The Ad Maiora B&B, with its two very characteristic and unique rooms, has been designed to make the stay of our guests stimulating, enjoyable, but also relaxing: tourists, professionals, and families who love to travel and prefer the warmth of "home" for their rest.
The "Foro" room (triple/double/twin/single) will give you the feeling of being inside the Roman Forum, while in the "Tevere" room, you will feel like you are on a boat, admiring the majesty of St. Peter's Basilica, lulled by the blonde Tiber River.
Designed and furnished to make your stay in Rome comfortable, the rooms are tastefully decorated, finished to the smallest detail, air-conditioned, and each room has a private bathroom.

The Ad Maiora B&B is located in a very particular and suggestive area of Rome, the Prati district, well served by public transport, occupying part of the territory adjacent to the smallest sovereign state in the world, the Vatican City State, with its majestic Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, within walking distance from the B&B.

The place is convenient for visiting the city and close to the subway. The availability of Matteo and Luciana then makes the difference, you enter as customers and you leave as friends 👍.

Handy for metro and Vatican. Spotlessly clean and very good bedrooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, no kitchen or even basic facilities to prepare drinks or food. If there were it would be a 10. Breakfast provided in nearby cafe basic. \nManager friendly until, for very good reasons, we forgot to leave keys. This is not unusual in hotels and we posted them asap, but he seemed more displeased than one might expect.

Great location, very close to the metro. The stay was pleasant, the manager was very kind and helpful, the room nice and clean. I gladly recommend staying at Ad Maiora.

The Host Matteo is amazingly welcoming. Room and bathroom are simply spotless! There are many bars nearby where you can enjoy a proper Italian breakfast (Roman and Sicilian)... Just 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums. Well... I cannot recommend it highly enough.

B&B located inside a palace in the area behind the Vatican. The room is clean and quite spacious. The manager and his mother are very attentive to the guests' needs and caring in ensuring that everything goes smoothly. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes' walk from the Cipro metro station on line A, which connects directly to the main monuments. There is no breakfast service due to Covid, but you can easily make up for it with the bars around. If I have to point out a flaw, it is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which leads to hearing perfectly the conversations of other guests and those who live in the adjacent apartments in the same building. In general, a suitable solution to experience Rome at its best.

I stayed with my family for the 25th of April 2019 bridge. Great experience; convenient area to the metro station and not far from the Vatican Museums; very kind owners and available for any advice.
Modern, clean, and well-furnished rooms; varied breakfast with fresh brioches. Mr. Matteo recommended us some good local places nearby to have dinner. Definitely a great choice.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso il B&B Ad Maiora e non posso fare altro che confermare quanto espresso sopra a riguardo all'ospitalità, struttura, pulizia, simpatia, disponibilità e professionalità dei gestori. La sua dislocazione a pochi passi dalla metro e dai musei Vaticani, la vicinanza di molti ristoranti presso i quali mangiare, la tranquillità della zona mi faranno ricordare con nostalgia i giorni passati nella Città eterna. Struttura a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Cipro, pulitissima e accogliente. La stanza spaziosa pulita con bagno in camera. Wi-fi gratuito. I proprietari splendide persone, simpatiche e accoglienti con cui è stato un piacere dialogare durante la ricca e buona colazione ottimo direi se dovessi ripassare da Roma saprei sicuramente dove alloggiare.
