Description

The B&B Appia Felis is located in the IV Miglio district, nestled in the charming Appia Antica Park. Nearby, you can enjoy pleasant walks, bike rides, or horseback rides, surrounded by the beauty of nature and historical monuments.

We are just a short walk from Appia Nuova and Appia Pignatelli, in the immediate vicinity of Villa dei Quintili, Parco degli Acquedotti and Tor Fiscale.

For sports enthusiasts, the area offers swimming pools, tennis courts, horseback riding, and golf. Two buses will take you to the Arco di Travertino metro station (line A), from which you can easily reach San Giovanni, the center of Rome, and the Vatican. Another bus directly connects you to Piazza Venezia.

Our Bed and Breakfast has a spacious double room, also suitable for single use, with a private bathroom and garden view. The room is available in three versions: with two single beds, with a double bed, or with an additional cot for small children (up to about 5 years old, the cot measures 125 cm in length). The maximum capacity is 2 adults and one child.

Breakfast is included in the price.

In our B&B, we speak French, English, and Romanian.

Please note that we cannot accommodate guests who are allergic to cats.

Please note that any arrival outside of standard check-in hours (14: 00-19: 00) must be arranged in advance. We cannot accommodate late-night arrivals or arrivals before 11: 00 am for any reason.

For breakfast we offer: milk, yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, baked goods (cookies, fette biscottate, brioches), fresh fruit, fruit juices, jam, honey, butter. Fresh eggs and a selection of cheese upon request.

We mainly use local products, typical of Lazio or other Italian regions.

It is possible to prepare special breakfasts (for example vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free breakfasts etc.) upon specific request at the time of booking.

We are in the Quarto Miglio district: a village in the city, amidst Roman remains and urban countryside. 1920s villas coexist with more recent and popular constructions, but always genuine and human-sized. A green and peaceful neighborhood where the presence of nature and animals still prevails over traffic and urban neuroses.

Elisa was such a sweet host! My room and bathroom were super clean and it was such an amazing location considering it’s not in the city center. The B&B is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus station that will take you to the Colosseum and other cool places in Rome! There are restaurants nearby as well though. Breakfast was cute too. I had such an amazing time at Appia Felis! Thank you Elisa!! I would recommend this stay 100%.

We enjoyed the days in Rome. The city is nice and we rode bicycles to the center and historical buildings. Elisa is very friendly and helped us with all things and problems. We were lucky to find her bed and breakfast. We would stay there again. If somebody doesn't like cats, then he should look for another room. Much greetings.
