Description

Our B&B is located about 100 meters from Piazza San Pietro in the heart of the Rome Vatican district.

We offer cozy and comfortable rooms suitable for 2, 3 or 4 guests. All rooms have private bathroom and are equipped with all the standard hotel services.

The reservation also includes an Italian breakfast that guests can have directly in their room.

The B&B is located in a historic building in Rome, on the fourth floor without a lift, you will take a few more steps to get to your room but you will save many steps to reach places of interest thanks to our location.

Every morning we offer our guests an Italian breakfast and in every room there is always a coffee machine with capsules, a microwave, a refrigerator and the essential crockery (plates, glasses, spoons, cups, mugs, etc.).

On request we can also prepare a tasty gluten-free breakfast.

I have a great passion for travel and I like meeting new people from all over the world to learn from their culture and tell them a little about ours along with the secrets of the city of Rome.

This is why I decided to open the Vatican Stories B&B where I and my partner Riccardo offer a level of hospitality comparable to that of a hotel, but with the warmth and welcome that only a small family business can offer.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. The location is very good especially if you’re going to the Vatican. The only real downsides worth noting are the noisy street outside which is especially bad if the window is open, and the many stairs you have to traverse to get up to the B&B. Breakfast is pre-packaged but they do provide you with a good number of options and coffee, so we didn’t mind. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

Everything perfect at B&B Vatican Stories of Carmen, I would definitely come back here next time without thinking twice. Two minutes from St. Peter's Basilica, 15 minutes from the metro that takes you to Termini Station, 30 minutes from Trastevere. The possibility to access with the provided code allowed us to leave our luggage as soon as we arrived even though it wasn't check-in time yet, and also for the check-out Carmen allowed us to leave the luggage as long as we wanted without any problems. Breakfast in the room prepared with care every day.

Excellent welcome, fantastic location just steps from B&B Vatican Stories, excellently connected by public transport. Carmen welcomed us with a smile and with so much kindness and availability. We had a great stay, the B&B Vatican Stories is very well located just steps from the Vatican! The room and bathroom are clean and well equipped. The only small flaw is that the street is sometimes noisy, especially in the morning, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Carmen and Riccardo were very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

The strong point of the property is the excellent location right next to St. Peter's Basilica. A strategic point to easily tour Rome. Mrs. Carmen is courteous and helpful. Extremely clean rooms with a varied breakfast. Ours was with the external bathroom for exclusive use. Great experience.

Very affordable place but at the same time decent and very clean. It is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but in a strategic location (next to St. Peter's Square) and excellently served. We stayed there for 5 days, from August 2nd to 7th, and we will definitely return. The breakfast is plentiful and the girl who manages it is really very kind and helpful. Our room did not have a private bathroom, but we had a bathroom just for us in the hallway, very comfortable indeed. In short, we couldn't have found better.

I stayed at the B&B Vatican Stories with my friend, and it was wonderful, great location, and a bright and cozy room. With everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Carmen and Riccardo are great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We got excellent recommendations for the restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Pizza Zizza just across the street :) Thank you very much! Warm recommendations.

I stayed with my family at the B&B Vatican Stories because my son had a day-hospital appointment at the Bambin Gesù Hospital, and we had a great time. The place was very clean, with a very abundant and quality breakfast. We have just stayed at this B&B Vatican Stories. It is practically attached to St. Peter's Square. The room is clean and bright (above the standards we are used to when staying in Rome), excellent hospitality, maximum availability from the owner, and moderate price. We will definitely come back.
