Description
We offer accommodation in apartments that have been renovated from an old barn and a small house, in a small family-run farm just a few steps away from the Terme di Viterbo. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, large bathroom with shower, hairdryer and window, underfloor heating and air conditioning, for optimal comfort. You will have complete autonomy in using the studio apartment, which will be ready to move in with complete linens, an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a small oven, a kettle, an espresso machine, and complete dishes.

Very nice farmhouse, located in a great position to explore the surrounding areas, the apartment is really comfortable and equipped with everything necessary to ensure a great stay. Mrs. Irene is helpful and friendly, and she really adds value to the property! We will definitely come back.

A holiday in the sign of peace and contact with nature. Kind and affable owners, never intrusive. Clean, bright environment, tastefully furnished and with everything you need. We stayed for 6 days and I always found whatever I needed. Perfect location very close to Viterbo and with many beautiful places to visit just a few kilometers away. We had a great time. The property is just outside Viterbo, in a green and quiet area. The parking is in front of the property, so very convenient. Upon arrival, despite being very late (due to several accidents encountered on the way), we were greeted with great respect, punctuality, and precision by the staff, despite the rather unorthodox hour. Impeccable hospitality, availability, and professionalism. Thanks again and see you soon! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Comfortable structure equipped with kitchen accessories for self-catering. Located within an olive grove with absolute tranquility yet very close to the city of Viterbo, which can be reached in a few minutes. Equally easy to reach the main towns and villages of the region. Not least the warm welcome of Mrs. Irene and her mother, always available and valuable in the information we requested for the visit of the territory. Definitely recommended.

I chose this B&B precisely for its structure, as I have a small dog. The room is a very nice open space, tastefully furnished, with a lot of garden around, immersed in the countryside just outside the city. I stayed two nights with my two daughters and the little dog, and they too fell in love with the place. The lady who welcomed us was kind and helpful, and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment, clean and immersed in the greenery just a stone's throw from Viterbo. The owner is very kind and helpful, she also prepared two delicious cakes for us. The trip deserves the place.
