Description
The La Selva Farmhouse is located at the entrance of Rieti, just 3 km from the city center, at the gates of the Sacred Valley on the route of the Franciscan sanctuaries. Rome is approximately a 50-minute drive away.
We offer both catering and accommodation services in our own rooms (Bed & Breakfast, half board, or full board). Small pets are allowed.
The structure, opened in 2006, has 4 rooms, all with private bathroom, TV, and free Wi-Fi, for a total of 10 beds.
Each room is identified by a mural painting depicting an animal that gives it its name. Small pets are allowed.
In addition to breakfast, it is also possible, upon request, to have catering services. In line with the philosophy of the farmhouse, the kitchen mainly uses products from our own farm to satisfy the guests' taste with typical local dishes and exquisite dishes based on game. An example of our dishes? "Composte" of white meats - hare crepes - wild boar ravioli - meat and vegetable tortelli - spelt pasta - quail nests - partridge fillets with speck - guinea fowl terrine - goulash - special and custom-made desserts.

We discovered this farmhouse 'by chance', looking for a quiet place with good food and where to spend a few cool days with our daughter; our expectations were met: place immersed in greenery, exceptional full board (local and quality products), comfortable and clean rooms and spaces, owners helpful and very kind, some goats, a little donkey and a small dog made our daughter's stay fun. Recommended, definitely worth going back!

B&B immerso nei boschi del reatino, calma e serenità per chi vuole fuggire dal caos e ritrovare il proprio equilibrio fisico e mentale. 2gg e 1 notte sono bastati per scoprire la gentilezza dei gestori e la qualità dei cibi sia della colazione co n le meravigliose crostate sia della cena con cibi locali.

In una parola: mediocrità. Alla trascuratezza esterna corrisponde una mancanza di gusto e attenzione per il cliente, all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo chiesto una camera matrimoniale e pur essendo gli unici ospiti ci è stata data una camera on letto matrimoniale, due letti a castello ed una culla. Decisamente non consona. Resta i dubbio sul perché abbiano deciso di improntare l'agriturismo come una baita alpina altoatesina pur trovandosi nei paraggi di Rieti.
