Description
Situated on a hillside to the south of the town, 2 km (1/2 mile) from the built up area, the premises are immersed in green vegetation amongst the typical vineyards and olive groves of the estate which also includes the owner’s villa; this has an independent apartment for guests’ use, grounds with open areas, a sun bathing area. and The apartment, with independent central heating, has an equipped kitchen to be used freely, a modern bathroom with shower and a room with two beds, living room area, fireplace and television.
Upon request, a third bed can be add.
The estate is situated near to the Castelli Romani natural park, and is also close to the most pleasant localities of the area to the south of Rome (Castelgandolfo, Rocca di Papa, Nemi, etc).
The town of Velletri is directly connected with Rome by train and bus (leaving every 20 minutes with a journey time of about 50 minutes) and is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Anzio and Nettuno.
The Price is 30-36 per 1 person.

We stayed at the tourist accommodation 'Alloggio turistico Il Campetto' to visit the Castelli Romani Park. The location is good as long as you have a car. The mini-apartment is very comfortable and immersed in the greenery of the Velletri countryside. Absolutely recommended.
