The B&B is situated in a lovely small building in a very quiet residential area of Rome, in the prestigious district Balduina (near San Pietro). 4 lines of bus at 20 meters from the B&B link with a few stops with the metro station "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" and the center of the city (Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, etc...).
The neighborhood has many restaurants, pizzerias, banks, pharmacies, post office, bars, 3 supermarkets at 200 meters away.
The 3 rooms all with private bath and breakfast room are very bright, luxuriously furnished, with heating and air conditioning, fridge, TV, located on the 4th floor penthouse (with lift).
Breakfast is offered at the nearby bar.
The courtesy and friendliness are ensured by the conviviality of the hostess.

I really enjoyed my stay.
The owner of the B&B, Mrs. Lina, is a very kind and welcoming woman.
The B&B is just a step away from the 913 bus, which in 5-6 stops takes you straight to the Vatican.
In the vicinity of the B&B, there are several pizzerias where you can eat affordably.
