Il Giardino di Gabri is located in an exclusive location in Rome, surrounded by nature within the Valle dei Casali reserve, a green oasis near the historic center.

Excellent connections by bus 31 and 33 direct to the Vatican, metro B and tram 8 nearby allow you to easily go to the Colosseum and in the Trastevere area in 25/30 minutes. (Also night bus).

Excellent connections with Rome's main stations and airports and excellent access by car (from exit 30, exit 30)

The B&B is very cared for clean and welcoming design, where the rustic and the modern blend to give life to warm and comfortable.

The Giardino di Gabri offers you the chance to spend an original stay in Rome to experience culture and rediscover nature.

The location is generally much appreciated for a sweet romantic getaway, by many families with children, who have the opportunity to run and play free in the garden in contact with nature and finally by our guests on a business trip who like to sleep peacefully at the end of the day.

In the immediate vicinity you can find excellent bars, recommended restaurants and several supermarkets.

Just one kilometer away is via dei Colli Portuensi, mainly dedicated to services and shopping.

In the morning a sweet awakening awaits you among the scents of nature, the song of birds and above all "the sweets of Gabri", made at home by our mother with fresh eggs every day and lots of passion.

You are welcome to rediscover together the flavors of the earth between freshly picked vegetables and seasonal fruits and eaten under the tree or at any time of the day or the Km0 honey extracted directly from our bees.

At your disposal in addition to a beautiful garden, large veranda with wood oven / barbeque for pleasant moments of meeting, bicycles for a walk around and free parking space.

We prepare for you every day fresh homemade sweets with great passion, you will also always have a basket with sweet snacks as well as fruit juices, fresh fruit from the " garden " good coffee, tea, milk, yogurt. Honey and homemade jams !
This is our standard breakfast, rich and healthy but we always ask if there are other preferences or needs our guests trying to provide maximum satisfaction !

Mirco was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Close to public transport so easy to see all the sights.

Loved this Bed and Breakfast! Great hosts, very accommodating. The location is a little outside of the city and can be a bit difficult to navigate to and from, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Mirco est très bien très gentil et serviable il nous a reserve le taxi pour notre depart pour l'aeroport qui etait très tot donc pas de possibilité en bus. La chambre d hote est d une propreté au top, bien. mieux que dans les hotels. Ne pas oublie de rajouter la taxe de séjour qui n est pas compris dans le prix.

Io e la mia famiglia di 5 siamo trovati molto bene pernottando al B&B "Il giardino di Gabri". Siamo stati accolti generosamente. Mirco ha risposto alle nostre domande sui mezzi pubblici (in quel periodo la durata a tratta era di media circa 30 minuti) per raggiungere il centro di Roma e ci ha dato dei consigli per ristorante e itinerari. Le camere e gli altri spazi del B&B sono stati recentemente rinnovati e sono dotati di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, bagno spazioso, letti comodi ecc) ed è in una posizione molto silenziosa. Dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno Mirco ci ha salutato gentilmente e generosamente - è un ottimo "padrone di casa" e abbiamo notato che ci tiene alla sua attività e i suoi ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per la posizione visto che è quasi attaccato al Grande raccordo anulare e facilmente raggiungibile con bus per il centro di Roma.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso B&B il Giardino di Gabri per una settimana ed è stato perfetto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, ti fanno sentire accolta come se fossi a casa tua e rendono il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il posto è immerso nel verde e, approfittando della bella stagione, abbiamo cenato quasi tutte le sere sul terrazzino della nostra stanza con verdure fresche dell'orto del B&B godendoci il panorama. La posizione è strategica al massimo: sei a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Villa Bonelli (4 minuti in macchina), da lì puoi raggiungere sia la Fiera di Roma che Roma città con il treno. Perfetto sia per chi deve fare un concorso alla Fiera di Roma sia per chi vuole visitare la città. Ci siamo trovate benissimo: torneremo di sicuro qui la prossima volta che soggiorneremo a Roma.

Struttura veramente bella. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulito, accogliente. Si può arrivare in centro senza grandi difficoltà, grazie ai mezzi pubblici. Il titolare (Mirco) è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consiglio veramente di soggiornare in questo B&B!

Ho soggiornato presso la nuova ala de Il Giardino di Gabry ovvero il Papa Leone country e devo dire che non ce stata scelta migliore. Mirco il titolare gentilissimo si per avermi dato la possibilità di pernottare pur avendo prenotato il giorno stesso. Camera perfetta, doppia uso singolo, spaziosa con balcone condiviso con gli altri ospiti; camere dotate di tv. wi-fi in tutta la casa, aria condizionata, e seti di asciugamani. L'area soggiorno rustica e moderna, ogni giorno tante delizie per la colazione, grazie ai dolci di Cristina, cucina a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti, carina e accogliente. Beh che dire è il luogo dove poter trascorrere le vacanze in piena tranquillità e lontani dal caos della metropoli. Consigliatissimo! Inoltre vorrei fare un grande in bocca al lupo a Mirco per il nuovo progetto e ringrazio sia te che Cristina per il meraviglioso soggiorno. Tornerò per le prossime Vacanze!

