Our structure is located in a privileged location between two splendid basilicas: the Basilica of San Giovanni and the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. In addition, it is conveniently reachable from the San Giovanni metro station and is located near the San Giovanni dell'Addolorata hospital. In just 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the Colosseum and admire its beauty.

The area where we are located is very lively and offers numerous opportunities. You will find supermarkets and small parks, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Our rooms are cozy and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including private bathroom. In addition, children up to 6 years old can stay for free in the room with their parents.

Our structure is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in a central location, close to the city's main points of interest.

Very clean, neat rooms. Friendly house keeper, speaks english. Convenient location: close to Metro, bus and streetcar routes, within walking distance (if you are in the mood for a walk:)) to a few worthwhile sites (i.e., Colosseum). Not many frills, but good value for the price.

Très bon accueil, chaleureux et serviable. Très bien placé car un peu excentré pour le calme tout en ayant métro, tram et bus à 2 pas. La clim, un confort non négligeable vu les chaleurs d'Italie en aout Le petit déjeuner avec des croissants nature ou du pain et confiture aurait été mieux que des croissants fourrés à la crème pâtissière ou à la pâte à tartiner. La literie est juste correcte mais l'ensemble et propre et pratique donc je recommande pour le rapport qualité/prix. Petite tratoria et une gelateria excellentes à 2 pas.

Consigliamo piccoli miglioramenti, mancano grucce nell'armadio e una delle finestre era priva di scudo oscurante. Ma nel complesso esperienza positiva. Sicuramente ci ritornerei.

Camera piccola e abbastanza accogliente, anche la posizione decentemente buona, in quanto vicina alla metro e alla fermata del bus. Nota dolente la pulizia: 1) il pavimento era completamente pieno di capelli così come il copriletto. 2) quando abbiamo prenotato vi era scritto che questa veniva effettuata ogni due giorni, ma il gestore, appena arrivati, ci ha detto che questa non sarebbe stata effettuata, e così è stato.

La struttura mi è piaciuta. La sola nota stonata è il materasso. O per meglio dire i materassi singoli che penso siano da sostituire con uno matrimoniale. Cordiali saluti.

Siamo stati accolti bene da Alessandra e Carolina, che sono state gentili durante il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo, però, la pulizia della struttura non era impeccabile: il box doccia era rotto e la tenda che lo sostituiva durante la doccia era fastidiosa, al posto del bagnoschiuma c'era solo lo shampoo e il water era molto incrostato di calcare. Ci sono molte cose che potrebbero essere migliorate nella struttura. Inoltre, non ci è piaciuto che nel corridoio fossero presenti dei sacchi bianchi che ostacolavano il passaggio.

La consiglio: la struttura si trova in zona abbastanza centrale vicino S. Giovanni in Laterano, fermata metro San Giovanni, la titolare è cordiale è disponibile, le camere sebbene situate in uno stabile di non recente costruzione sono tenute bene, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ho trovato i proprietari estremamente cortesi e disponibili. La posizione della struttura è ottima, così come la pulizia. Un consiglio: dato che la colazione non è prevista, sarebbe molto opportuno che le stanze fossero provviste di un bollitore, un paio di tazzine e qualche bustina di tè e di caffè per un minimo di self-catering. Consiglio anche di eliminare la dicitura "la colazione è inclusa con servizio in camera.." dalla presentazione generale della struttura, perché non c'è proprio.

Le stanze sono luminose, in una struttura allocata in un palazzo storico dotato di ascensore. L'ubicazione è a pochissimi metri dalla Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterna, su Via Carlo Felice. Vicinissimi Bus, Taxi, Metro e Tram. La proprietaria è presente e disponibile. Uniche pecche: colazione abbondantissima con cornetti (purtroppo freddi: basterebbe un fornetto e servirli appena caldi, non si fermerebbero nell'esofago!). Se arrivi tardi e chiedi una bottiglia d'acqua, ti si risponde cortesemente che non c'è. Allora uno si chiede a cosa serva il frigobar in camera. Altro appunto va fatto al riscaldamento: abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo molto freddo e il riscaldamento centralizzato non è il massimo della vita. Riscalda quando non siamo in stanza e lascia al freddo quando si vorrebbe calore. Basterebbe dare il telecomando dei condizionatori, anche l'inverno. Ma questo non viene dato. Per il resto tutto davvero ottimo, in specie la pulizia che è accuratissima. Specifico che il mio appunto sulla colazione e sull'acqua serve soltanto a migliorare un buon servizio, non a fare sterile polemica, perché ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente torneremo. Spero di trovare il fornetto scalda colazione.

Appena entrato nella camera ho avvertito un gradevole odore di pulito; sulla struttura non ho niente da dire, a parte il fatto che si vede che è stata ristrutturata da poco e con cura, quindi tanto meglio. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Il letto è molto comodo e la tv è grande (32 pollici). Mi sono sentito davvero a mio agio. La signora (gentilissima) mi ha fatto trovare in camera anche la colazione per il giorno dopo perché sarei partito presto (e davvero abbondante: 4 saccottini e due succhi di frutta. Strepitoso.). Ho pernottato per una sola notte e mi sono trovato benissimo. Tornerò sicuramente. Soddisfattissimo. Consigliato.

B&B a due passi dalla chiesa di S. Giovanni e dalla fermata della omonima metro. Situata in un palazzo signorile la struttura offre una camera da letto con tv, wifi, frigo, cassaforte, climatizzatore e asciugacapelli. Pulizia della camera ottima e colazione nella norma. Consigliato a tutti.

La stanza è attrezzata di tutto, la posizione del B&B strategica e nel periodo di bassa stagione il prezzo è davvero conveniente senza che ciò comporti una bassa qualità del servizio offerto. Unica pecca, manca la colazione e il soffione della doccia è poco comodo. Molto buono.

È ben tenuto, pulito, gli arredamenti nuovi e si vede che è stato da poco ristrutturato. La mia stanza era accogliente, c'era tutto quello che serviva, TV, frigo bar, bagno in camera (nuovissimo, uno dei migliori che abbia visto nei vari B&B in cui sono stata). Al posto del letto, c'era un divano letto, ma io ci ho dormito benissimo. Il B&B si trova in una buona posizione, è vicino alla metro e facile da raggiungere. la proprietaria è cordiale e disponibile. Le uniche due pecche sono la Tv, che essendo posizionata con braccio a muro, sopra l'armadio e non essendoci possibilità di inclinazione verso il basso della tv, se si è stesi a letto non si vede bene, perché è uno di quegli schermi per cui se non ci stai davanti non si vede e poi la doccia, che ha il soffione fisso al muro, non regolabile, per cui è impossibile non bagnarsi anche i capelli. Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene, ne ho cambiati diversi a roma in quest'ultimo periodo e fin'ora questo è stato il migliore.

Stanza veramente curata dotata di comfort quali tv lcd 32", frigo bar ad uso privato, bagno in camera, arredamento e architettura nuovissime essendo state da poco ristrutturate. da consigliare assolutamente anche per la posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere praticamente le migliori attrazioni della città e poi per la tranquillità del quartiere che ricordo, è alle spalle della Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. In conclusione rimasto completamente soddisfatto e da usare come base di partenza per un futuro ritorno a Roma. P.S: unica nota da segnalare e non specificata bene in precedenza è per la colazione, che si fa ad uno dei bar sottostanti il B&B e per la quale si viene forniti dai titolari della struttura di buoni per farla.
