Our home is located in the Viterbo area of Tuscia, amidst the countryside yet close to the town of Montefiascone. For those who love nature or wish to escape the chaos of large cities, this place offers a true oasis. The peace is only broken by the chirping of birds or the sounds of wildlife. From the garden, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets with postcard-worthy colors.

For breakfast, we provide only homemade products such as whole grain bread, jams, and seasonal fruit.

More than thirty years ago, I arrived in Italy and lived in Rome for 28 years. Here, I raised our three children and started my catering business. However, once the kids finished university and school, we wanted to enjoy country life and start anew. The challenge led us to the Tuscia Viterbese region, where we discovered this beautiful home with a breathtaking view. We are just 5 minutes from Lake Bolsena, an hour and a half from Rome, 30 minutes from Orvieto, and 15 minutes from Viterbo.

Last weekend, with my girlfriend, we were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful B&B Among the Olive Trees in the accommodation called Nido dell'Upupa. The little house was simply perfect! A love! Luca took care of us the whole time, recommending fantastic restaurants where to dine and helping us find a place to rent a canoe on the lake. Breakfast is served outside and includes jams and fruit grown on site... Simply fantastic! Last but not least... Otto the dachshund, true host of this property, kept us company every morning with cuddles and various wagging tails. A true gentleman! Even the other two guard dogs are beautiful:) In short, this place has everything and we will definitely return very gladly! Many thanks to Marion for communicating with us via email and a thank you to Luca who really went out of his way to make us feel at home! Thank you thank you thank you!

Splendid location, quiet and peaceful place, easily reachable, great company (even canine!) and large living room with fireplace. Many books and games available.

Inside the house was very well-kept, clean and welcoming, nothing was missing.\n\nJust outside the door there is a beautiful garden with a table and chairs. Marion, the host, was very kind and gave us useful directions to explore the surroundings well, in fact in addition to the well-known Civita di Bagnoregio, there are many other interesting places.\n\nThe house is in a great position to visit the area. We discovered that a few km away there were outdoor thermal baths. Abundant breakfast with homemade bread and jams, a luxury.\n\nOne evening we had dinner cooked by Marion and it was an absolute surprise, we ate very well and the products were genuine. Everything perfect, ideal for relaxing, eating well and getting to know the area.

Structure that is reachable on a dirt road and far from the main road. The sofa bed is uncomfortable with a thin and soft mattress (I recommend the owner to replace it with a double bed). The front door lacks shutters or something to avoid light in the morning. The price is definitely disproportionate... 70 euros too much.

Caro Vito, ci dispiace leggere questa recensione. Come diciamo nella nostra descrizione siamo "in piena campagna" e dalla mappa non direi che siamo lontani dalla strada. Come accordati prima del suo arrivo le avevamo sistemato la nostra dependance "La Casetta". Il nostro è un luogo per chi ama la natura o vuole fuggire dal caos delle grandi città. La nostra residenza ha da sempre accolto clienti pronti ad un'esperienza B&B rurale e continuerà a farlo. I voti dati a struttura e pulizia non rispecchiano a nostro avviso la realtà.
