Arca Luxury Home, recently renovated, features two double bedrooms: one with a private marble bathroom and the other with either a double bed or two single beds and an external private bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV.
In the first room, there is an option to add an extra bed to convert it into a triple room upon request.

Annarita the owner is very kind and helpful. From the very beginning, she made sure to welcome us warmly and to settle us into the room. Great value for money: we found the room very clean and fragrant, renovated with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The establishment is very quiet and everyone can have their own privacy. I stayed at this B&B and can only leave a more than positive review. The owner was really welcoming and always super helpful for all our needs, she helped us with kindness and attention in everything. The structure is clean, well-kept, and located in a convenient and quiet area, perfect for moving around easily. It was a very pleasant stay also thanks to the warm welcome and the help received, which really made a difference. Highly recommended!

The host is extremely gracious, we felt welcome. The place is quiet, cool, and very clean: a real refuge during very hot summer days. Vicinity to suburban train and one short bus ride away from Metro makes it also convenient. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.
