The brand new B&B "Aria di Mare" is located just 50 meters from the most characteristic beach with crystal clear sea of ??Santa Marinella and is only 120 meters from the train station.

The triple/quadruple Ocean room is located on the ground floor and has a comfortable double bed and one/two singles with private bathroom, it is very spacious and equipped with modern-style furnishings. Suitable for people with walking difficulties or disabilities.

The Jungle and Sunrise double rooms are located on the ground floor and have a comfortable double bed or two single beds with a private bathroom. Comfortable, bright and equipped with contemporary style furnishings.

The property also includes a splendid terrace overlooking the sea where guests can enjoy breakfast or simply relax.

The B&B offers a paid shuttle service from/to Rome airports and the port of Civitavecchia.

Host really kind and helpful, she met us allowing us to drop off our luggage before time. Nice room, with an exit to a quiet little street. Just a stone's throw from the station, the center, and the accesses to the various beaches. All good!

Excellent location, clean and new. The only complaint was the noise from other suites and the kitchen area - no soundproofing between walls and a loud Italian guest in the room next to us was speaking very loudly on the phone and we could hear everything. Otherwise, the suite was in an excellent location only steps from the beach and two blocks from the train station.
