The B&B Clelia is the perfect place for both a vacation and a business stay thanks to its quiet and private environment, where hospitality and privacy come first. The owner of the establishment is at your disposal to make your stay in the establishment as pleasant as possible, but also to help you in your experience in Rome, being able to offer you all his knowledge of the eternal city.

The B&B Clelia offers its guests spacious double rooms that can also be used as singles. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, and air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned daily with care and attention to offer you a always fresh and pleasant environment.

Our establishment is located a short distance from the historic San Giovanni district, precisely at Via Clelia 94, just 100 meters from the Furio Camillo Metro A stop. The area is perfect for moving around Rome quickly and easily, not only because it is served by Metro A, which can reach all the places of interest in the city in a few minutes, but also because of its proximity to the Roma Tuscolana train station.

Now a little about me: my name is Giovanni and I am the owner and manager of the Clelia B&B.

I am 44 years old, the son of two wonderful parents who graduated in chemistry. After a life spent in the administrative and commercial sector, I decided to open this splendid B&B to share my love for Rome and its wonders with as many people as possible, dedicating my time to this marvelous activity.

The possibilities for making coffee and tea are great. But it was written on the site that breakfast takes place in a bar with croissants. But there were only a few slices of toast with Nutella/jam and cheap little cakes. So top ratings for the accommodation and Giovanni (finally someone in Italy who knows how to deal with tourists and speaks English!), but the breakfast is definitely in need of improvement.

Well-connected structure. Kind and very courteous owner. Large and welcoming room. I suggest changing the chairs and the sofa at the entrance because they are a bit dated and dirty (better than the chairs without fabric). Everything else is perfect.

Great location for those who want to take advantage of the Metro line. Bed and pillows are finally good, the room cleaning is average. Too bad for the bathroom that has several cleaning and maintenance issues.

The B&B Clelia is located practically on a very busy street and in an area full of shops, but zero noise in the room. I booked a very cute room with an attached panoramic terrace. The staff is very kind and easy-going. I will definitely come back.

The B&B Clelia, besides being located in a very quiet area, is strategically positioned, in fact the metro can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. We were greeted by the manager, Giovanni, impeccably thanks to his kindness, availability, and professionalism. We did not encounter any problems in the room and the cleanliness was good: every morning the room was tidied up and cleaned. For breakfast, toast, Nutella, milk, jam, and packaged snacks are offered. The price is excellent. We will definitely come back for future stays.

We chose this property for its extreme proximity to a sports event I had to attend. \n\nIt can't certainly be defined as a Bed & Breakfast, rather a house that rents out rooms. And probably I wasn't attentive enough to read information and/or previous reviews, I don't know; in any case, the disappointment was total on some aspects, first of all the cleanliness. \nThe shower was all dirty with mold on the water pipe and rust mixed with limescale everywhere. \nSame rust on the towels that I asked to replace. They do not accept card payments (I believe this is vital information to include in the presentation of the property). \nThe front door of the house opened by itself; both managers told us they were aware of the problem, but perhaps it's too expensive to call a locksmith. In any case, we slept by locking the door. \nThe breakfast consists of a tray left in the bedroom with two packs of rusks, jam, Nutella, mini plumcakes, and 1 liter of milk. No fresh fruit, no cookies, no croissants, no yogurt, no cereals, no savory alternatives, but okay, we settle for it, for that convenient price. \nThe first day we had a shower mat, from the second day onwards no shower mat. \nIn general, professionalism is quite below sufficiency. \n\nMy grandmother taught me that things are worth what you pay for them, so I would say that for the price paid and for the need I had to be so close to the sports competition, in general, this property worked for me, but I would not recommend it...

The owners were very kind, friendly, hospitable, and flexible with my check-in time. The room was as described. The common kitchen was very welcoming and clean. The area is close to the metro line. The parking situation, a bit like many parts of Rome, is not great. However, you can take advantage of a secure paid parking right next to the property. I highly recommend this B&B.

We stayed for 4 nights, everything was perfect. Very strategic location both for the metro and the bus. The manager was very kind, hospitable and caring towards us, also accepting our request to leave the luggage even after check out time. The room was very cute and especially clean. B&B Clelia is very nice, has a modern style and is very well maintained, as if it were new even though the owner told me it has been open for 3 years. In the room there was a private bathroom with a window overlooking the courtyard, a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Breakfast is left on the desk, which I then consumed in the kitchen. I must say the cleanliness was perfect, both when my husband and I entered and the next day when they did the daily cleaning. The manager is very friendly and helpful, and the area is peaceful and well connected. I couldn't complain about anything.

The structure is new and very quiet, well connected both to the city center (Furio Camillo metro just a few steps away) and to the airport, easily reachable via Tuscolana station (10 minutes on foot). The area is full of supermarkets, pharmacies, and various shops. The owner is very kind and helpful. Last but not least, the room's impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, located in the Appio Latino district, full of shops and a short distance from the historic center. We arrived at Fiumicino and took a train from there that left us right next to the B&B Clelia. The owner Giovanni was very helpful in advising and welcoming us. The room was very nice, of a beautiful lilac color, spacious enough with an en suite bathroom. The beds, comfortable the new TV and the air conditioning, essential given the season, make the room very pleasant. The bathroom of our room was internal and always clean. There is no living room but there is a equipped kitchen where you can socialize with other guests or have a coffee. I was struck by the quietness of the building and the attention to detail. Considering the price, a great deal.

Arrived with my family we were greeted very well, the manager took all the time to explain how to move, where and how to visit Rome at best. The room was spacious, very nice and very clean. The area is excellent because quiet and perfectly connected with all the tourist areas from the Colosseum to St. Peter. Breakfast is served in a bar next to the B&B but still inside there are coffees, teas and in general the kitchen available. Wi-fi, shower gel and free linens. The most important advantages are that everything is new and perfectly functioning and the comforts of the area. I will definitely come back!
