Description
We are located just a stone's throw away from the Cinecittà film studios in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by greenery, thanks to the beautiful aqueduct park where you can spend a wonderful day among ruins and remains of ancient Rome.

Our establishment consists of three independent rooms with double entrances and a large outdoor terrace that you can access undisturbed.

Ciak 1 has a private bathroom, Ciak 2 has an external bathroom shared with Ciak 3, and Ciak 3 has an external bathroom shared with Ciak 2.

The rooms are absolutely cozy, with various amenities at your disposal, and a fully equipped kitchen is available upon request.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at the Undergraun bar located 50 meters from the property with tickets provided by us.

If you want a good Roman first course, sitting at a table, perhaps outdoors, or a tasty Margherita pizza, we can recommend local restaurants in the area that we have partnered with.

Of course, we are connected to the A metro line, just 300 meters away, which can take you to every beautiful point in the historic center of Rome in just 15 minutes!
For any information and to solve any of your problems, including tourist itineraries, typical and unmissable places within the most well-known Roman neighborhoods, nightclubs, and entertainment, we will be happy to assist you.

Well connected with the subway principal is only 100 Mt with Subaugusta stop and a few minutes from the terminus station Anagnina. With 15 minutes you can reach the historic centre of Rome, just 10 minutes airport Ciampino. Among the studies Cinecittà and the splendid park of Aqueducts, in a quiet and surrounded by greenery but at the same time well connected with the most beautiful monuments of Rome. A stone's throw away from Tuscolana where you can go shopping and perhaps find a wonderful memory of this city "eternal".

Everything perfect! Rooms and bathroom super clean, owner nice, very kind and super helpful. Very close to the metro stop.

Great location of the property as it is very close to metro line A and all services. The manager is very helpful and kind, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The only downside is the breakfast, as the owner provides vouchers to have it in a bar nearby. During one breakfast, I received a pastry with spoiled cream. I pointed it out to the waitress who served me. She apologized and immediately called the owner. He reacted poorly, shouting and using offensive language towards the supplier, without even bothering to apologize personally. The waitress was kind offering me a different pastry, but at that point, I preferred to change the bar as there are plenty in the area. Overall, the b&b is a great property.

The structure is very nice, simple, and clean. The bar where you have to go for breakfast is dirty, and the owner of the same is very rude and unpleasant. The second breakfast was not possible to have as the aforementioned serves regular customers first and then, even if they are first, serves the B&B guests.

Great location, just a few steps from Metro A (you can reach the city center in 15 minutes), Cinecittà studios, and the Experimental Cinematography Center. From the main square, a public bus (ticket 1.50 €) also goes to Ciampino Airport. Great value for money. The room was cozy and clean. Thank you Marco. Susanna D.

Ho alloggiato in questo Bed dal 1 ottobre al 4 ottobre, mi sono trovata veramente bene rispetto a tante altre strutture più care. La pulizia sempre ottima, le stanze pulite e precise, i gestori sono sempre disponibili qualsiasi cosa accada, collegato benissimo con la metro per andare al centro. Insomma lo consiglio a tutti.

BB molto bello soprattutto per la posizione molto Comoda e vicinissima alla metropolitana. Gestore molto disponibile e simpatico. BB molto pulito anche nei minimi dettagli e anche la colazione molto attrezzata. Sono stata molto felice a sapere che esistono BB così buoni.

Buona la posizione vicino la metro linea A la camera spaziosa e pulita anche il bagno. aria condizionata con pompa di calore e televisore. Sono stato una settimana per lavoro mi sono trovato molto bene anche il gestore devo dire molto disponibile.

Ottima struttura: camere ampie e confortevoli, arredate con gusto, attrezzate, calde e pulite. Colazione poco abbondante ma gestita bene. Il bagno è in comune, ed avrei preferito saperlo. Il gestore è onesto e disponibilissimo! Ci ritornerei volentieri.

BB pulito e colorato, con televisione in camera e climatizzatore invernale a pompa di calore. La posizione è molto comoda, a due passi dagli studi di Cinecittà e da un centro commerciale e neanche 50 metri dalla fermata della metro. La colazione non è delle più fornite, ma in compenso è possibile utilizzare la cucina per i propri pasti. L'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo fa di questo Bed and Breakfast una scelta da consigliare per un soggiorno a Roma.
