Two different hospitality formulas are available to our guests:
**B&b Vatican Inside is located in the Vatican area, a 15-minute walking from St. Peter's Square. The modern and spacious rooms all have INSIDE BATHROOMS. * Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stop at 600 meters * Wi-fi and breakfast included
**Vatican Inside Apartment is 2-minute walking from St. Peter's Square.. on the same street as the B&B (Via Gregorio VII number 90). THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS RENTED and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in front of the room and leaving room with kitchenette.
There is air conditioning in every room
PARKING: We are not in a limited traffic area and you can park along the B&B street or in a paid garage
The Colosseum area with Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna can be reached by bus 916.
The stop of this bus is located in front of both accommodations.

The location was what I liked the most, good transportation communication and nice area. The breakfast was not what I expected. They made an effort to have variety but the products were not the best. The mattress is not in good condition and the pillows are average.

Very convenient location as it is 20 meters from 2 bus stops. In 25 minutes you can be downtown and in 5 minutes at the Vatican. The neighborhood is also good and quiet. Nearby bars and restaurants that do not have tourist prices as well as all kinds of shops. The apartment was very clean and provided packed breakfast and coffee. The host was kind and helpful. Everything was smooth during our 3 nights stay and I definitely recommend it.

Wow! We actually had no idea what to expect from this place, and we were super impressed. Fabiana was SO nice. The place itself was like a mixture of an Airbnb and a hotel. It was extremely clean, and a reasonable location. The price was so great, you can’t beat it. I have been backpacking all over Europe for a month, and this was absolutely the best place I have stayed at so far. She left a different breakfast out for us every day, and the place felt very secure. I could not recommend it enough. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend the B&B Vatican Inside if you plan to stay in Rome! Clean, modern, and fresh rooms (equipped with air conditioning, coffee maker, iron, and everything you might need). Fabiana was extremely helpful from the beginning (showing us all the places to visit, providing us with all the breakfast products, etc). Perhaps the only flaw is not having a metro station nearby, but you can easily use buses. Well, Rome is always Rome: enchanting every time!

The structure is elegant and comfortable in every aspect. The managers are welcoming, courteous, and friendly. The location is strategic and central, close to the B&B Vatican Inside. In the area under the house, there is a McDonald's, several bars, and restaurants where you eat well and spend little. There is a bank, tobacco shop, fruit and vegetable vendor, and small shops. There is also the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Location not ideal because it can be reached only with a single means to Piazza Venezia, the metro is not immediately accessible. Room and bathroom very nice and spacious, very comfortable bed. However, there are no shelves in the bathroom and a support for breakfast. The owner is very helpful and nice. Excellent value for money.

We had a great time. The B&B Vatican Inside is in a very convenient location both to reach the Vatican and the center of Rome, you can easily walk or take the bus that stops right in front. Very clean and spacious room, well equipped, nothing is missing. Fabiana is fantastic! Exquisite person, very professional and very kind, she gave us many useful tips. I spent four truly fantastic days in Rome. The apartment is well taken care of, convenient to reach the city center as the bus stop is in front and equipped with everything necessary (and more!). I will definitely come back!

Piazza San Pietro è infatti raggiungibile a piedi ma è comodissimo anche il bus 916 che porta direttamente a piazza Venezia ! La fermata del bus 916 è proprio di fronte al B&b che permette ai nostri ospiti di esplorare con facilità anche la zona del Colosseo. Torna presto ! Vi aspettiamo.

Super clean room, commendable availability of the managers. The location, if you enjoy walking, is great, otherwise use public transport to reach the city center: it's really easy. We had a good time, absolutely recommend especially if, like us, price makes the difference.

Beautiful rooms, well furnished and clean. The owner Fabiana was very courteous with information and welcoming. The B&B is centrally located, near the Vatican, with a bus stop right in front of the entrance door, allowing you to reach the city center (Piazza Venezia). Due to Covid, breakfast had to be consumed in the room with packaged products, but it was still sufficient. The only downside is that it is located between two rather busy streets until late at night.

Great B&B. Location just a few steps from St. Peter's Square in a residential area along Viale Gregorio VII, located on the ground floor of an elegant condominium. The room was quite spacious with a small newly renovated attached bathroom. The furnishings are brand new. Breakfast is with packaged products and already provided upon arrival for the next morning. Kind and courteous owners. The cleanliness is good, not excellent, as I personally do not appreciate colored sheets but prefer white ones to see if they are actually clean or not. They were, however, naturally clean. Recommended!

I stayed at the B&B Vatican Inside due to its proximity to San Carlo Hospital. Modern and clean room perfectly. The bathroom was inside the room with a very spacious shower. An excellent breakfast is served and there is also a minibar and a coffee machine in the room. I rested very well because the rooms are soundproofed despite being located at the Vatican. The area is central and full of shops, bars, and restaurants. I also managed to visit St. Peter's Square which is a 10-minute walk away. I will definitely return as it is really well positioned both to visit the beauties of Rome and for its proximity to San Carlo Hospital in Nancy.

Manager of exquisite kindness, resolved an issue I communicated just 24 hours before without even asking me for an extra charge even though I offered to pay. He even found parking right in front knowing I was with two young children. Excellent rating.

