (non me ne voglia, aaahhh) è assolutamente il valore aggiunto a tutto; disponibilissimo, cortese, con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di chiaccherare e relazionarci; ci ha dato "dritte" sui posti dove poter mangiare, tutte azzeccatissime. Che dire, superfluo aggiungere altro, struttura e proprietario al top. Quando torneremo a Roma questa sarà sicuramente la nostra "casa" (proprio perché ti senti a casa tua).

Abbiamo alloggiato comodamente nella struttura. Il gestore, Alessandro, sempre molto presente, si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi. La stanza veniva rifatta ogni giorno con molta pulizia. Ottima la colazione.

Era la nostra prima esperienza a Roma. Siamo stati benissimo ed Alessandro si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile fornendoci utili consigli sui ristoranti e su come muoverci all'interno della "Città Eterna". Stanza molto ampia e pulita. Da tornarci!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso questo B&B e siamo stati benissimo.
La nostra camera era luminosa e molto pulita, i mezzi pubblici (metro e autobus) erano a molto vicini e in pochi minuti potevamo raggiungere il centro.
Un grazie ad Alessandro per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

Pur essendo di Roma, ho avuto la necessità di soggiornare per una notte in un B&B perché mi si è rotto il bagno di casa e sono stata fortunata ad imbattermi in questa struttura, sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che per i servizi offerti. Innanzi è nuovissima, per cui è tutto moderno ed estremamente curato e ogni bagno è dotato di phon e necessaire di cortesia; poi è in posizione centrale, vicinissimo a San Pietro (ci si può arrivare a piedi) ed è facilmente raggiungibile con la metro A, fermata "Baldo degli Ubaldi" o con i bus: 46, 49, 490, 495. Inoltre si trova in un quartiere ben fornito di ristoranti (c'è pure il Mc Donald a pochi metri), pizzerie, supermercati e negozi. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono senza dubbio i gestori, Alessandro e Milena, una coppia deliziosa con cui abbiamo chiacchierato piacevolmente e che ci sono piaciuti tantissimo per l'entusiasmo che hanno investito nella loro attività. Si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi e credo che prenoterò di nuovo qui quando farò i lavori di ristrutturazione della nostra casa ed avrò bisogno nuovamente di un posto comodo dove pernottare.
Insomma: lo stra consiglio
