Description
Our family's small palace is the last inhabitable tower in San Pellegrino, built in the distant year of 1200 and used as a set for some medieval themed movies. Initially, we moved from Rome with the intention of living away from the chaos of the big city and enjoying walks through the charming, perfectly preserved medieval historic center. Later, we decided to create something unique for those tourists who want to discover the wonderful city of Viterbo by opening the doors of our home to guests from all over the world.
Our Renaissance-style rooms are equipped with every modern comfort, including air conditioning, while preserving the charm of the past. On the ground floor, you can admire the medieval house with its exposed stone facade, the stable with the manger and the feed trough. In addition, we offer the opportunity to visit the alley, an ancient passageway incorporated into the underground, and the cellars hand-dug into the tuff.
The rooms are elegantly furnished in respect of the environment with a touch of originality and modernity. The rooms are enriched by the paintings made by the owner, Teresa, which make the accommodation unique.

Clean room and good location. I find it serious that I was forced to pay in cash because, according to the lady, "the prices are already low, if we also charge with the card..." 50€ for a night in a single room is an average price. If she considers the fees too high, she should look for another bank, the law is very clear about it.

The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, great ambiance in a very old but perfectly updated palazzo. Loved the place, unfortunately had just one overnight stay. Will try to come back for a couple of days to explore Viterbo. Many thanks to Federico! He is a very friendly, helpful host who helped a lot to make my stay perfect.

In the most suggestive point of Viterbo, in the San Pellegrino district, we were welcomed by Federico, helpful, friendly, prepared, and always ready to provide advice on places to visit and restaurants for dining. Impeccable cleanliness and attention to COVID regulations, unfortunately, breakfast for the current period was not possible in the beautiful common room but still very rich and varied to enjoy in your own room. For us, definitely a successful choice. Highly recommended.

Federico, the manager is very helpful, the structure is located in a central but very reserved area, in a very evocative setting. Rooms and premises are very clean. Due to the Covid situation, breakfast could not be served with the buffet in the designated room, but in the room there was everything necessary to enjoy a great breakfast, with single-portion sweet and savory foods and a pie kindly donated by the manager. Maximum attention to sanitization rules. It was a short but very pleasant stay with a promise to return as soon as possible, a highly recommended B&B. Thank you again for everything.
