We had a great stay 👍. Warm welcome and kindness from the owners, clean and well-kept rooms. I would replace the small soap bars with liquid soap, but that is a personal preference. Although located in the woods, it is only a few minutes from Arpino and other tourist locations. I will gladly return ❤️.

Excellent stay. Michela, the manager, is attentive, precise and friendly, in short, impeccable. Quiet and clean place, beyond expectations. If I can, I will recommend it.

If you are looking for a place to disconnect from the daily chaos and refresh your mind, this farmhouse is the perfect choice. It is a true corner of paradise, isolated from the hustle and entirely immersed in nature. The silence and tranquility felt here are priceless. Forget the old rustic and poorly kept farmhouses: this property is completely new, designed with great taste and equipped with every modern comfort while respecting the surrounding environment. Absolute praise goes to the cleanliness: simply perfect. From the rooms to the common areas, everything shines and smells fresh, an uncommon detail that makes you feel immediately welcomed and safe. The hosts are people of rare availability and courtesy. From the moment of arrival they welcome you with a genuine smile, always ready to meet any request, to recommend local itineraries or to have a chat, while always maintaining the utmost discretion. You feel pampered like family, but with the professionalism of a great hotel.

Our stay at this B&B was exceptional. The property is well maintained, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Mrs. Michela was very kind. The location is ideal and easy to reach.
