Description
Our Ale&Andrea apartments are two separate apartments, but located on the same floor, at internal 4A and 4B. They are situated in the Aurelio district, in the heart of Rome, right above the "Baldo degli Ubaldi" metro station. The location is strategic, as it allows you to reach the main attractions of the city in a short time. St. Peter's and the historic center are just a few steps away, and the metro stop allows you to easily move around the city.

The apartments are new and welcoming, equipped with all the comforts to make your stay in Rome pleasant and comfortable. You will find wide and comfortable beds, kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster.

The Blue apartment consists of a double bed, a queen size bed, and the possibility of adding an additional single bed. While the Lilac apartment has a double bed, a single bed, and the possibility of adding an additional single bed.

In both apartments, you will also find satellite TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a heater. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information or to book your stay in Rome!

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 80% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 15.00 € per oom/accomodation

Our apartment Lilac and apartment blu, is/are welcoming, spacious, equipped with many comfort, including: TV lcd, satellitar TV, air conditioning, micowave, hair dryer.
We are 10 walk from the subway line A, which can reach in just 5 minutes the Vatican and S. Peter square.
In 10 minutes by subway line A, reach the historic center and all places of the city, including the Spanish square, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and Piazza Navona.

Our apartment is 15 minutes far from the Foro Italico and 20-25 from the centres of armed forces by Tor Fifth:
take subway line A, stop Ottaviano, bus direct to the Foro Italico;
or
take subway line A, stop Flaminio, tramway line 2 and the terminus p. zza Mancini 4 minutes far by foot.

We are adjacent the hospital IDI and the St. Charles, Nancy, 10 minutes far (2 km) Policlinico Gemelli.
The conference centre Ergife, is 10 minutes far walking (via Baldo of Ubaldi is the continuation of Via Aurelia).
Near our apartment (s) you have the opportunity to walk in the most beautiful and bigger parks of Rome:
Villa Pamphili and Villa Carpegna.

At 100 meters far you can be done shopping in via Boccea.


With 12 minutes far by subway line A, you arrive at Termini Station, from which the Leonardo Express, (departures every 30 minutes) reaches the airport Leonardo Da Vinci.

Take Leonardo Express train, with departures every 30 minutes,

To reach us from Termini Station:

Ottimo appartamento, comodissimo perché a pochi metri da metro A, all'interno di un palazzo ben tenuto. La Zona ricca di markets e servizi a pochi metri. Il proprietario attento ai bisogni e disponibile. Molto consigliato.

Ottima soluzione, a 30 mt dalla fermata della metro. Ambiente abbastanza pulito ordinato e confortevole. Zona servitissima e con possibilità di parcheggio. Andrea persona gentile e disponibile.

Per me ormai punto di riferimento per i viaggi a Roma con la famiglia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, un mini appartamento in condominio con cucina e camera ampie e bagno, dotato di tutti i comfort, in cui abbiamo alloggiato tranquillamente in tre, ma può ospitare anche quattro persone, accanto alla fermata della metropolitana, a 15 minuti dal centro. Per qualunque acquisto basta scendere in strada, c'è tutto, compresa un'ottima ed economica tavola calda proprio di fronte. Ovviamente essendo vicino alla strada, alla metro e a tutte le comodità cittadine arrivano rumori dall'esterno, ma il condominio è molto tranquillo. Padroni di casa gentilissimi.

Abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni fa in questa struttura, subito accolta dalla simpatia del proprietario che si è mostrato disponibile e gentilissimo. Posizione strategica, è tutto vicinissimo a piedi. Soggiorno molto tranquillo nonostante la via molto trafficata. L'appartamento una bomboniera non mancava nulla. Spero vivamente di tornare presto, mi sono sentita veramente a casa.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Lilla (per due persone) trovandolo spazioso, pulito, completo di tutto. Simpaticissimi la portinaia e il proprietario. Comodo ai servizi (bar, gastronomia, supermercato) e alla metropolitana. Per il prossimo viaggio a Roma sappiamo dove poter alloggiare!

Da raccomandare a parenti e amici senza paura di fare figuracce. Andrea, giovane e discreto padrone di casa, ti mette a disposizione anche l'angolo cottura per cui in qualsiasi momento sei libero di farti un caffè o altro. Sicuramente se tornassimo a Roma ci rivedremo.
