Description
The Barcaccia Luxury Suites is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a top position in the tourist panorama.

Check-in from 15: 00 to 21: 00
Check-out within 10: 00am.

We are located in the Trident of Rome at Piazza di Spagna, 200 meters from Via Condotti and Via del Corso. Every place of interest is easily reachable. The potion is among the best you could ask for.

Metro line A is a five minute walk away, reaching us is easy and we are perfectly connected to transport, the airport and train stations.

Quality restaurants, high-profile shops and cafés of all kinds will delight our guests by offering a vast offer.

This is a private property in a historic building from the 1700s, there is no lift but the structure is only on the second floor and easy to climb. The staff will always be ready to help guests with their luggage. Permits have been initiated to have a small elevator.

All suites are equipped with a private internal bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All rooms at Barcaccia Luxury Suites come with bed linen and towels.

Check-in will be carried out in person, it is important to establish effective communication with the Management who will be happy to meet you at a pre-established time according to your travel plans. Access to the property is not granted before the check-in time but in 99% of cases guests always receive a free early check-in and often at the desired time.

Luggage storage is offered only at check-out.

Free breakfast will be added soon and will be served in a renowned bistro restaurant a five-minutes walk from the property.

I worked for high rated brands as Hilton, Sheraton, IHG, Luxury Boutique Hotels and indipendent properties. Here in Rome, Padua, Verona, Prague, seven years in UK.

I've been selected for a position at Buckingham Palace that I didn't pass (and I'm proud of that regardless) and I've been offered a job at the Burj Al Arab.

I'm not showing off but that comes from my love about hosting!
Today I work as a sole trader, managing on my own a little but successful business.

Excellent central location for visiting Rome. Rooms tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Manolo, the owner, gave us very precise directions to get from the airport to the apartment, and he was waiting for us as expected! He always responded very quickly to our requests and was always available to accommodate us. Everything organized perfectly! Thank you Manolo!

It's not a noise going along all night long but just maximum midnight and it's totally normal when a guest book a room in the heart of the historical center of one of the most touristic and beautiful city of the world:). Manolo was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns prior to our arrival. He also arranged for our transfer from the airport, and upon arrival, he helped us with our carry-ons, shown to our room, and gave tips about Rome. The suite location is excellent, in a quiet area, and it's very close to the Metro, landmarks and sights. There was no breakfast provided, but there is a small cafe/bakery nearby for a quick bite. The room and bathroom were clean, AC was excellent, and the place looked safe and secure. There is no elevator, but this was not a problem for us. We highly recommended this place.

Really kind host who offered an early free check-in to meet our needs. We stayed in the master suite 4, in an ancient building but perfectly renovated with modern furnishings and spacious areas. The published photos perfectly match reality. Spectacular location just a step away from the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, Via del Corso, and the metro. The place is quiet and peaceful despite being surrounded by bars and restaurants.

This property was a real surprise, positioned in a strategic location for visiting the city, convenient to services but at the same time quiet. The suites are very well-kept and the hospitality of the host is excellent, I recommend it for a stay even just for a few days in the city of Rome.

The room is located in a beautiful historic building a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna. There is no elevator but Manolo (the host) was very kind and carried our luggage up the stairs. The room has a modern and pleasant decor. Along the street of the property, there are good places to eat and at the end of the street stands a wonderful Basilica just renovated. Recommended, I would go back.

Excellent, worth returning! You can avoid public transport and taxis because everything is close by or with beautiful walks that in this period, without crowds and without heat, are fantastic! Manolo is very helpful, friendly, professional, and super organized.

First of all, a big thank you to Manolo, exceptional host, kind, always available, thorough in giving us all the necessary information. Strategic location in the heart of the shopping streets, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The suite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. Although breakfast was not included in the reservation, we were able to use the small kitchen to prepare coffee, tea and infusions... all made available by the structure. Highly recommended, we will return.

Perfectly positioned structure just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. Housed in an ancient building, but perfectly and modernly renovated. Carefully detailed. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is the possibility to have coffee and enjoy a small complimentary treat. We were welcomed by Manolo, a kind and helpful person. Clean structure and located a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. The manager Manolo is super kind and available for any need. It's not written, but the only negative note is the lack of an elevator, especially when you have luggage.

Manolo, the property manager, welcomed us, a delightful person for his kindness and availability. The room, inside a completely renovated apartment, is very cozy and spotless. The brand new bathroom is equipped with everything necessary and has a very spacious shower. The only flaw is the limited space between the fixtures. Although La Barcaccia does not offer breakfast, it still provides guests with a kitchen space with a fridge, to prepare coffee, tea, herbal teas... Considering everything and especially the location, 50m from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso, the quality-price ratio is proportionate.

The property is very well maintained and tastefully decorated, extremely clean and in a great location. The welcome was very kind, Manolo made an effort to solve every minor issue and helped me carry the luggage to the second floor. Additionally, he had arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. I would be happy to come back and stay here, as the house is in an excellent and very quiet location.
