Description
From the beginning, the project aimed to rely completely on renewable energy, use locally made furniture, and be tailored to human needs without excesses or waste.
The outdoor spaces are fully maintained without the use of pesticides, relying on native plants that adapt well to the climate without requiring intervention. Rainwater is collected for irrigation of the lawns and plants.
These are just some of the ecological practices that we implement. Over time, our initial ideas have become a reality, allowing us to obtain important recognition as a "Green House".
The B&B is located on the hills between Itri and Sperlonga, in the center of two protected natural areas, the Aurunci Mountains and the Riviera di Ulisse. Environmental protection is at the heart of the structure and the entire park that surrounds it.
Our B&B is 100% self-sufficient, a "home" to feel at home, a place to "relax" immersed in nature, and a place for "adventures" to free your spirit.

Breakfast not inclused, but possible on request, it served in the relaxing area of the garden adjacent to the B&B, is typically Italian. Coffee, milk, tea and herbal teas, fruit juices, cakes and biscuits of various kinds, cereals, jams, chocolate, snacks, yogurt, seasonal fruit. There is something for all tastes and in any case our guests can request additions in case of intolerances or personal habits.

The B & B Casacapraia is located along the main road that connects Sperlonga (known seaside resort) to Itri (ideal starting point for mountain excursions). We are at 230 meters above sea level, only 2 km from the sea, it therefore enjoys a cool climate during all the hours of summer days. Thanks to this climate there is no need for air conditioning in the rooms, which are always well ventilated and fresh, comfortable for a regenerating rest. Also you can enjoy the corners of the garden at any time of the day.
