"L’Amaca" since 2011 is the ideal solution for those seeking comfortable and quiet accommodation.

Located in the West residential quadrant, in the Battistini-Trionfale neighborhood, it is particularly suitable for health needs, thanks to its strategic location near the Policlinico Gemelli and Cristo Re: the terminus of Metro A "Battistini" and the "Cornelia" stop are both 1. 5 km away.

The facility, which was recently renovated, offers 3 spacious rooms, including 2 double doubles and 1 twin with single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed
Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom where we provide Linen Kit, Hairdryer and Courtesy Kit (disposable slippers and make-up remover wipes).

Rooms are simply and functionally furnished, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi (certified 40 Mb/s speed in each room), great for Smart Working or Business needs.

For maximum entertainment satisfaction, there is 32" HD Smart TV with free streaming services and USB C and USB A Charging sockets useful for your devices.

In the common room, self-service Italian breakfast with single-serving products, espresso machine, kettle and refrigerator is available.

In addition, the property offers free parking for guests arriving by car (subject to availability and request during booking).

Our Self Check-In is easy and convenient, with remote assistance available at any time after 4: 00 p. m., allowing guests to access the facility independently and without having to adhere to strict schedules.

The structure is small and well-kept, very clean and with welcoming details (water in the room, Wi-Fi, refrigerator available for communal use), the bed is comfortable. Quiet area with parking for personal cars. For those traveling by train, it takes about 15/18 minutes by metro and then another kilometer and a half with a final slope. Buses can help but often with unpredictable schedules. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent in all respects. Breakfast can be improved, but given the limited number of rooms in the B&B you cannot ask for freshly cooked hot bread or croissants. The possibility of parking on the property is also excellent.
