Description
The newly renovated Apartment was designed to offer guests the utmost comfort in a family environment. It is located 60 meters from the S. Giovanni metro A station and its central position makes it convenient for both business and tourism purposes.

It has a common living area where you will find a plentiful breakfast. The structure consists of 4 rooms, each with its own private bathroom: a Suite, two double rooms, and a single room. Additionally, each room has been furnished with solid wood furniture and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LED TV, electric kettle, and hairdryer.

The abundant breakfast, which is included in the price, will be available for you in the apartment kitchen, the common area, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. You will be able to choose from different types of fruit juice, tea, herbal teas, milk and espresso coffee. Additionally, there will be various types of jams, butter, biscuits, a wide selection of cookies, and croissants.

Furthermore, depending on the season, there will be tasty fruit available, all from my family's organic orchards. You might find blood oranges, which are also good for making healthy juices, or cherries, grapefruits, plums, and more.

Great B&B, managed by attentive and caring people, always available and considerate. Good breakfast and excellent location with metro and bus stop within 5 minutes. Good value for money. I highly recommend it!

We spent 4 days and everything was perfect. Very well connected, in 20 minutes walking you are at the Colosseum or you can take the metro (San Giovanni) a few steps away. The rooms very clean and new. They gave us instructions for access at 2 in the morning without any problem. The breakfasts fantastic, super homemade with fresh bread and homemade cakes. Emanuela is the perfect host, she made sure we didn't lack anything and even prepared a delicious cappuccino. We couldn't be more grateful.

Perfect accommodation for what you come to do in Rome: spend the whole day out and about and come back for a shower, sleep, and head out again the next day. Being away from the center, there are no street noises and you rest very well. There are no closets and the space to store clothes is very limited. In our case, it was sufficient because the lovely girl who attended us provided all the hangers we needed. Then we left the suitcase every day on a corner table, so we managed without any problems. It is incredibly close to the metro and for those of you traveling with suitcases: one of the exits has an elevator, look for it. It's not far. Totally recommendable accommodation. However, the TV doesn't work because there is no antenna signal. They also didn't give us the Wifi passwords; we didn't worry about it, but it's important to provide it.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B for 4 days. The room was as described and the location was great, well served by public transport. There are supermarkets nearby in case of need, but the girls are available for any request. Special mention to Giulia and Monia. With their stories and smiles, they make you feel at home. They are two super helpful girls and two great workers. This is definitely an accommodation that will make you love Rome even more.

Central and convenient location to reach the center being close to the metro, very nice and clean room with air conditioning, abundant breakfast. Monia always available for any request. Highly recommended!

The B&B was nice with few exceptions. Host did not meet us at appointed time of check in. The WiFi and TV were iffy. They arranged transportation for us to airport and was 45 mins late - not sure if it was all their fault! Overall I would recommend this B&B.

Convenient for transportation, metro, buses but in a quiet area away from traffic; helpful and kind staff. Modern facility. Too bad there is no soap/shampoo holder in the shower. Worth going back.

The structure is in a great location, just a few steps from metro line A, which allows you to reach most places of interest. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast is sufficient for a city bed and breakfast. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The value for money is excellent. A place that I definitely recommend, even for families with children like us.

Excellent facility just 2 steps from metro A (San Giovanni), so convenient for getting around. Comfortable and clean room. Essential breakfast (maybe add some cold cuts and/or cheese, not just salami). It would be useful to have a shower mat, shampoo, and shower gel in the room (even though they were promptly brought when requested).

Strategic location for the metro and services, friendly managers, abundant breakfast. The cleanliness and (in my opinion) the use of big cups and cutlery for breakfast with disposable ones need to be reviewed.

Multi-room structure 50 meters from San Giovanni metro. Clean, equipped with towels in two sizes. Pre-booking assistance and in-house support. Parking fairly convenient nearby. 800 meters from the Colosseum.
