Alessandro and Stefano are delighted to welcome you to their home, which has been recently renovated and meticulously designed to ensure comfort and safety. The property meets all local and national certifications, providing a pleasant and worry-free stay.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a cozy lounge area and a shared kitchen that is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, complete dishware, and a convenient countertop space with stools, all naturally lit. For the guests' safety, the common area is monitored by surveillance cameras that strictly adhere to privacy regulations.
There are three available rooms, each of which features a private bathroom, access via a personal code, and soundproofing to ensure peace and relaxation. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe with luggage storage, and a digital safe suitable for laptops. For your comfort, you will find orthopedic memory foam mattresses, nightstands with reading lights, a headboard with a courtesy light, and, upon request, a double pillow.
The furnishings also include a desk with a chair, a smart TV, a minibar, an electric kettle with tea and herbal infusions, and a Nespresso machine with included pods. The bathrooms come with a shower, a hairdryer, a set of towels, and a first aid kit. Soundproof windows with blackout fire-resistant curtains and insulated shutters ensure maximum tranquility.
Two of the rooms have private balconies furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The accommodation options include a classic double room, a double room that can be separated into two beds, and a third double room that can also be separated with an additional sleeping area, accommodating up to seven people in total. A crib and stroller are available upon request.

A very pleasant location to stay, 10 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square and the Castle of the Angels. A number of very nice restaurants around the corner.
