In our B&B, Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We are located in the San Giovanni neighborhood of Rome, just 100 meters from Piazza dei Re di Roma and the Re di Roma metro station on Line A.

This will remain my point of reference! I stayed for 10 days: the first two with my family, the remaining alone in Rome. I felt very comfortable. The metro is a few steps away, a central location with a fishmonger, pastry shop, tobacconist, supermarket and clothing stores very close by. Moreover, the room has a stovetop (kitchen with fairly well-equipped pots and utensils), very useful for those who want to prepare something on their own. The owners were super kind and very helpful, fulfilling some of my requests. I would suggest improving the breakfast.

The location and size of the place are good. There is a small kitchenette that allows for meals independently. The breakfast is a bit scarce with packaged snacks. This was not indicated in the description. A good idea would be to have breakfast paid for in a bar in the area. The location is convenient to the center.

The place is very nice. It is more spacious than it seems in the photos. The breakfast is good, but it is not a breakfast that is prepared, rather some breads and packaged sweets, with jam, and coffee for one to prepare. The location is very convenient. We had good communication with the host. We definitely recommend it.

Recommendation for the location (the property is very close to metro line A, Rome Tuscolana and a series of very nice local places, I recommend the Re di Roma pizzeria in the square) and the price is quite low for the average in Rome.
Kind and helpful homeowner, quiet neighborhood.
The breakfast consists of packaged jam + rusks, milk, coffee, and various packaged snacks.
