For the price you can't beat it. If you want to be in the actual center of Rome, the location rating could be debated, but it's a 15-20 minute car ride with traffic to central Rome and taxis come right to you if needed. Thanks Paolo for the great service and breakfast each morning. Very clean, very peaceful, would definitely recommend and return.

The price for one night of 90 euros is exaggerated, included in the 90 euros was the disinfection (20€) for a dog, also exaggerated. The room, located next to the garage, was very, very dusty, with some cobwebs in the bathroom. The radiator in the room was off. I had to clean the air conditioner filters myself to get some warm air, they were practically blocked! And to think that the owner said they had been cleaned. The place is quiet, there are private outdoor parking spaces at the back but unattended. Breakfast is average. It was a negative experience for me.

Location a bit far from the center, but great at the same time because it has a nearby bus stop. However, I conclude that we had a good experience and if I have to return to the area, I will call them again to stay there.

Il B&B di per se è tenuto benissimo: i proprietari sono disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.
Le uniche due note negative, secondo una mia opinione, sono il posto un po' isolato (se non si ha la macchina) e la colazione ufficiale che inizia un po' tardi (8: 30).

Struttura deliziosa, ospitalità calda e accogliente, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, peccato non aver avuto il tempo di usufruire della spa, pure in omaggio. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Da provare assolutamente.

Immersa nel verde di giardini curatissimi, dotata di comfort, struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, ma soprattutto gestione e persone squisitissime e disponibili. Veramente da Gold!
