Our B&B is located in Rome, a city of art, in an area rich in historical, architectural, and cultural landmarks. It is situated in a quiet location but only a stone's throw away from the nightlife, right in the heart of the city in the Termini area.

"B&B Idea" is a hospitable and comfortable facility. Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of shopping streets, attend cultural events and exhibitions.

In close proximity to our residence, guests will find several monuments and famous places, and it is worth noting the proximity to the University of Rome Sapienza and the Umberto I Polyclinic Hospital.

Our structure is the perfect place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for meetings and business stays, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment.

We provide our guests with a private bathroom in each room, heated rooms, smoking areas, and the freedom to return at any time of the night.

Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, television, mirror, and luggage rack.

We have 4 rooms available, all with a private bathroom. In the morning, we will delight you with our delicious breakfasts.

The managers speak Italian and English fluently.

We would also like to point out that its strategic location makes it suitable for city trips thanks to the nearby subway stations (Metro A - Repubblica, Metro B - Policlinico, Metro B - Termini, Metro B - Castro Pretorio..), and it is excellently connected by the nearby A24 Tiburtina ring road.

B&B Idea is located in the Castro Pretorio district, a historic neighborhood of ancient Rome within the Aurelian Walls. In the immediate vicinity there are the Central Termini Station and the Castro Pretorio Metro Station, which make it easy to reach any point of interest in the city.

The central area offers every possible accommodation for travelers, from restaurants and nightlife venues to cultural centers and monuments. The owner is welcoming and helpful, the B&B Idea is located in a great area convenient for moving around Termini area. The room is spacious, with all the comforts and the availability of shower gel and shampoo, not common. As I have already mentioned, the shower leaks a bit of water and the environment is cool, but in summer it's practical for this. In the absence of breakfast, the presence of coffee pods or a moka pot would be appreciated. The fridge is available for common use. I recommend it and will return.

The room was very clean, the owner of the property very kind. Strategic location near Termini. The price is high, in my opinion, but less than the usual madness in Rome. Too bad about the kitchen unusable even for a kettle or coffee. There is no elevator but the stairs are not steep.

Mi dispiace che non ha specificato il prezzo reale per tre persone e che con una piccolissima aggiunta sua moglie e' potuta restare in camera fino al pomeriggio ad aspettare voi che tornavate dalla partita per le 16. Cosa per la quale mi ha ringraziato tantissimo. Anche perché dopo le 12 la camera andrebbe pagata per intero.comunque grazie mille.

We had a great time. The room was truly beautiful, modern, and spacious. Very close to Termini station and very convenient to the metro. Impeccable cleanliness and the owner is very kind and super helpful. On the last day, we were leaving with the evening train and she let us keep the room all day to keep our luggage. The price was also really good. When we return to Rome, it will definitely be our place.

Very clean room, Mrs. Gianna very kind and helpful. The only problem is the absence of the elevator and the size of the room and bathroom, a bit small and therefore you have a bit of difficulty in movement. Everything else great. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this B&B Idea with my family for 4 days and I must admit that we had a very good time. Mrs. Gianna is very kind and not intrusive, the room is a bit small but clean and especially in a quiet area and close to the train station and metro. Great price. I recommend it.

I needed a B&B near Policlinico Umberto I. I was lucky to find this excellent facility, comfortable and very clean. In an area served by restaurants and pizzerias and ten minutes walk from the Policlinico. I highly recommend it. The owner, Mrs. Gianna, is a very kind and helpful person, and has made a stay that was anything but simple more enjoyable. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar with coffee and croissant. Thank you Mrs. Gianna, I hope to come back soon for tourist reasons and will certainly stay in your excellent B&B.

Breakfast is taken in a bar on another street, not at the B&B as stated in the presentation. There was no breakfast on Sunday, December 30th or on January 1st. On Monday, the 31st in the afternoon, there was no heating in the room. Very little natural light and poor lighting, unable to read. For these reasons, I shortened my stay at the B&B.

Responded immediately to my information request, the owner Mrs. Gianna, very kind and very helpful. Very close to Termini station and the metro, you can easily walk there and along the way many bars and restaurants, all very kind as well. Very quiet structure. Very good value for money. Recommended.

Cozy, clean structure, without particular claims. Optimal location in a residential neighborhood a few minutes walk from Termini. Breakfast (croissant + coffee or cappuccino) is served at the bar on the street, through a ticket that the manager gives you at check-in. The only thing: the tickets have the name of the old bar with which the manager had the agreement (the bar is now closed). At check-in, the manager did not specify this and we had to call at 7 in the morning because we didn't know which bar to have breakfast at (the right bar is 50 meters away, but go figure, it wasn't the only bar in the area). A tip for the manager: throw away the old tickets (simple pieces of printed paper) and print new ones! Otherwise, everything perfect.

I stayed at B&B Idea because I took a police competition in February. It is very close to the Castro Pretorio barracks so extreme convenience in reaching it! Very close to the metro stop that allows you to reach any place, well organized and above all excellent cleanliness and kindness of Mrs. Giovanna (she welcomed us as if she had known us for a lifetime immediately putting us at ease). Breakfast is included in the price and is in a bar near the B&B, with a wide choice and there too we found the staff very kind. Now I am returning to Rome for a competition that my partner will have to take and obviously we don't think twice, we come back here... see you soon ma'am.

I've been to Rome. For a police competition, I can say that the landlady is truly an exceptional lady: sympathy and respect guaranteed! The room is clean and if requested, there's also the possibility to have wifi! I will definitely come back.

Absolutely a place to recommend. Centrally located and very well connected. Indescribable cleanliness. As soon as I entered the apartment, I immediately felt at home. The landlady is disarmingly kind and helpful. You absolutely have to go there. Seeing is believing. I stayed 2 days in this wonderful place, and they were the most beautiful days of my life. Next time I will definitely know where to go! I read about cell phones not getting reception, and it's absolutely not true. I had great reception. Plus, the lady provided me with the WiFi password. I couldn't have found better than this. Thanks again, see you next time.

I stayed at this B&B last weekend, together with two other people, in a triple room. Great location, ten minutes walk from Termini station and two minutes from metro B, quiet area. Also, the room was very clean and the owner's kindness, who lives right in front of the room, was excellent (we stayed on the first floor but there are also rooms on the third). Breakfast included in the price at a nearby bar, coffee/cappuccino and brioches (very good and big). Unfortunately, there is no WIFI and the phone signal is weak but it's not a problem at all! Highly recommended B&B, if I were to return to Rome, I already know where to stay :).

Hello, I stayed at the B&B Idea from 2 to 7 July 2017; the B&B is located 5-7 minutes walk from Termini Station, 2 minutes walk from Castro Pretorio metro stop (Line B); ideal for those who have to take police exams via del Castro Pretorio. The room was very clean with TV and private bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, towels, and hairdryer). Italian breakfast outside in a very well-stocked bar. The only flaw is the lack of Wi-Fi connection. Family management, very polite and helpful.
