Beautiful 28m2 studio apartment, independent from the rest of the property with all the necessary services to enjoy an excellent stay. In the studio apartment there is a full optional kitchenette, a fireplace, a beautiful bathroom, a smart working station with free WiFi, and outside a beautiful garden with patio where there is a barbecue, a wood oven and another corner cooking. However, all the areas and external equipment are shared with the owners of the structure who are happy to share it with you guests.

I am a retired former entrepreneur in the indigenous construction sector of the beautiful Santa Marinella called Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
With an innate passion for traveling and a lover of life in the open air and for this reason I am a Camperist. Passionate about MTB since in our territory including the Tolfa Mountains there are many different routes from the simplest to the most challenging in contact with nature and with breathtaking views. Why embark on the field of tourist reception? This is a good question, but I believe that the idea started from what was said above and from my experiences in other structures and following this the B&B Cico project started. Initially we start with this studio apartment and it is not said that in the future we will not expand. I have taken care of this Studio Apartment in every detail. I am sure of the good result to make your stay: independent, beautiful, comfortable and if the customer wishes in maximum privacy. I will be at your complete disposal and I will adapt to your needs doing everything to MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME.

New apartment and fully equipped. The beautiful garden is well-kept in every detail. The house is close to the sea and near the highway, from which it is possible to reach other beaches in the area. The host is friendly and helpful.
