There is a possibility to host a third person on a folding single bed. Ideal for families or business trip. Large living area, with fully equipped kitchenette (including washing machine). The prices vary in accordance with the length of stay.

Located in a quiet area in the north of Rome. Numerous and frequent buses allow to reach the city center in a short time; the bus stop "via Acquedotto del Peschiera" is at walking distance (100 mt) from the apartment. Nearby (5 minutes walking) there are also the metropolitan train stations "Gemelli" or "Monte Mario" where you can catch the trains to reach the city center and /or be connected with other metropolitan lines (e. g. change at Valle Aurelia to get the Line A, or change at Trastevere to catch the train for Leonardo da Vinci Airport). On the same railway line there are trains passing through the roman countryside, the lakes area (Bracciano/Anguillara), until the city of Viterbo.

A bright, comfortable apartment suited our needs, in a quiet area close to the hospital. Kind and always available owners. We also appreciated the well-stocked library that kept us company during our stay in Rome. Perfect for a couple, but it can also accommodate three people. Certainly, if the occasion arises, we will choose this solution again.

Second stay at this simple but comfortable and well-equipped apartment to spend short periods in the capital. It was suggested to us by friends who live next door, so this allowed us to be close without being intrusive. Well served by public transport to reach the city center and there are many useful services nearby. We had a great time and hope to return again soon. The manager is friendly and always very helpful.