Bella location, siamo andati col cane che è stato bene accolto. Pulito, proprietario gentilissimo. Unica pecca la colazione da servirci da soli e il fatto di aver soggiornato in una parte diversa della struttura, ovvero un appartamento in un condominio senza lo spazio verde che pensavamo. Per il resto tutto ok.

Gentile Moira, Grazie per il feedback e per i complimenti personali! La recensione chiaramente non può essere attribuita del tutto al B&B il Giardino di Gabri attraverso il quale c'è stato solo il contatto mail ma il soggiorno è stato poi proposto già in anticipo presso la nuova struttura adiacente appena nata: Papa Leone Countryrooms dove a parte le camere tutte dotate di ampio balcone e bagno privato lo spazio verde non manca ma è chiaramente po più ridotto rispetto alla struttura originaria. Riguardo la colazione è gestita in maniera autonoma con ampio buffet illimitato a disposizione e con prodotti di ottima qualità, frutta fresca, yogurt,del buon caffè espresso in capsule, tea e tisane a volontà,nesquick, latte e succhi idem, acqua naturale e frizzante gratuita sempre a disposizione, cereali,biscotti di diverse varietà,croissant a lievitazione naturale e una torta a disposizione nel buffet. .peccato per la critica ma accettiamo chiaramente essendo un parere soggettivo, la nostra è stata semplicemente una scelta, nel far trovare un allestimento abbondante, curato nella forma e nella sostanza, a disposizione a qualsiasi ora nel pieno rispetto delle abitudini di ogni ospite evitando soprattutto l' imposizione di determinati orari per la colazione e lasciando una certa privacy anche al momento del vostro risveglio! Come avrete notato comunque la nostra accoglienza e l' assistenza nel momento del bisogno certamente non mancano. La presenza dello staff è assicurata tutti i giorni, con il sorriso e il piacere di assicurarvi ottimo soggiorno, dalle pulizie alle due chiacchiere o nel chiedere semplicemente se tutto procede bene, cercando inoltre di dare buoni consigli su come spostarsi e vivere al meglio la città e dove mangiare per esempio. Grazie ancora comunque e mi fa molto piacere che avete trascorso dei bei giorni a Roma con delle belle soddisfazioni soprattutto riguardo lo scopo per cui eravate qui e siete benvenuti con grande piacere alla prossima occasione! Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato qui per una sola notte ma torneremo quanto prima per gustarci qualche weekend lungo nel completo relax della struttura. La nostra camera era graziosissima, comoda spaziosa e, ciliegina sulla torta, dotata di bagno in camera con vasca idromassaggio. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole stare in tranquillità ma comunque ben servito da pullman e treno per raggiungere il centro di Roma o il mare. Nota di merito per Mirko, il proprietario, che con cortesia e simpatia ci ha accolto e consigliato sul nostro soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti il B&B si trova a 20 minuti di macchina dal centro pulizia delle camere ottima personale cordiale arredamento delle camere un po antiquato servirebbe una modernizzazione colazione ottima davvero soddisfacente dal dolce al salato sicuramente in futuro soggiornerei di nuovo avendo la macchina però, non avendo un mezzo di trasporto proprio opterei per qualcosa più vicino al centro. Voto complessivo del soggiorno 8.

Area Portuense

The b&b the Garden of Gabri is in the Portuense area - Monteverde, is located within the nature reserve Valle dei Casali, a green corner of the city within walking distance from the center of Rome in the stretch that connects the shopping street of the Colli Portuensi buisiness area of ??Eur.
The property is very well-connected to the historic center and to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino, located not far from the neighborhood Parco de Medici and the Fiera di Roma (4 stops by train line FL1 direct to Fiumicino airport from the nearby station Villa Bonelli).
Reach the old town is very simple and it takes up to 30 minutes with the combination bus 31 (direction Laurentina) until the meter B-Eur Magliana (3 stops) and from there by metro is 10 minutes to the stop Coliseum.
The bus took 31 in the opposite direction (P. Clodio) before crossing the path of the Colli Portuensi crossing a few stops after the Circonvallazione Gianicolense where you can take the tram 8 to Piazza Venezia, to follow along the beautiful and famous Villa Pamphili Park for then come right after the area near St. Peter / Vatican (St. Peter's at 10 min walk from Pius XI, the Vatican Museums in 10 minutes walk from the terminus P. Clodio).
Connection also night to the old town in 25 minutes by bus N19 that leaves every half hour from Piazza Venezia, through the known area of ??Trastevere, and comes to the last stop in via Isaac Newton just 300 meters from our hotel.
The b & b is located in the vicinity of 'San Camillo-Forlanini Hospital, European Hospital, Villa Sandra and convention center SGM.
Via Dei Colli Portuensi is the main shopping area where there are shops and services the all kinds, bars, restaurants and points gathering trend for a drink or dinner, and several supermarkets including one open 24 hours, a McDonald's 500 meters.
Just a 10-minute walk or a bus stop are other bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and newsagent tobacconist.
