We were very happy with the room, it was consistent with the photographs. Additionally, good location 300 meters from the metro as described in the offer. We recommend it for a stay in the always splendid Rome.

In my opinion, some small adjustments need to be made. For example, changing the radiator in the bathroom that is all rusty and ensuring that the linen is completely clean without stains. Everything else is fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Alla Basilica. The location is convenient and the property is as advertised. The room and the bathroom are nice. It was difficult to connect with my host due to my not having the right app on the phone. I think more flexibility in this regard would be welcome. I would also recommend providing fresh linen at least once a week free of charge and without having to ask. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It is a very well-located accommodation, with good connection to all buses/trams/subways and several shops nearby. The room is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, and very good natural lighting. The only thing that was not good was the communication with the person in charge, as they did not send us the code for the access key and we had to call very late. The times I sent messages, it took a while to respond or did not respond at all. Apart from that, it was a good stay.

The most positive aspects are the price (compared to others) and the location: close to buses and metro and 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Fairly clean. Negative from my point of view: There was no one to welcome us, to enter you need them to send a code of a little box where the key is, and I saw the lady only came to unlock the safe and take the tourist tax money. There is a kitchenette but not usable because it is closed. It's not a bed and breakfast but a rented room. Other small defects are the shower with a malfunctioning knob and the impractical wardrobe.

Chosen for its central location close to bus and metro, I found a basic but functional room and a very friendly welcome; excellent value for money (at least in low season) and presence in the area of numerous bars (as well as cafes and restaurants) that make up for the lack of breakfast. I definitely feel like recommending it.

Small and quite cozy room, also the location is fairly good, as it's close to the metro and bus stop. The cleanliness is a sore point: the floor was completely full of hair as well as the bedspread. When we booked, it was written that the cleaning was done every two days, but the manager, upon arrival, told us that this wouldn't be done, and so it was.

We were well received by Alessandra and Carolina, who were kind during our stay. Unfortunately, however, the cleanliness of the structure was not impeccable: the shower box was broken and the curtain that replaced it during the shower was annoying, instead of the shower gel there was only shampoo and the toilet was very encrusted with limescale. There are many things that could be improved in the structure. Additionally, we did not like that there were white bags in the corridor obstructing the passage.

I recommend it: the property is located in a fairly central area near San Giovanni in Laterano, San Giovanni metro stop, the owner is friendly and helpful, the rooms, although located in a building of not recent construction, are well maintained, clean, equipped with every comfort. Excellent value for money.

I found the owners extremely courteous and helpful. The location of the property is excellent, as is the cleanliness.\n\nA suggestion: since breakfast is not provided, it would be very appropriate for the rooms to be equipped with a kettle, a couple of cups, and some tea and coffee bags for a minimum of self-catering.\n\nI also recommend removing the wording "breakfast is included with room service.." from the general presentation of the property, because it's simply not there.

The rooms are bright, in a structure located in a historic building with an elevator. The location is just a few meters from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterna, on Via Carlo Felice. Very close to Bus, Taxi, Metro, and Tram. The owner is present and helpful. Only flaws: very abundant breakfast with croissants (unfortunately cold: a small oven would be enough and serve them just warm, they would not stop in the esophagus!). If you arrive late and ask for a bottle of water, you are kindly told that there isn't any. So one wonders what the minibar in the room is for. Another point concerns the heating: we stayed in a very cold period and the centralized heating is not the best. It heats when we are not in the room and leaves it cold when warmth is desired. Just giving the air conditioner remote control would be enough, even in winter. But this is not provided. Apart from that, everything is really excellent, especially the meticulous cleanliness. I specify that my note on breakfast and water is only meant to improve a good service, not to engage in sterile controversy, because we had a good time and will definitely return. I hope to find the breakfast warmer.

Very good reception, warm and helpful. Very well located as it is slightly off-center for tranquility while still having metro, tram and bus a stone's throw away. The air conditioning, a significant comfort given the heat of Italy in August. Breakfast with plain croissants or bread and jam would have been better than croissants filled with pastry cream or spread. The bedding is just adequate but the overall place is clean and practical so I recommend it for the value for money. Small trattoria and an excellent gelateria nearby.

As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a pleasant clean smell; I have nothing to say about the structure, except that you can see it has been recently renovated with care, so much the better. I had a great time. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is large (32 inches). I felt really comfortable. The lady (very kind) even left me breakfast in the room for the next day because I was leaving early (and really abundant: 4 little bags and two fruit juices. Amazing.). I stayed for only one night and I had a great time. I will definitely come back. Very satisfied. Recommended.

B&B just a stone's throw from the church of St. John and the stop of the homonymous metro. Located in an elegant building, the structure offers a bedroom with TV, wifi, fridge, safe, air conditioning, and hairdryer. Excellent room cleanliness and breakfast within the norm. Recommended to everyone.

The room is equipped with everything. The position of the B&B is strategic and during the low season the price is really convenient without this affecting the quality of the service offered. The only flaw is that breakfast is missing and the shower head is not very comfortable. Very good.

It is well maintained, clean, the furnishings are new and it is clear that it has been recently renovated. My room was cozy, it had everything I needed, television, minibar, bathroom in the room (brand new, one of the best I have seen in the various bed and breakfasts I have stayed at). Instead of a bed, there was a sofa bed, but I slept very well on it. The bed and breakfast is in a good location, it is close to the metro and easy to reach. The owner is friendly and helpful. The only two drawbacks are the television, which being positioned with a wall arm, above the wardrobe and there being no possibility of tilting the television downwards, if you are lying in bed you cannot see it well, because it is one of those screens that if you are not in front of it you cannot see, and then the shower, which has a fixed showerhead on the wall, non-adjustable, so it is impossible not to get your hair wet as well. Overall, I found it very comfortable, I have changed several places in Rome recently and so far this has been the best.

The room is really well cared for, equipped with comforts such as a 32-inch LCD television, private minibar, en-suite bathroom, and brand-new furniture and architecture as they have recently been renovated. Absolutely recommended also for the strategic position that allows you to practically reach the best attractions in the city and for the tranquility of the neighborhood, which I remember is behind the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. In conclusion, I am completely satisfied and will use it as a starting point for a future return to Rome. P.S.: The only note to mention, which was not specified well before, is for breakfast, which is taken at one of the bars downstairs from the B&B, and for which you are provided by the owners of the structure with vouchers to have it.
