A great stay! My son and I recently stayed at B&B22. We were welcomed with great kindness and were immediately given all the directions and information needed for an enjoyable stay. The room is comfortable, well furnished and very clean. It has a spacious bathroom equipped with every amenity for guests' comfort. The breakfast room leads to a pantry with a shared mini fridge stocked free of charge with water, milk, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, fruit, etc. A strategic location for those who like to travel by bus or metro. We appreciated the friendliness and experience of Mrs. Flaminia, whom we thank. I usually don't write reviews, but B&B22 deserves it. Claudio and Daniele.

Flaminia is fantastic, kind, helpful, and punctual. Everything was perfect, beyond expectations. The room is beautiful, welcoming, spacious, and really clean. Excellent and abundant breakfast beyond expectations. My daughter and I stayed for a concert, excellent location to walk to the Olympic Stadium in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

We stayed at B&B22 for only one night but we immediately felt at home. The facility is complete with everything one may need, the breakfast service offered was excellent even beyond our expectations, spacious room and bathroom and impeccable cleanliness! Great location close to bus stops. A special thanks to Flaminia and her hospitality, precision and kindness! We had a great time, until next time!

I highly recommend this property, as it is well-structured, new, clean, with the metro just a few steps away to reach the center. As you exit the building, on Viale Libya, you have many shops, bars, pizzerias available. The manager's welcome is very attentive, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable.

High-level B&B, from every point of view. New structure and furnished with charm, infinite kindness and availability of the owner, kitchen always available and well stocked, excellent location in an elegant, quiet, well-frequented neighborhood and excellently served by public transport. My family and I spent 3 nights and 4 days that were nothing short of fabulous. It is definitely the ideal accommodation to stay in Rome.

I didn't hesitate to give the maximum votes to every aspect because my friend and I had a really great time. The spaces are beautiful, new and tastefully furnished, everything is well taken care of and there is great attention to the guests' well-being, such as the kettle in the room and the availability of the kitchen at all times, always set up for breakfast with great attention to all possible tastes and habits.\n\nFilomena is very kind and welcoming, it was a real pleasure to be her guests.\n\nI won't hesitate to recommend her B&B22 to anyone who tells me they have to spend a few days in Rome. Better than expected. We chose it for its proximity to the Foro Italico, but it's also great for visiting Rome. Extremely clean, tastefully furnished, and a kitchen with juices and water available. Congratulations to Flaminia. I recommend it.

B&B22 is brand new, very clean and tidy. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and the kitchen recalls a bit of the Provençal style. Flaminia is a pleasant person and made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended.
