Two different hospitality formulas are available to our guests:
**B&b Vatican Inside is located in the Vatican area, a 15-minute walking from St. Peter's Square. The modern and spacious rooms all have INSIDE BATHROOMS. * Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stop at 600 meters * Wi-fi and breakfast included
**Vatican Inside Apartment is 2-minute walking from St. Peter's Square.. on the same street as the B&B (Via Gregorio VII number 90). THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS RENTED and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in front of the room and leaving room with kitchenette.

There is air conditioning in every room
PARKING: We are not in a limited traffic area and you can park along the B&B street or in a paid garage
The Colosseum area with Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna can be reached by bus 916.

The stop of this bus is located in front of both accommodations.

We are located in the Vatican area, a few minutes' walk from Piazza San Pietro.
The most beautiful sights to see in the area are: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, Castel Sant'Angelo, Navona square, the Pantheon and Trastevere zone.

TO REACH THE COLOSSEUM AREA:
Take bus 916 and get off at the "Piazza Venezia"stop.
Once there, the Colosseum can be reached with a 10-minute walk.

Or from Piazza Venezia you can easily walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps

Excellent option for getting to the Vatican, it is just a few bus stops away. It is also very convenient for getting to any part of Rome. The staff's attentiveness is the best.

The person who welcomed us was the same person who provided us with the transport service to the airport, super friendly and punctual. We are very grateful. The place was clean and quiet, the food for breakfast and snacks was abundant. The only thing is that if you travel with children, as is our case, the transport becomes expensive. Even though it stops right in front of the hotel, it is exhausting to get on and off the bus and make transfers with children, and it is not relatively close to the center when you are already tired from visiting the city. But overall, it is really what was offered, private and quiet.

The B&B is in a strategic location with the bus stop right below that takes you directly to all the attractions in the center, and if you want to take a walk, you can easily reach St. Peter's. The structure is new and the rooms are spacious and spotless with all the comforts. The owner, very kind, was always ready to meet every request we had and recommended some really excellent local trattorias where we returned several times, as well as indicating the quickest directions to reach the points of interest. An experience to be repeated without a doubt! We will certainly return for our next stop in Rome! Thank you!

We had a very nice stay! The room was clean, bathroom nice and bed very comfortable. Fabiana was very helpful during our stay. Because of the central location there was some traffic noise, so we recommend earplugs at night. The breakfast could also be of a higher quality and better selection. But all in all we recommend Vatican Inside if you’re staying in Rome :)

Very convenient location as it is 20 meters from 2 bus stops. In 25 minutes you can be downtown and in 5 minutes at the Vatican. The neighborhood is also good and quiet. Nearby bars and restaurants that do not have tourist prices as well as all kinds of shops. The apartment was very clean and provided packed breakfast and coffee. The host was kind and helpful. Everything was smooth during our 3 nights stay and I definitely recommend it.

Wow! We actually had no idea what to expect from this place, and we were super impressed. Fabiana was SO nice. The place itself was like a mixture of an Airbnb and a hotel. It was extremely clean, and a reasonable location. The price was so great, you can’t beat it. I have been backpacking all over Europe for a month, and this was absolutely the best place I have stayed at so far. She left a different breakfast out for us every day, and the place felt very secure. I could not recommend it enough. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend the B&B Vatican Inside if you plan to stay in Rome! Clean, modern, and fresh rooms (equipped with air conditioning, coffee maker, iron, and everything you might need). Fabiana was extremely helpful from the beginning (showing us all the places to visit, providing us with all the breakfast products, etc). Perhaps the only flaw is not having a metro station nearby, but you can easily use buses. Well, Rome is always Rome: enchanting every time!

The structure is elegant and comfortable in every aspect. The managers are welcoming, courteous, and friendly. The location is strategic and central, close to the B&B Vatican Inside. In the area under the house, there is a McDonald's, several bars, and restaurants where you eat well and spend little. There is a bank, tobacco shop, fruit and vegetable vendor, and small shops. There is also the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Location not ideal because it can be reached only with a single means to Piazza Venezia, the metro is not immediately accessible. Room and bathroom very nice and spacious, very comfortable bed. However, there are no shelves in the bathroom and a support for breakfast. The owner is very helpful and nice. Excellent value for money.

