B&B ROMA APPIA DAVILA25 is an elegant structure of 100 square meters with 2 balconies, placed on the 5th floor of a quiet building with lift.

it is finely furnished and in each room it has: parquet, heating, air conditioning, fridge in the room, LCD TV and Internet 24h; consists of:
spacious entrance and hallway where there is a telephone for emergency calls;
three large bright bedrooms, one with two double french beds and one single bed, one with a double bed and balcony, one with a double bed and one french beds;
three large bathrooms with windows, one with bath-shower and the others with shower.

Each of the three rooms has its own private external bathroom for exclusive use.

The price includes everything, self-service breakfast and tourist tax.

B&B DAVILA25 is located 200 meters from the Metro A Colli Albani, in a commercial area with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and every type of service and is very well connected:

to 100 meters is the line 87 direct to the Center;

to 2 metro stops away is the rapid transfer direct Tuscolana Station - Fiumicino airport every 15 minutes; to 7 stops is Termini Station.

Going outside Rome to 8 metro stops is Anagnina station, where the shuttle bus in 20 minutes connects with the Ciampino airport.

B&B DAVILA25 is located 100 meters from the Caffarella Park in the green
with ruins and old farmhouses, where you can go for long walks and get famous
archaeological finds from Roman times as the tomb of Cecilia Metella and
the catacombs of S. Sebastian and Callisto.

The room was warm and welcoming and had the necessary comforts, including an independent refrigerator. The breakfast room allowed for snacks, hot drinks, and the possibility of using the microwave. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with scented sheets and a hairdryer. The only downside, since it is an old building, was that the noises from the apartment above were very amplified, especially on holidays. The host Angelo was super helpful via WhatsApp for advice and more.

Angelo is an extremely friendly host. The rooms are spotlessly clean and our beds were even made daily. There is Italian breakfast, coffee, and cookies in the kitchen to prepare yourself. The accommodation comes highly recommended. Supermarket right next door. Also, numerous other shops. If you've had enough of the city, you can relax with a walk in the adjacent park. Tip-top!

Beautiful place. Spacious bathroom, very good shower. The manager is very kind, we broke a key and he solved the problem in a matter of minutes. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, 4 blocks from the metro. At night the buses take a bit to arrive, but during the day with the metro the transfer is very comfortable and it also has easy access to Termini. Highly recommended. Would choose it again without hesitation.

I am completely satisfied with choosing this accommodation, for many reasons: 1 Mr. Angelo satisfied every request of ours. 2 Very clean structure. 3 Breakfast with packaged but high-quality and plentiful products. 4 The location is convenient for moving around, a few meters from the metro. 5 Mini market and shops very close by. If I ever have to return to Rome, I would be happy to come back here.

The accommodation was as pictured/described, and the host was very helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. The pastries and croissants provided were much appreciated. Also, they allowed me to store my baggage until my flight on the final day. The only problem was noisy, inconsiderate neighbours, which is not the fault of the host. There was also a bin lorry making noise at 6am every day except Sunday. My sleep could’ve been better during my stay but, again, not the fault of the host.

We spent 5 days in this accommodation and we had a great time. Angelo, the manager, is very friendly and always ready to meet every need. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. If we really have to nitpick, maybe breakfast could be improved a bit, but just to be very picky. I recommend it to everyone. Super Angelo.

Absolutely loved this place, beautiful bedrooms and all the members of my family were happy, specifically my daughter and grand daughter. The WiFi was good and the location was good as well because it was not hard to find our way to the Colosseum. The host, Angelo, was very nice and was good at communicating with us while we were driving from Sappada to Rome which was about an 8 hour drive for us. I recommend this place and it was fairly cheap for the quality of the place, it was 55 a night for each room and we got 2 so we paid 220 for 2 nights altogether, you do have to pay 10 euros for parking a night. Loves this place and will definitely come again next time we're in Rome.

Beautiful. My boyfriend and I spent a very pleasant and relaxing weekend at this B&B, without having to worry about parking (thanks to the availability of the garage) and traffic, since it is located very close to the metro stop where we can reach all areas of Rome. We were very happy, the room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean, good breakfast where practically nothing was missing and Mr. Angelo made us feel at home, welcoming us with great availability and friendliness. We will return and will definitely recommend it.

My friend and I were supposed to welcome our Austrian friends here in Rome and we decided to spend three days with them in this bed and breakfast not far from our homes. We are really satisfied with the choice because the rooms are quiet and cool, clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are also private, spacious and with windows, in short everything is very pleasant and economical.
