Appia Nuova Holiday B&B, brand new opening and entirely renovated, is meant to offer its guests an evocative holiday in the heart of Rome, relying on a refined and comfortable environment, ideal for both families and young couples on journey. Appia Holiday B&B facilities, located on a late XIX century building-8th floor with lift, consists of 2 wide room carefully filled with classic style furniture. Each room offers a panoramic view on the Appia Road, is provided with en suite toilet, and also air-conditioner, TV set, snack bar, safe and wi-fi internet connection. The Appia Road is famous for its several clothing stores and shopping in general, fashionable restaurants and bars. For local street markets keens, the Sannio Street, really close to Appia Holiday B&B, with its memorable local street market and the second hand or brand new clothes, cannot be missed for any reasons. Appia Holiday B&B offers the tourists a central position and the chance to get to the most beautiful places in Rome in a few minutes. Indeed, the Colosseum is just 2 km far and can be reached by the underground (line B, stop ‘Colosseo’). Also, Termini railway station can be reached by the underground (line A), just in four stops; Spagna Square as well can be reached in a few minutes by the underground. St. Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums can be reached in 15 minutes by the underground (line A). In order to make your stay at Appia Holiday B&B even more comfortable, in addition to the big Italian breakfast served on your awaking, you will have the chance to use several services to make your holiday unforgettable, such as booking touristic tours to go back in time and live again the history of the Eternal City or tours on demand in order to enjoy the beauties of Rome by night. Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The location of the B & B is central and convenient for the tourist in a few minutes you can reach the main points of interest in Rome: the Coliseum is about 2 km and can be reached by metro line "B" stop "Colosseo";
Termini Station is connected to the meter "A" and is just four stops away, as well as the central Piazza di Spagna, just a few minutes by subway to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums can be reached in 15 minutes always with the meter "A".
The property, located on the eighth floor of a building in the late 1800s, is based on the Appian Way, known for its many clothing stores and shopping in general; also, being a very commercial street, is full of restaurants and trendy bars. For fans of the markets, Via Sannio, located in the homonymous street a short walk from the b & b, with the historic market of new and used clothing is an opportunity not to be missed.

Struttura molto comoda, carina e pulita! La camera è confortevole e risulta perfetta per soggiornare a Roma perché a pochi passi c’è la metro! Il gestore Alessandro è davvero gentile è disponibile, se dovessimo rifare un altro week end qui sceglieremmo questo posto! Lo consiglio!
