Very poor room conditions. The bathroom was leaking water continuously. They charged me a lot, I understand it was August but it shouldn't cost as much as a 4-star hotel. The boiler attached to a gas cylinder. Overall very approximate, I absolutely do not recommend it and will not return.

Nothing to say about the location of the B&B Civico 4, as well as the availability and friendliness of the managers, but as for the structure itself and the maintenance status, I consider it highly inadequate.\n\nAnother positive aspect is the possibility of dining at the Melograno inside the structure, where the food is impeccable. If I had to honestly recommend it, I wouldn't.

I have no doubt: B&B Civico 4 has become my reference point for holidays in Circeo. Congratulations!

Fantastic location! A stone's throw from the sea and shops. I would like to underline the courtesy and extreme availability of the management, all seasoned always with a smile. The facility could be improved by some small details (a shelf in the bathroom, an additional chair for support or a coat hook in the room) but overall recommended.

Da tornarci e da consigliare. Siamo stati qualche giorno approfittando del bel tempo. La struttura é immersa nel verde e silenziosa. Le camere nuovissime e molto comode e di design, il cibo é squisito (ed io tengo molto al mangiare quando sono in vacanza). Ottimo per chi vuole passare qualche giorno di relax e vacanza, perché molto vicino al mare e a negozietti e ristoranti. Il gestore é una persona alla mano e squisita che é subito venuto incontro alle nostre richieste. Si vede subito che é gestito da persone competenti. Ci torneremo prestissimo.
