Large apartment of approximately 170 meters at the last floor of a big building. Traditional oak
parquet in all rooms, including bathrooms.
The apartment was completely renovated in terms of finishes and furniture at the beginning of
2024.
The entrance opens onto a living room with kitchenette of approximately 35 square meters
used as a common area and from which a wooden staircase leading to the attic floor is clearly
visible.
From the same living room you enter the corridor, visible in the photos, which gives access to
three bedrooms.
Of these three bedrooms, all having access to the perimeter balcony, one has a private internal
bathroom while the other two share an external bathroom located at the end of the corridor.
The attic floor, without access to the balcony, but with large ribbon windows, hosts the largest
room of approximately 25 square meters. Triple room with internal bathroom.

shops in the area, upon presentation of a voucher provided by us.

We were kindly hosted by Mr. Alessandro at this perfectly clean, well-lit and well-located (close to the subway and the train station) guesthouse. Excellent value for money. Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended.

Alessandro has been extremely helpful as usual, both for the check-in and for the payment. The structure is new and very clean, in a perfect location because it is close to the bus stops and it is easy to reach Tiburtina station and all the shops, bars, restaurants, and services that are on the main street. Located on the top floor with an elevator, equipped with a terrace, very bright and well maintained. Absolutely recommended.

Great welcome from Alessandro. Very large room for three people with air conditioning and pleasant bathroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony available and a nice well-equipped kitchen. Small downside for breakfast to be taken outside.

Grazie mille per l'ottima recensione. Riguardo alla colazione faccio presente che nei primi anni di apertura era servita nel soggiorno molto ampio ed adatto ad ospitare anche 10 persone. Il problema era tuttavia il disturbo arrecato ai clienti a partire dalle 7 della mattina. Abbiamo una capacità ricettiva di 8 persone ed il soggiorno confina con due camere. Iniziare la mattina alle 7 con il tintinnio di tazze, bicchieri e con le chiacchiere dei clienti potrebbe essere sgradevole e fastidioso per molti clienti che vogliono riposare almeno fino alle 9. Questo ci ha spinto ad esternalizzare la colazione.

This place is amazing, we did not use the kitchen because it was not available. The place was great with air conditioning, very clean. The room where we stayed was large and very comfortable, it had towels and two small bottles of shampoo, hairdryer, towel drying area. Plus, there was wi-fi. The host was very friendly, explained very well what was in the area, and recommended places to eat. By the way, shopping at the supermarket is much, much cheaper than in any store in the center. There were two buses that took us to the metro and from there we could reach anywhere. We arrived twice at night and the area was safe, we could even get there by night bus and a short walk. Breakfast consisted of a coffee and a croissant, located one street away. If you ask for something extra like a doughnut or something special, they will charge you the difference. Overall, highly recommended.

I stayed for 5 nights at the Guest House 2012. I was very satisfied, primarily for the cleanliness. I have never seen a place with such a level of hygiene and care in the cleaning service. The owner is friendly and always available. Breakfast at a nearby bar of excellent quality. I will definitely come back with my family.

I stayed at Guesthouse Vassallo Due with my girlfriend and I must say we had a great time. The property is really beautiful and well connected with all the means of transportation that take you to the center of Rome. The owner is friendly and very kind. A property that deserves to be among the best in Rome.

The B&B 2012 is located just a few hundred meters from Tiburtina Station on a very lively street. We stayed in a spacious and very clean room. The manager was really very kind and fulfilled all our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and feel like recommending it to everyone. Excellent value for money.

The B&B 2012 is located in an area easily reachable by public transport. Although the area is very busy, the structure is isolated from the city traffic. Comfortable and modern environment. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The breakfast is rich, varied, and abundant. The manager is a very friendly, nice person and available for any request. I recommend it and I would gladly return.

Modern environment very comfortable and clean. Rooms furnished in an essential way, but with excellent taste. Ideal location for those who want to stay away from city traffic, but very close to the station allowing to reach all the places in the city. Manager, very available, discreet, caring, attentive to the needs of customers. I had a great time!
