Very peaceful and quiet place. Beautiful villa both inside and out. Clean and well-equipped pool, which gives an extra feeling of freshness. It offers the possibility to see the whole Lake Bolsena without driving far. I stayed 3 nights at this property and the kindness and friendliness of Mrs. Maddalena made us feel at home. She made sure we lacked nothing: rooms always tidy and a rich, abundant breakfast. Highly recommended.

A pleasant, no frills place to stay. The pool is a nice touch, but the water was very cold - obviously not heated. Fine for me - I like cold water, but many don't. Our room was spotlessly clean and la signora was most welcoming and pleasant.

We really liked the place because it's quiet, the structure is clean and new, the breakfast is good and plentiful, Mrs. Maddalena is very friendly and with her husband they make you feel at home. The staff is also very kind. We highly recommend staying here. We wanted to thank them for their friendliness and availability.

We stayed for one night at B&B L'Amicizia and met the owners who are lovely people. Mrs. Maddalena, with her friendliness, made us feel at home. The husband Carmine as well. The location is optimal and allows you to move around. There is a beautiful garden and a fabulous terrace that frame the place, from which you can admire the view while enjoying the breakfast prepared with great care. We will gladly return in other times of the year.

Situated at the beginning of Montefiascone, external street parking, the air conditioning randomly stops in the afternoon and the switch is external forcing us to call the owner. Room seemingly clean, with ants in the bathroom. At the time of payment we are asked for a higher amount than agreed upon at the booking and despite my objection, the owner still demands 5 euros more for the air conditioning. Avoiding arguments, I pay the due amount plus 5 euros and leave. Removed from my list for a possible return.

A short distance from the center. The manager is kind, very helpful, not intrusive at all, and friendly. Excellent cook (super breakfast). If you have the room on the first floor, you just need a bit of agility for the spiral staircase.
