B&B e Casa Vacanze La Camelia

I stayed at B&B La Camelia for work for a couple of months, a few days each week. I had a great experience: excellent location, rooms always clean and well heated. The owner is very kind, caring, attentive and always available. She made me feel at home immediately. As soon as you enter through the front door you are greeted by a pleasant scent that makes the place even more welcoming. Parking is also convenient: around the courthouse it is easy to find and it is at most a 5-minute walk from the B&B. I will definitely recommend B&B La Camelia to friends and family and, if I ever need it again, it will certainly be my first choice.

The property is very central and convenient,but rather old and poorly maintained,with dirty walls and not very clean. The double bed was actually a French bed,though comfortable. Breakfast consists of a cappuccino and a pastry at a nearby bar,which was not what we expected.

Central and calm house.

The house is in the historical center. In front of the elevator that leads to the upper part of Rieti and a few steps from the Lungo Velino. The room is quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. Equipped with TV, fan, fridge, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is large with a shower. Comfortable beds. Breakfast at the center bar with cappuccino and croissant. Very kind and helpful owner.

We felt at home! Mrs. Giuliana was super welcoming even though we arrived a bit late, she advised us on where to park and where to eat, offered to book dinner for us, promptly dealt with a specific request of mine! The room was clean and warm, located right in the historic center of Rieti. Great value for money!

B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia offers simple yet comfortable hospitality. It is in a great location both for its proximity to the central square and to the parking area. Nearby, there are also bars and restaurants. The owner is very kind and helpful. I had a good experience.

The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Places are cleaned daily. The location of the B&B is perfect in the city center of Rieti. The owner of the B&B, the ladies in charge of the B&B, and the cleaning lady did their best, I think, to provide us with the best service over the week, even though there was a small language barrier. The owner is helpful, available, and friendly. Thanks for the flowers. Unfortunately, the reservation was for 2 rooms, one without any bed and the second with 2 single beds. What we got did not match this. We had to wait until the next day to get two separate beds, after 15 hours of travel, that's not something you expect for 60€ per night. One room with a TV and fridge but no kitchen, and the other with a 'kitchenette'. The fact that the furniture is mismatched, like the dishes, plus the trace of furniture on the walls that gives an average look to the room, the shower not so new, does not match the website photos and the price. However, the bedding (very good mattress) and toiletries were of very good quality! We had 2 days with cold showers, due to possible running out of warm water (other customers already finished with their shower time) and the turning off of the general boilers. This meant that the heaters were cold during the night, the only moment you are really in your room. The strange thing is that in our room the last 3 days we had normal heating but my father (in the second room) had none even with the thermostat set to 5. The heater remained cold, as if his part of the building was turned off. That would have been 'acceptable' as we know that energy bills are currently crazy, but not for 60€ per night. As per the description 'Abundant breakfast'. The place has an agreement with the nearby bar for breakfast: one hot drink (coffee/cappuccino) + one croissant. (3 coffees, 3 croissants, 15€/day too expensive). That's more like an afternoon snack than a proper/normal breakfast. Definitely not what we were expecting at all. This option is also not for people with reduced mobility. A more realistic description of the B&B would be better. Following the reply of the structure, I will add the message of the owner for the booking, the bed request was the main point of the reservation and not an unknown detail, but they did not follow up on the reservation: Booked Double Room 'B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia Hello So for your father, we can make a single use double and for you and grandma a double with two separate beds Can that be okay? I also wanted to communicate that breakfast after Covid is no longer served inside the structure but in the bar near Piazza Cavour Is that a problem? Greetings Giuliana 2nd Nov. 2022 at 19:31.

Everything perfect, starting from the warm welcome of Mrs. Giuliana, helpful and caring. Impeccable two-room apartment, complete with everything and very clean. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at the B&B for a month. The structure is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect and in the historic center. Furthermore, the owners are very courteous and helpful. I absolutely recommend it.

I moved for work to Rieti and for a while I stayed at the B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia. \nI didn't know anyone in the city but I was welcomed by Mrs. Stefania who made me feel at home and gave me great advice. \nThe structure is new despite being in the historic center and a stone's throw from the city's main attractions. \nThe rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. \nParking available 1 minute walk from the property. \nHighly recommended.

Excellent facility for quality price and location and very kind owner who, among other things, also booked the Cintia restaurant for us. They are also exquisite in addition to abundant tasty dishes at reasonable prices.

Courtesy and extreme willingness to accommodate, as in my case, a large group of people. Modern rooms equipped with every comfort (first of all the private bathroom, present in each room). I spent a week at B&B and Casa Vacanze La Camelia, a welcoming structure in every aspect, from the staff to the rooms, from cleanliness to friendliness, from the welcome of the owner to the comfort of the spaces. Furthermore, the B&B is located in the city center in a strategic position that allows you to reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and various services on foot in just a few minutes. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at the B&B and Vacation Home La Camelia for ten days, and it immediately seemed like a comfortable and familiar place to me. Excellent value for money, some rooms also have a small kitchenette which was really useful to me, furthermore the owner is very courteous and available for any request. It is in a strategic position compared to the historic center, various points of the center are reached in a very short time. Great if you are traveling alone or as a couple.

I really liked this property, starting with the owner who is a helpful, friendly, and nice person. It is located in a quiet area but a short walk from the central square of Rieti, so it is well served and particularly convenient for reaching the judicial offices and the DiComaC on foot. The room was clean and well-heated, and the price is in line with the quality. The only downside: breakfast is missing because the external affiliated bar is unusable due to the earthquake. However, there are numerous bars in the area where you can have an excellent breakfast at very low prices.

Really cozy B&B, in the historical center (the main city attractions are easily reachable on foot). Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Very close to a bar-bakery that serves fantastic breakfasts (lunches and aperitifs!). The area is very quiet (I used to walk back from volunteer service alone at any time without ever having any problems or entering unsecure areas!). Finally, the availability of the lady (also available for pleasant chats, very appreciated especially when traveling alone!) and the tranquility of the structure in general and of the room in particular (always well heated!) made my stay comfortable, relaxing, and hassle-free!

I found myself in Rieti for the first time during the post-earthquake volunteer service and I stayed at the B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia for almost the whole week. The structure is really welcoming, the rooms are well furnished and equipped with everything necessary to feel good even after a day of work away from home. For breakfast, you can go to nearby affiliated bars. It is located in a quiet, silent street, but also safe for a girl traveling alone; it is also within walking distance from the station. Rieti is small and full of things to see and the location of the B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia is optimal as a starting point for a nice walk. I don't forget the great kindness and availability that Mrs. Giuliana had towards me. I hope to be able to return to Rieti as a tourist and I will definitely stay at the B&B and Holiday Home La Camelia. N.B. Excellent value for money.

I stayed 3 at this B&B and I was completely satisfied both with the structure, such as cleaning and value for money, and with the location close to the center and other places of interest. I will certainly return to La Camelia in winter because, thanks to its location, it is easy to reach Mount Terminillo. Finally, I take this opportunity to thank the owner for her kindness and availability.

Great retreat, very central and quiet. Despite being in a restricted traffic area, there is ample parking availability in the surrounding areas. Excellent welcome and exquisite courtesy. Highly recommended.

I gave a low rating because breakfast is not served on site, but in affiliated bars nearby. Overall, I would recommend the structure also for the quality and price ratio.

Good quality-price ratio. The room and bathroom are spacious. It is a pity that breakfast is not served at the property but you have to go to a nearby affiliated bar. Aside from this small issue, I recommend it without problems. The lady who manages the property is very kind.
