Beschreibung
We are located just a stone's throw away from the Cinecittà film studios in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by greenery, thanks to the beautiful aqueduct park where you can spend a wonderful day among ruins and remains of ancient Rome.

Our establishment consists of three independent rooms with double entrances and a large outdoor terrace that you can access undisturbed.

Ciak 1 has a private bathroom, Ciak 2 has an external bathroom shared with Ciak 3, and Ciak 3 has an external bathroom shared with Ciak 2.

The rooms are absolutely cozy, with various amenities at your disposal, and a fully equipped kitchen is available upon request.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at the Undergraun bar located 50 meters from the property with tickets provided by us.

If you want a good Roman first course, sitting at a table, perhaps outdoors, or a tasty Margherita pizza, we can recommend local restaurants in the area that we have partnered with.

Of course, we are connected to the A metro line, just 300 meters away, which can take you to every beautiful point in the historic center of Rome in just 15 minutes!
For any information and to solve any of your problems, including tourist itineraries, typical and unmissable places within the most well-known Roman neighborhoods, nightclubs, and entertainment, we will be happy to assist you.

Well connected with the subway principal is only 100 Mt with Subaugusta stop and a few minutes from the terminus station Anagnina. With 15 minutes you can reach the historic centre of Rome, just 10 minutes airport Ciampino. Among the studies Cinecittà and the splendid park of Aqueducts, in a quiet and surrounded by greenery but at the same time well connected with the most beautiful monuments of Rome. Great location, close to the Shaolin Temple, very convenient metro and many local places. In the center you arrive in about 20 minutes. The owner was helpful. We had some issues with the main locks, but since we didn't have anything valuable it wasn't too concerning; it was enough to close the main gate. Excellent value for money, me and my friends will definitely come back. Breakfast wasn't an option because there were bars very close by.

Great location of the property as it is very close to metro line A and all services. The manager is very helpful and kind, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The only downside is the breakfast, as the owner provides vouchers to have it in a bar nearby. During one breakfast, I received a pastry with spoiled cream. I pointed it out to the waitress who served me. She apologized and immediately called the owner. He reacted poorly, shouting and using offensive language towards the supplier, without even bothering to apologize personally. The waitress was kind offering me a different pastry, but at that point, I preferred to change the bar as there are plenty in the area. Overall, the b&b is a great property.

The structure is very nice, simple, and clean. The bar where you have to go for breakfast is dirty, and the owner of the same is very rude and unpleasant. The second breakfast was not possible to have as the aforementioned serves regular customers first and then, even if they are first, serves the B&B guests.

Great location, just a few steps from Metro A (you can reach the city center in 15 minutes), Cinecittà studios, and the Experimental Cinematography Center. From the main square, a public bus (ticket 1.50 €) also goes to Ciampino Airport. Great value for money. The room was cozy and clean. Thank you Marco. Susanna D.

I stayed at the Al Ciak B&B from October 1st to October 4th. I really enjoyed my stay compared to many other more expensive accommodations. The cleanliness is always excellent, the rooms are clean and well-kept, the hosts are always available for anything that may happen. It's well connected to the metro to reach the city center. In short, I recommend it to everyone.

The B&B is very beautiful, especially for its very convenient location and very close to the subway. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The B&B is very clean even in the smallest details and the breakfast is very well equipped. I was very happy to know that there are such good B&Bs.

The location is good, close to the Metro line A. The room is spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The air conditioning with heat pump and the television are excellent. I stayed for a week for work and I found myself very well. The manager, I must say, is very helpful.

Clean and colorful B&B, with television in the room and winter heat pump air conditioning. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the Cinecittà studios and a shopping center, and not even 50 meters from the metro stop. The breakfast is not the most abundant, but in return it is possible to use the kitchen for your own meals. The excellent quality-price ratio makes this Bed and Breakfast a recommended choice for a stay in Rome.
