The area offers numerous cafés perfect for breakfast. Right next door you will find Castroni, a true institution in the neighbourhood, ideal for a quick coffee or pastry enjoyed at the counter. Just a short walk away, we also recommend Il Gianfornaio on Via dei Gracchi and Portofino in Piazza Cola di Rienzo.

We also have an agreement with Pasta in Corso, located in Piazza Cavour—a convenient and pleasant stop along the walking route towards the city centre. Gluten-free options are available.

**Outstanding Stay at Bed and Best!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bed and Best, located on Via Cola di Rienzo in Rome, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The experience was fantastic, thanks in large part to Fabio, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality enhanced my visit. The location is superb, offering unparalleled convenience. It's just a short walk to the Vatican City, making it easy to explore one of Rome's most iconic landmarks. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station provides quick and easy access to the rest of the city, allowing you to maximize your time in Rome. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Small but very pleasant room, very well equipped (quality of the linens, lighting). Overlooking an inner courtyard, the room was very quiet even though via Cola di Rienzo is very busy. Above all, great quality of the welcome: Fabio is a caring, helpful host, always smiling, ready to give useful advice.

This review concerns a stay from April 14th to 16th, 2023 by 2 adults and a 15-year-old boy. Very well located in a beautiful area within a 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican. Area with many shops and restaurants, original shops (not major chains) and a tea room for breakfast. The store just below "Castroni" is worth a visit either for a quick breakfast (standing) or simply for the pleasure of the eyes. We had room N°4 in front of the reception, a very clean triple room, quite spacious, with TV and fridge. Good soundproofing of the windows towards the outside. The internal noise will depend mostly on the neighboring rooms. We didn't have the chance to meet Fabio, but he was quickly available to give us advice, recommendations, etc., via WhatsApp. For example, to give us addresses of typical restaurants. Overall we were very satisfied; we were just surprised that the balance of the stay was debited 1 week before our arrival, while the opposite was indicated on the website www.bed-and-breakfast.it, but nothing bothersome. Well done and thanks again Fabio, we will come back to you with our eyes closed! Chevalley Family.

Incredible! We had a wonderful stay partly thanks to Fabio. We arrived very late due to a flight delay (1 am) and were able to easily access the hotel. For the departure, our flight was in the late afternoon, Fabio kept our luggage without asking for anything in return. The place is beautiful, clean, well located (less than 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, metro). Fabio is attentive to our needs and desires. I recommend it! Extra points for the air conditioning in the room.
