Villa silva is a beautiful structure surrounded by a big garden of 2000mq and it’s situated near the Insugherata Park.

The inner space are new-made, it’s very groomed, lively and very elegant.

Our rooms, comfortable and cosy, have been created so that they could satisfy our clients:

Villa Silva is situated in the quarter of Ottavia (north of rome); it’s easily attainable because it’s placed near the exit “Trionfale” of the G.R.A. .
at only 150m from the B&B there is the Ottavia station (FM3) that could take you in the centre in a few minute. Moreover we informed you that in 200m you can found all the shop for your daily needs ( banks, pharmacy, super market, bar, newsagent, tobacconist).

Near the Ottavia station. We felt like we were at an aunt's house. Simple structure, quiet area, internal parking, very clean room. No breakfast but just 2 steps away on foot there is a bar, bakery, and Conad. And in 6 minutes by car there is a beautiful pastry shop. By car, it takes 20-25 minutes to reach the city center. Otherwise, you can leave the car inside the B&B, walk to the Ottavia station, and from there take the train to reach the Valle Aurelia metro in 20 minutes. With a daily, 48, or 72-hour ticket, you can take any public transport (train/metro/tram/bus).

Overall positive judgment. It is out of the way compared to the center but is well served by public transport at modest prices. A quiet structure that allows for good rest. I recommend it.

Excellent welcome from the owners, two very friendly and affable ladies, but above all available to provide many useful information for various movements in the city. The room is very cozy, well air-conditioned with automatic shutter, comfortable mattress and functional bathroom equipped with everything necessary. We really appreciated the opportunity to park the car inside the property, the area is quiet and peaceful, you really feel good. The only thing missing is a metro connection near the property, but with the car we managed to easily reach the various points of interest, thanks above all to the ladies Silvana and Alba who suggested a valid parking at Piazza Mancini near the bus station from where you can move around the city (although unfortunately sometimes the surface transport is a bit lacking). Abundant breakfast with both packaged and pastry products, and the possibility to choose between coffee, tea or cappuccino prepared by Mrs. Alba. We stayed to attend the Coldplay concert at the Olympic Stadium and I can say that we were fully satisfied, primarily for the availability of the ladies who, among other things, also allowed us to use the mini fridge in the kitchen to keep the water cool, and maximum flexibility for arrival and departure times. We will consider this property for future stays in the capital.

My wife and I booked at this property because it was near the San Filippo Neri hospital. We arrived and were greeted by the two very kind owners right away, they gave us a lot of information, unfortunately we wanted to stay the night of Friday as well but unfortunately for us it was fully booked, and the ladies immediately went in search of an accommodation for us and succeeded, they even allowed us to leave the car all day on Friday. Well-kept and especially clean property, good breakfast. We will definitely come back. We recommend it.

It is the second time I stay at this Bed and Breakfast since I am under treatment at Gemelli and have some days out of the hospital. You feel at home, the ladies are both kind and helpful. The structure is well done with all the comforts, there is private parking. If you need rest and tranquility, it is the ideal place, very quiet. Breakfast is included and is served from 08:00 to 10:00, perfect timing, and the lady is very nice serving you a good coffee or cappuccino. There is a wide choice for the Italian breakfast. I hope to return for a Roman stay, but for sure I will be back for my next hospitalization. Congratulations!

Cozy structure in the Trionfale area. Silence, cleanliness, courtesy, and availability are the characteristic features of the management. Adequate dining options near the structure. The only downside, unfortunately, is the difficult mobility as it is located in an area not served by the metro, but only by alternative public transport that does not reach the center (buses and the nearby Ottavia station). Trionfale street is particularly busy in the morning, mobility is easier in the evening, but private transport is preferable. However, a very positive judgment on the structure, whose value for money is truly competitive.

The structure is very clean and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom are functional, the staff is kind and helpful. The location is in the Trionfale area, so it is a bit far from the center; the metro to connect to the center is reachable by a train (Ottavia station) just a few steps from the b&b in about 15 minutes. I recommend adding some savory products to breakfast to make it more complete.

Good structure, easily reachable with private parking and well served by public transport to reach the center. Clean and well-maintained room. Comfortable bed but pillows too low for me. Warm and very kind welcome. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee, cappuccino, tea made to order, but with packaged snacks. Overall, I had a good experience and would gladly return.

I stayed at the property this weekend with my husband and our two children aged 8 and 3. I must say that the location is fantastic, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, equipped with amenities, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The outdoor space is great for relaxing and for the children. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The hospitality of Mrs. Silvana and Mrs. Alba is beyond all expectations; they are kind, helpful, and make you feel at home. Finally, I must say that besides the fact that if we return to Rome it will be our first choice, I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Oh, I almost forgot, the price is right.
