Situated on a quiet private street that intersects with Via delle Fornaci in a well-preserved building, our apartment enjoys an optimal location for reaching cultural and artistic points of interest. The Pediatric Hospital Bambino Gesù is also a ten-minute walk away.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need such as shops and essential services.

Divided into two separate, finely renovated rooms with private bathrooms, equipped with all the best comforts.

The living room, located in the center of the structure, is the common area where you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay, with comfortable chairs and tables to enjoy your meals. A large window brings natural light into the space, while the soft LED lighting livens it up in the evening. You will appreciate the welcoming outdoor space, ensuring total privacy and relaxation.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has been recently renovated, tastefully, and the available spaces are pleasant. The property would be perfect for a couple of friends, having to share the apartment, not huge, with other guests. Strong point less than ten minutes from St. Peter's Square. Excellent structure, very clean and quiet, a stone's throw from St. Peter's. You can find parking near the house. Mezzanine first floor with a nice small balcony. New furniture and everything works well. Recommended.

We are in the midst of the Covid emergency, and unfortunately it happens that we need hospitals outside our city, my daughter is hospitalized at Bambino Gesù and I was looking for a room to rest since my husband took over. Mrs. Paola and her son are two very kind and humane people, the structure is not out of the way, is very well connected and there are various food stores and bars, all within easy reach. Thank you for everything.

Excellent property 300 meters from St. Peter's, cozy double room, clean, private bathroom, excellent furnishings with hot-cold air conditioning. In a straight line, the Bambin Gesù is only a few hundred meters away, but on foot you need to walk about 1.5 km. I recommend using the mobile staircase of the multi-story parking dedicated to buses, whose entrance is 200 meters from the B&B.

A nice apartment with a DIY kitchen, excellent cleaning, Paola's son, like herself, very kind for every request with the utmost kindness, comfortable bed, excellent room spaces, TV, air conditioner and even a way to hang clothes outside, great breakfast with embarrassment of choice. I can absolutely certify and recommend this place to everyone, especially for those who intend to visit the Vatican because the structure is practically a few meters from it. The managers of this B&B are two really exquisite, kind, educated, and always available people. The room is spotlessly clean, almost maniacal, tangible even by smell. We spent a night in complete relaxation, very comfortable mattress, air conditioning working at 100%, TV with all digital channels. Also, there is a beautiful romantic space outside your balcony with a small table, chairs, and a candle. What else to say, a fairy tale of a B&B. So far the most beautiful and 'clean' ever seen. A hug to the managers. Friends from Bari and Rodi Garganico. A kiss.

I stayed with a friend in this house for a visit to St. Peter's. The house is located a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square, in a quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is practically new, equipped with all the comforts, not to mention the friendliness of the manager in meeting me even outside of hours. I recommend it, beautiful.
