The B&B is located in a charming small building, very quiet, in a residential area of Rome, within the prestigious Balduina neighborhood (near St. Peter's).
The bus line 913, just 20 meters from the B&B, connects to the metro station "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" and the city center (Piazza Del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, etc.) with only a few stops.
The neighborhood features various restaurants, pizzerias, banks, pharmacies, a post office, cafes, and over three supermarkets located 200 meters away.
The three rooms, all with private bathrooms—two en-suite and one outside the room—along with the breakfast area, are very bright, luxuriously furnished, and equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. They are situated on the 4th floor (with an elevator).
Breakfast is served at a nearby café.
The warmth and friendliness of the hostess ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay.
The owner of the B&B, Mrs. Lina, is a very kind and welcoming woman.
The B&B is just a step away from the 913 bus, which in 5-6 stops takes you straight to the Vatican.
In the vicinity of the B&B, there are several pizzerias where you can eat affordably.
