Perfect stay! Everything impeccable: strategic location in the Vatican area, very convenient for getting around thanks to the bus stop just a few steps away. Very clean room, cared for in the details. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. A special thanks to Letizia, the owner, for her kindness, availability and warm welcome. Highly recommended!

I stayed two nights at this B&B. The rooms are very nice, well furnished, tidy and above all clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. One evening she left us a fresh grapefruit juice, which was really welcoming. Breakfast is varied: pastries, snacks, rusk, assorted jams, coffee and milk in pods, tea, chamomile and several kinds of herbal teas. The location is excellent, a 20-minute walk from the Vatican. There is a metro station and a bus stop nearby. A private unattended parking is also available, but the area seems fairly quiet. If you want, you can park on the private little street, if you find a spot. A pleasant stay.

Excellent welcome. The owner is extremely helpful and very kind and goes out of her way to meet all the guest's requests. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, tranquil and secure property just over 1 km from the Vatican on foot, with easy access to a bus. Very comfortable room and bed, and very clean. We loved the coffee machine and the brioche-style breakfast items so we could eat and leave at our leisure. Letizia, the host, was lovely and very helpful with directions and recommendations of sites to see. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed six days in Rome at Letizia's place and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the very beginning, communication was smooth and welcoming: Letizia is a kind and thoughtful host, truly a 'super host'. She greeted us warmly, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us tips for restaurants and the area. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you might need. It smelled wonderful and felt fresh and cozy every day. We especially appreciated the extra care products, the mid-stay cleaning, and the outstanding overall cleanliness. Every morning a fresh breakfast was prepared for us, and we could also enjoy a nice selection of coffee from the machine with different pods — such a thoughtful touch. We slept incredibly well because it was quiet and comfortable. What impressed us most was Letizia's kindness and attentiveness. When my girlfriend wasn't feeling well for a day, she immediately offered hot tea and checked in on us — a small gesture that meant a lot and made us feel truly cared for. Throughout our stay, Letizia was always available for questions and made us feel completely at home. Small details like this really made our time in Rome extra special. The location is also excellent — just a 5-minute bus ride to the Vatican and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum and the city center. It's close to public transport and easy to reach all the main sights, yet in a calm neighborhood where you can rest after a long day of walking. All in all, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Thank you, Letizia, for your hospitality — it was a true pleasure to stay at your place, and we would happily come back anytime. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Letizia for being such a great host! We had a lovely stay at Casa Bentivoglio. It was very nice to find such a beautiful, new, and clean room. As we had a celebration on the day of arrival, we had a nice surprise from our host and we really appreciated it. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, near the Vatican, with a bus stop in front and a Metro line within a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed our trip to Rome not only because it is such a historical city with so many things to see, but also thanks to our host! Thank you Letizia, we will come back for sure!