We had a great time. The B&B Vatican Inside is in a very convenient location both to reach the Vatican and the center of Rome, you can easily walk or take the bus that stops right in front. I spent four truly fantastic days in Rome. The apartment is well taken care of, convenient to reach the city center as the bus stop is in front and equipped with everything necessary (and more!). I will definitely come back!

Super clean room, commendable availability of the managers. The location, if you enjoy walking, is great, otherwise use public transport to reach the city center: it's really easy. We had a good time, absolutely recommend especially if, like us, price makes the difference.

The B&B is centrally located, near the Vatican, with a bus stop right in front of the entrance door, allowing you to reach the city center (Piazza Venezia). Due to Covid, breakfast had to be consumed in the room with packaged products, but it was still sufficient. The only downside is that it is located between two rather busy streets until late at night.

Great B&B. Location just a few steps from St. Peter's Square in a residential area along Viale Gregorio VII, located on the ground floor of an elegant condominium. The room was quite spacious with a small newly renovated attached bathroom. The furnishings are brand new. Breakfast is with packaged products and already provided upon arrival for the next morning. Kind and courteous owners. The cleanliness is good, not excellent, as I personally do not appreciate colored sheets but prefer white ones to see if they are actually clean or not. They were, however, naturally clean. Recommended!

I stayed at the B&B Vatican Inside due to its proximity to San Carlo Hospital. Modern and clean room perfectly. The bathroom was inside the room with a very spacious shower. An excellent breakfast is served and there is also a minibar and a coffee machine in the room. I rested very well because the rooms are soundproofed despite being located at the Vatican. The area is central and full of shops, bars, and restaurants. I also managed to visit St. Peter's Square which is a 10-minute walk away. I will definitely return as it is really well positioned both to visit the beauties of Rome and for its proximity to San Carlo Hospital in Nancy.

Very very nice and tidy place, minimal furnishings and impeccable cleanliness. Very kind and helpful host, responds to every request immediately putting themselves at the complete disposal of the guest. Very close to the city center and IDI (place I had to go). Clean, pleasant and welcoming room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows (which rarely happens!). All managed by a splendid, friendly and cordial girl who made us find breakfast even though it was not included. The location is very convenient because you can easily find parking and have the possibility of taking a car sharing with which to reach the center quickly. I stayed at B&B Vatican Inside for just one night with my boyfriend, fantastic! Fabiana, despite our late arrival, made herself available for all our requests, giving us all the explanations we needed, putting herself at our complete disposal in case we had other needs. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, with all the described comforts. The area where the property is located is stunning, less than 10 minutes from St. Peter's (on foot!) and well connected to the whole city (buses, trains, metro, a very short distance away). We can't wait to return to Rome to enjoy this fantastic place a little more!

I travel very often but few times I have stayed in a B&B with such high quality. The availability and service provided by Riccardo and Fabiana are excellent to say the least. Also, the rooms are very beautiful and clean. The structure is located a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and is well connected to the historic center by various buses. Complete breakfast and on request they also prepare Gluten-Free breakfast, much appreciated. I will definitely return on my next trip to Rome.

Low price and excellent quality. Rome San Pietro train station is a 10-minute walk away; Ottaviano metro station (San Pietro/Vatican) is 25 minutes away; bus stop in the street below. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely go back there!

This was my first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and I must say it was very good.\n\nThe host, Fabiana, is great and very helpful for people who are in Rome for the first time. She also added a personal touch to the environment which made it feel very homely. The location is clean and very well situated within walking distance to the Vatican.\n\nPlenty of restaurants for a quick bite in the vicinity. Breakfast consists mainly of pastries and fresh fruit, which I feel is more in line with the typical Italian style of breakfast, but it's a good start to the day.\n\nHighly recommended!

After almost 20 years, I finally returned to the capital with my partner. Almost by chance, we found this welcoming B&B Vatican Inside just a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square, easy to reach by public transport, very quiet and clean. A couple of clarifications: no rating for breakfast as it was not included in our rate; the rating for the manager refers to the very kind and extremely helpful Mrs. Anna who replaced her daughter during our stay. We spent a three-day weekend and arrived by car, finding parking under the B&B Vatican Inside was easy. In the following days, we always moved on foot and loved the Vatican Panorama that can be admired a 5-minute walk from the B&B. It was Riccardo himself who recommended us to see the perspective game of St. Peter's Basilica on Via Piccolomini. This place is located near the B&B and I really recommend going to see it.
