Description

Located just 2 km from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums,
Aurelia Home Guest House is a place that offers rooms equipped with all comforts to make our guests' stay pleasant.

Private bathroom in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, mini fridge. Some rooms also have a balcony.

The structure is extremely convenient for going to all the major tourist sites, being a two-minute walk from the stop of the line A of the metro "Baldo degli Ubaldi" (3 stops from the Ottaviano-Musei Vaticani stop) and a 5-minute walk from the "Cornelia" stop (4 stops from the Ottaviano-Musei Vaticani stop).

It is also located a short distance from one of the major congress centers in Rome (Ergife-Hotel-Centro Congressi) and from some of the main hospitals in the city, including the Gemelli Hospital in Rome, the Dermopathic Institute of the Immaculate Conception and the San Carlo di Nancy Hospital.

I stayed at this B&B and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience, especially considering the truly competitive price for standards in Rome: only €40 per night, all expenses included. From the moment I arrived, the host was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. One detail I really appreciated was the welcome gift offered by the establishment, a gesture that shows attention and care for the guests. Thanks to the owners! Very friendly people. There was a flexible check-in. They allowed me to leave my luggage. The room was very clean! It was quiet to sleep. There was a separate kitchen. It had a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee. Convenient access to the airport. The metro is nearby. There is a bus stop nearby. They were waiting for me. And I was pleased.

Great value for money! Spacious room with everything necessary, the bathroom is also spacious and functional. The structure also has a small common area for breakfast and possible meals (only microwave, no stove). Unfortunately, we could not meet the host Rachele, but she has always been kind and helpful. I recommend it.

Nice and clean single room in a quiet and clean apartment. The area is convenient as it is close to metro A (both at Cornelia and Baldo degli Ubaldi stops). Comfortable mattress and pillow, useful little kitchenette for preparing a quick meal or a cup of tea/coffee.

Good location, the owner is kind and there is a nice little balcony, but there is little cleanliness. In fact, the sheets started to dry my skin due to the dust, triggering an allergic reaction. There was dust even under the bed. I requested a change that arrived without a seal. Once in the room, I noticed it was full of dust, clearly visible. So, I laid the towels on the bed to sleep. The cost was too high considering this issue encountered. The owner apologized and I appreciated this, but the price of the stay was too high to deal with this stress. I recommend being more attentive in the future to prevent it from happening again.

Gentile Sig.ra Cecere, La ringraziamo per aver lasciato una recensione sulla struttura, ma purtroppo devo rispondere ad alcune sue affermazioni. Le camere vengono spolverate, aspirate e lavate tutti i giorni... tutta questa polvere che descrive lei mi sembra un pochino inverosimile...lo dimostrano anche tutti i giudizi degli ospiti sulla pulizia prima del suo. Alle 23:00 lei ha chiesto un cambio lenzuola e nonostante la reception fosse chiusa dalle 19:00 ( non è un albergo e il personale non c'è in struttura dopo l'orario di chiusura della reception) ho fatto in modo di farglieli avere...è ovvio che le lenzuola le sono arrivate non sigillate, i pacchi delle lenzuola pulite le lavanderie di tutte le strutture ricettive li mandano a gruppi di quattro/cinque lenzuola....è stato aperto il pacco e le sono state consegnate due lenzuola. Le dovevo consegnare il pacco da 5 intero? Inoltre la biancheria pulita viene lavata e riconsegnata tre volte a settimana....non è biancheria ferma da mesi...non vedo come si possa accumulare così tanta polvere sulle lenzuola mi perdoni. In tutti gli anni che gestisco la struttura non ho ricevuto nessun commento in cui si lamentano reazioni allergiche Cordiali saluti

We absolutely loved our stay here. Host was super friendly and the room was really nice. Having air conditioning and a free breakfast was a massive bonus. Is only a five minute walk to the metro and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

Great place with big, bright rooms and very nice staff. \nIt is very well connected to public transportation, there’s a bus stop right in front of the station and buses take you to every tourist spot in the city. There’s also a metro stop at 5 mins walking distance. \nThe staff is extremely nice, very welcoming and helpful. \nCleaning is 10/10, they clean the rooms every day and change the sheets every 3 days, which is pretty rare for serviced apartments. The shared spaces are well equipped. \nTip: ask for the room w balcony at the first floor, we had a huge terrace.

Bedroom was really nice and big. Cleaning was everyday while we were outside. Location is good, bus station right in front of the apartment or metro around 200m from the apartment. The only minus is breakfast. It was really poor for the price. Butter, marmalade and croissants from the supermarket packed in a plastic bag. We were missing bread at least for the butter. Not enough milk for cereals. Coffee was amazing. Overall would book again but without breakfast as it is really poor for the price per person.