Very very nice and tidy place, minimal furnishings and impeccable cleanliness. Very kind and helpful host, responds to every request immediately putting themselves at the complete disposal of the guest. Very close to the city center and IDI (place I had to go). Bus stop, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, and everything you need is practically a stone's throw from the B&B entrance. I will definitely come back.

Good evening, unfortunately I cannot rate the breakfast because during my stay we were in the midst of a health emergency due to the Coronavirus. Clean, pleasant and welcoming room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows (which rarely happens!). All managed by a splendid, friendly and cordial girl who made us find breakfast even though it was not included. The location is very convenient because you can easily find parking and have the possibility of taking a car sharing with which to reach the center quickly. At the right distance to find parking but not to be too far away. Really thanks to Fabiana for everything and we will definitely meet again.

I stayed at B&B Vatican Inside for just one night with my boyfriend, fantastic! Fabiana, despite our late arrival, made herself available for all our requests, giving us all the explanations we needed, putting herself at our complete disposal in case we had other needs. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, with all the described comforts. The area where the property is located is stunning, less than 10 minutes from St. Peter's (on foot!) and well connected to the whole city (buses, trains, metro, a very short distance away). We can't wait to return to Rome to enjoy this fantastic place a little more!

I travel very often but few times I have stayed in a B&B with such high quality. The availability and service provided by Riccardo and Fabiana are excellent to say the least. Also, the rooms are very beautiful and clean. The structure is located a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and is well connected to the historic center by various buses. Complete breakfast and on request they also prepare Gluten-Free breakfast, much appreciated. I will definitely return on my next trip to Rome.

Fabiana è sempre attenta alle esigenze del cliente: è un'eccezionale padrona di casa, ti fa sentire come se fossi una della famiglia. Per ogni necessità ti trova sempre la soluzione. La pulizia è impeccabile. Ottima la posizione: si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e 20 minuti di autobus dal centro/Piazza Venezia, ma nello stesso tempo in posizione tranquilla lontano dal traffico cittadino. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, sceglieremo sicuramente il suo B&B.

Consigliatissimo B&B! Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Ambiente molto pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Stanze molto spaziose ad accezione del bagno che ha una doccia molto piccola. Prezzo basso e ottima qualità. Stazione dei treni Roma San Pietro a 10 minuti a piedi; stazione metro Ottaviano (San Pietro/Vaticano) a 25 minuti; fermata bus nella via sottostante. Se dovessi tornare a Roma ritornerei sicuramente lì!

This was my first experience at a B&B and I must say it was very good.
The host, Fabiana is great and very helpful for people that are in Rome for first time. She also added a personal note to the environment which made it feel quite homely. The location is clean and very well located in walking distance to the Vatican.
Lots of restaurants for a quick bite around the place. Breakfast is made mainly of sweets and fresh fruit which I feel is more of the Italian style breakfast but is a good start to the day.
Fully recommend!

Dopo quasi 20 anni sono finalmente tornato nella capitale insieme alla mia compagna. Quasi per caso abbiamo trovato questo accogliente B&B a 2 passi da piazza San Pietro, comodo da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, molto tranquillo e pulito. Un paio di precisazioni:
- nessun voto alla colazione in quanto nella nostra tariffa non era compresa;
- il voto al gestore è riferito alla gentilissima e disponibilissima signora Anna che nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato ha sostituito la figlia. Ovviamente se talis mater talis filia, il voto è esteso anche alla figlia.

Eccellente posto, accoglienza e disponibilità di Fabiana super, dovessi ritornare a Roma non cercherei altro.
Anche il luogo è ben servito di fermate autobus e bar, nonchè una focacceria.
Grazie Fabiana hai reso questi due giorni più semplici, mi son sentita a casa di un'amica.

Abbiamo fatto un weekend di tre giorni: e siamo arrivati in auto ed è stato facile trovare parcheggio sotto al B&B.
Nei restanti giorni ci siamo mossi sempre piedi e abbiamo adorato il Vatican Panorama che si può ammirare a 5 minuti di cammino dal B&B. È stato proprio Riccardo a consigliarci di vedere il gioco di prospettive della Basilica di San Pietro in Via Piccolomini. Questo luogo di trova vicino al B&B e consiglio davvero di andarlo a vedere.
La camera era perfetta e accoglienza sopra le nostre aspettative.

Fabiana è stata molto gentile sin dal momento in cui ho preso contatto con lei per prenotare; comprensiva e disponibile, ha accolto i miei genitori nel migliore dei modi.
Camera pulitissimo, luminosa, confortevole; la struttura ben collegata col centro.
Consigliatissimo.

Riccardo, Fabiana e il loro B&B hanno reso la nostra vacanza a Roma davvero piacevole fornendoci tutte le informazioni e tutti i servizi che ti aspetteresti da strutture molto più costose!
Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera doppia, molto spaziosa e davvero molto pulita. La rete Wi-Fi in camera prendeva molto bene e ogni mattina c'era per noi una colazione ricca e abbondante.
Ottima anche la posizione strategica vicino al Vaticano che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi.
Torneremo sicuramente!
