Appia Nuova Holiday B&B, brand new opening and entirely renovated, is meant to offer its guests an evocative holiday in the heart of Rome, relying on a refined and comfortable environment, ideal for both families and young couples on journey. Appia Holiday B&B facilities, located on a late XIX century building-8th floor with lift, consists of 2 wide room carefully filled with classic style furniture. Each room offers a panoramic view on the Appia Road, is provided with en suite toilet, and also air-conditioner, TV set, snack bar, safe and wi-fi internet connection. The Appia Road is famous for its several clothing stores and shopping in general, fashionable restaurants and bars. For local street markets keens, the Sannio Street, really close to Appia Holiday B&B, with its memorable local street market and the second hand or brand new clothes, cannot be missed for any reasons. Appia Holiday B&B offers the tourists a central position and the chance to get to the most beautiful places in Rome in a few minutes. Indeed, the Colosseum is just 2 km far and can be reached by the underground (line B, stop ‘Colosseo’). Also, Termini railway station can be reached by the underground (line A), just in four stops; Spagna Square as well can be reached in a few minutes by the underground. St. Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums can be reached in 15 minutes by the underground (line A). Very comfortable, nice and clean structure! The room is comfortable and perfect for staying in Rome because there is the metro a few steps away! The manager Alessandro is really kind and helpful, if we had to redo another weekend here we would choose this place! I recommend it.
