Our Ale&Andrea apartments are two separate apartments, but located on the same floor, at internal 4A and 4B. They are situated in the Aurelio district, in the heart of Rome, right above the "Baldo degli Ubaldi" metro station. The location is strategic, as it allows you to reach the main attractions of the city in a short time. St. Peter's and the historic center are just a few steps away, and the metro stop allows you to easily move around the city.
The apartments are new and welcoming, equipped with all the comforts to make your stay in Rome pleasant and comfortable. You will find wide and comfortable beds, kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster.
The Blue apartment consists of a double bed, a queen size bed, and the possibility of adding an additional single bed. While the Lilac apartment has a double bed, a single bed, and the possibility of adding an additional single bed.
In both apartments, you will also find satellite TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a heater. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information or to book your stay in Rome!

In 10 minutes by subway line A, reach the historic center and all places of the city, including the Spanish square, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and Piazza Navona.
Our apartment is 15 minutes far from the Foro Italico and 20-25 from the centres of armed forces by Tor Fifth:
take subway line A, stop Ottaviano, bus direct to the Foro Italico;
or
take subway line A, stop Flaminio, tramway line 2 and the terminus p. zza Mancini 4 minutes far by foot.
We are adjacent the hospital IDI and the St. Charles, Nancy, 10 minutes far (2 km) Policlinico Gemelli.
The conference centre Ergife, is 10 minutes far walking (via Baldo of Ubaldi is the continuation of Via Aurelia).

I stayed in this apartment for a week. Spacious and equipped with everything necessary, with shops and restaurants of all kinds within easy reach. Very close to the metro stop, the city center can be reached in just 10/15 minutes (St. Peter's and Vatican Museums in 5), and Termini station in a little more. For me now a point of reference for trips to Rome with the family. Great value for money, a mini apartment in a condominium with large kitchen and bedroom and bathroom, equipped with all comforts, where we stayed comfortably in three, but can also accommodate four people, next to the subway stop, 15 minutes from the center. For any purchase just go down the street, there is everything, including a great and cheap hot table right in front. Obviously being close to the street, the metro and all the city comforts, noises from outside arrive, but the condominium is very quiet. Very kind hosts.

We stayed a few days ago in this property, immediately welcomed by the friendliness of the owner who was very helpful and kind. Strategic position, everything is very close on foot. We stayed in the Lilla apartment (for two people) finding it spacious, clean, complete with everything. The concierge and the owner were very nice. Convenient to services (bar, deli, supermarket) and the subway. For the next trip to Rome, we know where to stay!

Highly recommended to relatives and friends without fear of embarrassing oneself. Andrea, a young and discreet host, provides you with the kitchenette so that at any time you are free to make yourself a coffee or something else.
