B&B in Rome. In a 1930s Liberty building, in the historical area named Monteverde, close to Trastevere and the Gianicolo, well connected to the city center and to the airport, the B&B 30 is able to offer a unique and unforgettable staying.

The perfect apartment. Everything newly renovated. Excellent combination of modern appliances and classic decoration. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Everything very cozy. Evan, the owner, was very attentive and charming. He also offered us help with anything we might need. The neighborhood is quiet and well connected if you don't mind traveling by bus. I would stay at the same accommodation again. Breakfast is at a nearby bar, included in the price.

In an elegant building from the early '900, there is this pleasantly furnished "boutique" space. Great attention to detail and extraordinary hospitality. In a landscape of accommodations that welcome you via WhatsApp or with messages in the mailbox, finding the owner who welcomes you, accompanies you, shows you the accommodation, and makes themselves available is an added value of great impact. Excellent quality/price ratio. Definitely recommended.

The structure is very beautiful, quiet, excellently finished, with new, spotless linen. Breakfast is outside in a very trendy bar, using a token. I emphasize the style of the common area and the room, with excellent taste and elegance. The owners are discreet, available, and attentive. I will return and recommend.

My daughter and I stayed two nights at B&B 30. The property is located in a very quiet area, but with bus stops just a few steps away, you can get anywhere. The room, spotless, is a gem furnished with taste and attention to detail. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the bar, just 50 meters from the property, which offers a wide choice of freshly baked croissants, brioches, and muffins every morning. However, what makes the difference is the manager, Mr. Stefano, an exquisite and rare kindness person who immediately made himself available to make our stay as comfortable as possible by offering advice and help to meet some of our needs. Highly recommended!

A surprisingly beautiful accommodation from the early 1900s, meticulously detailed and functional. The owner, a polite person, dedicated his time to us. He recommended a delightful bar and a pleasant pizzeria. It was a beautiful break in everyday life.

Excellent structure, harmonious and welcoming environment, rich in precious details, in a very quiet area. After the long lockdown, some services (like the necessary for a breakfast) were missing, but the breakfast at the bar was still excellent. Stefano is very kind and very welcoming.

I stayed at this B&B between late October and early November 2017, due to my mother's surgery at the Spallanzani (unfortunately I cannot choose the year 2017 for the check-in). What can I say, a truly beautiful and welcoming structure and a magnificent owner, in such a bad period of my life I felt at home. Thanks again to Stefano, I hope to return on a better occasion than the previous one, maybe accompanied by my mother.

I made a round of phone calls until I called Stefano from B&B 30 Vigna Iacopini. At first glance, he seemed like a helpful, honest and humble person, I must say that my sixth sense as a woman did not fail me. As soon as we arrived on Sunday, May 6th, 2018 at Stefano's B&B from Calabria, it felt like being in a small miniature castle, everything so magical. Precious little objects that took me back in time, extraordinary cleanliness, scent of blooming gardens, we were pampered, treated very well. The beauty of this structure, the peace and tranquility made us feel at ease. Stefano is a wonderful person, very sweet and very clean, one of the few people who is not attached to self-interest but does his job with love. I personally thank him for everything, you are in our hearts. Highly recommended, you won't regret it. Here you will find everything you are looking for.
