It is a very comfortable flat placed in a quiet and central district, well linked with every part of Rome. If you are more of 4 people, you can rent the whole apartment, otherwise you can select between three rooms: the “Blu” (4 beds, TV, electric fan), the “Red” (3 beds, TV, electric fan) or the “Brown” (double bed, TV, electric fan, internal bathroom with the shower). The flat has got a wide family kitchen (with fridge, freezer and a full larder) and a comfortable family bathroom with the shower. It is provided with central heating and free internet and Hi-Fi. Naturally, you will find everything for your breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, bread, biscuits, jams French toasts, soft drinks, sweets, and chocolates. This district is a crucial and ideal point for magic and romantic holiday or tourist or working resorts and it is recommended to all the people that have to go to the center for business, stages and study, for its extreme proximity at a lot of places of artistic and archaeological, financial and political interest of “Eternal Town”. It is nearest to Polo Didattico and to Third University. The apartment is at 750 m from the “San Paolo Stop” of the underground line B, that reaches the EUR (in 15 min.), the Cestia Pyramid (in 5 min.), with its links with Fiumicino Airport and Ostiense Railway Station (Air-Terminal to Fiumicino Airport that you will reach in 30 min. and to Fiera di Roma that you will reach in 20 min.), Circo Massimo and Aventino-FAO (in 5 min.), the Colosseum (in 10 min.), Termini Railway Station (in 12 min.), Policlinico and Sapienza University (in 15 min.). You can reach the old town centre of Rome by bus n° 30 or n°30 express (the stop is just opposite the house; you only must cross the road). You can reach the “Termini Raylway Station” by bus n° 714 (the stop is just opposite the house; you only must cross the road). At 100m from the flat, there is a supermarket. Then, you have an embarrassingly wide choice for numerous, fast-foods, cafes, confectioner and pastry shops and typical and picturesque “trattorias” and taverns that offer you wine and the savoury Roman cousine. On foot, you can go to marvellous Basilica di San Paolo (in 15 min) and to historical Christian Catacombs (in half an hour) !!!

Almost centenary and stately complex, with well-maintained greenery and a pleasant, well-furnished apartment. Everything was very good, above all the lady who welcomed us with pleasant conversation. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is nice with the rooms and the kitchen well arranged along the wide hallway. It is clean and easily reachable by the elevator on the 4th floor. The Basilica San Paolo metro station is a bit far but can be reached on foot, about 900 m, safely even late at night! Guido's kindness and punctuality are admirable, but what I appreciated the most was the free and secure parking under the house!

Excellent Al GG B&B, ideal solution for a stay in Rome for university internship at Palatolive, very convenient to the metro to reach the center in a short time and explore a bit as a tourist. Especially kind Guido, the manager, truly super and helpful with advice and directions for everything, he even came to pick me up at the metro with the car. TOP. Good level structure, clean and equipped with almost everything necessary. The manager is a really friendly and helpful person and in any situation he has always been there for advice.
